It’s Saturday, a day that she wishes never came after that dreadful day occurred. Her friends cursed her for wishing that, of course. Heaving her deep sigh, the girl with wavy, long chestnut hair strides towards the coffee machine and refill some beans into it.

The rings at the door attracted her attention away from the machine as she donned her brightest smile to greet her customer. However, her smiles instantly wear off upon seeing a girl wearing big, round spectacles are pouting while staring at the menu.

She will instantly recognize that girl anywhere. Heck, she never forgets about this girl in the first place.

“I want a custom drink from the barista, can I?”

“Chocolate drink will suffice?”

“Brilliant.”

The girl still acts as bratty as she is; the coffee shop owner finds that part of her first love is amusing. Without her realizing, the corner of her lips curled up as she handed a buzzer for the girl before heading to her working station.

She is lying if she said that this situation is fine; only her recognizing the girl instantly at first glance. However, can she blame this girl?
