“Good-morning, Sooah!” Rap Monster smiled softly with a morning greeting to Sooah once she opened her eyes.

“Joon…” Sooah murmured his name with her half awake.

Rap Monster held her to get up to sit. “Be careful!”
 

“Mmm you look so sleepless. You didn’t sleep at all last night, right?” she asked while softly patted on her boyfriend’s pale face worriedly.

Rap Monster gave a tired smile. “I didn’t. I’m worried about you and mom.” He replied.

Hearing him calling his mother as MOM, Sooah became fully awake and widened her eyes, looking at him. “What? Did you just call her mom?” she surprisingly asked.

Rap Monster burst into a small laughter to see her surprising reaction.

He nodded. “Yes, I was looking after you and our mother for the whole night.” He replied slowly and clearly.

Sooah burst into exciting tears. “Joon, finally you called her mother. I’m so happy.” She hugged him.

Rap Monster became happier to see how happy Sooah is. He softly hugged her with rubbing on her back.

“You’re right. I should treat her the way she deserves. She deserves to be called MOTHER and to be treated well by her only son. With what happened last night, I realize how scared I feel to lose her. I’ll treat her with love and care as a son. I’ll be a good son. I hope it’s not too late.” Rap Monster cried while exploding his real heart about his mother to Sooah.

Sooah patted on his back to calm him as he began crying so hard. “It’s not late. Mom is going to be happy more than anything to have you accepted her as mother again. I’m sure you’re going to be the best son.” She cheered him.

“I’ll be a good husband and father to our babies too, I promise.” He said then gave her a very long warm kiss on her head. But he wouldn’t stop crying.

Sooah was too emotional that she couldn’t stop crying either.

After they could calm their feeling, they released the hug and turned to look at the middle-aged woman who is still soundly sleeping on bed next to them.

“When she fainted, my heart almost stopped too last night. I was so scared.” Rap Monster naturally expressed his worries to his mother.

Then he slowly sat down next to her and grabbed her right hand to hold then gave a kiss on it. “Omma, I will protect you.”

He started sobbing again.

Sooah rubbed on his shoulder to give strength to him.

“Thank you, Sooah. I’m glad I have you. I hope you’ll always be here with me and mom.” He said.

Sooah silently cried as she knows she is not be able to stay by his side like this forever like he is asking for.

“My soul will always be.” She whispered painfully inside her heart.

Mrs. Seon woke up at noon. Rap Monster and Sooah remained inside her room until she woke up.

“Omma!” Sooah who was sewing something on bed next to Mrs. Seon became excited to see her wake up.

Rap Monster who was doing his work on his laptop quickly rushed to his mother.

“How are you feeling now?” he worriedly asked.

Mrs. Seon looked at them for awhile then gave a nod. “I guess I feel much better now. I have to go to see my hospital.” Mrs. Seon said then was getting off from bed.

Rap Monster grabbed her hand. “No you should rest. I’ve sent my people to settle with what happened already. You don’t have to worry. Just take care of yourself.” He said.

Mrs. Seon gave a sigh. “I’m sorry to make you busy because of me. I’ll handle by myself. Please call your people to leave it to me back.” Mrs. Seon felt guilty to make her son get headache because of her problem.

Rap Monster couldn’t hold his tears to see how his mother always thinks about him first of everything.

Mrs. Seon was stunned to see her son crying. “My dear, why are you crying? Do you have any problem? Don’t cry! Please tell Mom. Mom will sort it out for you.” She worriedly said then entered her fingers to wipe his tears.

Rap Monster couldn’t move his lips to speak as he feels so heavily wrong to how he has been treating his kind-hearted mother so far.

“Don’t cry, my baby! It breaks my heart.” Mrs. Seon started crying too when her only son cried so painfully like this.

Rap Monster bawled out loud then hugged her all of a sudden. He cried louder and louder.

Mrs. Seon startled so much with the sudden hug. But then she softly patted on the back of his head to calm him.

“It’s okay. It’s okay. Everything is going to be okay. Calm down calm down…” she consoled him.

“I’m sorry…Om…ma… I’m sorry. Omma, please forgive me!” Rap Monster finally found his bravery to speak it out to his mother.

Mrs. Seon was stunned and felt lost. She couldn’t react anything. She felt like she misheard something.

“Wait… did you just…” she was stuttering.

“Omma, I love you. I will protect you. Please don’t be scared anymore! I will protect Omma.” Rap Monster hugged her tighter.
