Summary: Chanyeol's a gangster and he's getting a new roommate.

Baekhyun is living with his aunt Chaerin until he has to move into the dorms at Yonsei, so that means that the runt still has a curfew (kinda) and blah blah blah—

It essentially means he can't sleepover or anything like that.

Which is fine. They still hang out whenever the gangster's not working or when he has a day off, but...

.

Chanyeol doesn't seem to mind that they can't and cuddle all night (he likes cuddling), but Baekhyun does. He minds. A lot.

But he also doesn't like lying so he refuses to tell Aunt Chaerin that he's sleeping over at Jongdae's house when in reality, he's sleeping with a d!ck in between his *** cheeks (sometimes—if Chanyeol wants to).

Sighing, Baekhyun sets down his eating utensils and looks across the table, meeting the giant's eyes. He doesn't want to say anything crude and all since they're at a restaurant (basically their first "date" since their "break up"), but he's bothered.

"What if I don't move into the dorms?" he blurts out... but in a hushed tone.

Chanyeol looks at him with a confused look on his face. "What're you talking about?"

"I mean, dorms are expensive— especially at Yonsei! Sure, it's convenient but a lot of people say that off-campus housing is cheaper. Plus, Seoul has a really good subway system so commuting is super easy."

"And... your point is...?"

Baekhyun presses his lips together. This time, he hesitates for a moment... "What if... I move in with you?" he says quietly. "You can say no, but think about all the sleepovers we could have! And... well, I could get a job and pay for half the rent, too, and—"

"Okay."

There's a pause.

"Okay...?"

"I don't mind if you move in." Chanyeol picks up a piece of his chicken katsu. "You gotta tell your parents, though."

Ah...

Parents.

Pouting, Baekhyun heaves his shoulders. "Shouldn't you be the one to tell them? I mean, isn't that what boyfriends do when they ask for, like, blessings?"

"Yeah, but you've only been in Korea for, what? A month? And now you wanna tell them that you're going to move in with your ex-boyfriend?"

"Not ex-boyfriend. THE boyfriend," Baekhyun says, correcting him immediately. He doesn't tolerate wrong information. "And honestly, Yeol, I think time is, you know, irrelevant. Sure, Einstein said that it's relative, but I think it's irrelevant because living together would be fun."

"Living together," Chanyeol interrupts—even though he's chewing, "isn't all fun and games. It's..."

Damn.

"It's a serious thing."

"If you think about it," Baekhyun argues, "we're in a serious relationship, but we couldn't also do fun and games. Like, every night."

"If you just wanna do fun and games, you could just stay for the evening."

"But I also wanna do serious things like... you know! Talk about the day and go grocery shopping. Stuff like that." Putting his hands down on the table, Baekhyun makes his decision. Even if it's a risk, it'll be a fun one. "If you're being serious, I'll tell my parents and withdraw my dorm reservation. I mean, I can live with Aunt Chaerin until the fall semester starts. That should be enough time for both of us to get our stuff settled, right?"

Chanyeol stops eating and looks at him, trying to see if there's any playful bullting going on.

And there's none.

The runt has that look in his eyes. The same one he gets when he's determined about something to the point where changing his mind isn't even an option.

It almost makes him feel overwhelmed... but in a good way.

"Okay... September then."

"Really?"

"Yeah, really. Now eat your food. We have to leave in 10 minutes if we want to catch the movie."
