3rd POV

The judges are anxious already. They were waiting for the "performance of the night". Even the audience were waiting for "them".

On the other hand, the two people who they were waiting for are already preparing at the backstage for their performance.

Their hands were intertwine when they went out of the backstage. People were surprised to see that but they didn't think any other meaning to it. They just thought that it might be part of their performance. They also react when they notice their outfit. There were oohh's, ahh's and yieee's. Making the two blushed.

Their stage is already set up. There is a bench on the left side of the stage which has an artificial tree on the background while a bike is on the right side of the stage.

They separated at the stage. Kath went to the bench while GD went to the bike. Kath felt nervous when GD removed his hand from hers. But GD looked at her with assurance and just like that her nervousness ebbed away.

People were excited with their performance seeing that the stage is well prepared and of course, the matching outfit. They were thinking the song might be a love song.

The music starts and after 2 seconds, Kath started to sing while sitting on the bench.

It was now GD's turn. People thought that the song will be a slow song but after Kath sings her part dancers come out of the stage. Some of them plays as couple while others plays as GD's friends urging him to go to Kath. Their performance has a bit of acting there.

(GD) Your eyes that only tickled me
Now makes me smile as if I’m used to it
You just need to walk over there

GD stays halfway of the stage with the bike with him. Arguing with the dancers that he's shy and don't want to continue approaching Kath. Then Kath stood up while singing her part.

She approached GD halfway of the stage, looking at her eyes then bows at him. The dancers push GD to Kath and he acted like he was shy. He scratched his head while smiling awkwardly at Kath.

Kath looked at him in awe then looked away and smiled secretly. The audience felt giddy on their seats. They felt like they are watching a romantic drama. The three judges were also smiling from ear to ear.

(GD) I can go anywhere

They were now surrounded by the dancers. Trying to pair them up. They were not looking at each other (back to back). The dancers pushing them slightly until they bumped to each other. They looked at each other then smiled.

They were now walking towards the bike. Then looked infront when they reached the bike. Jiyong rode the bike and Kath sits at the back. And Jiyong drove the bike around the stage. Kath was holding on GD's waist. It didn't take long and they stopped on the middle of the stage.

Kath continued to sing her part. She is now singing the bridge of the song. GD was surprised with the lyrics. It was not the lyrics of the song that they finalized. He was surprised that Kath has changed the lyrics. He was looking her with a face saying 'you changed the lyrics? When did you do that?'. Kath smiled at him and just shrugged. She changed the lyrics on that day, the day GD accused her of having a date with Zico. She poured all of her heart on the song.

GD intertwined his hand to Kath's. The latter were surprised as it is not part of their plan. But GD can't helped it. His lyrics speaks of what is really in his heart. The words that he wanted to say to his friend. He can't helped but stare at Kath. The latter noticed it but instead of feeling awkward, Kath find herself looking at him eye to eye. Instead of gazing away, she stared at him as well. To the people watching, it look like a planned performance though they were feeling giddy. All of them feel giddy aside from Yang Hyun Suk who knew how Jiyong adores Kath. So somehow for YG it is a way of the two to show their feelings. YG sighed because he thinks that these two are unaware of each others feelings making it complicated.
