1 week later...

Today, Jong Kook and Ji Hyo are going to SBS to inform the PDs of Ji Hyo's pregnancy.

Jong Kook quietly gets up to make breakfast, not wanting to disturb Ji Hyo from her sleep. 

"Yeobo...Where are you going?" Ji Hyo murmurs in her sleepy voice.

Jong Kook returns to the bedside and sits beside her.

"Oh..I'm here, yeobo...Did you have a good sleep?" Jong Kook covers his mouth with a big yawn.

"Neh, but seems like you didn't have a good sleep. Let me make breakfast for today, you continue sleeping, okay?" Ji Hyo gets down the bed.

"Hmmm...Since when my wife has become so virtous?" Jong Kook laughs.

"Yah! I am always virtous, okay?" Ji Hyo retorts. 

"Yeah yeah, Ji Hyo ah..You are always my virtous wife and my pretty wife. And the omma of my baby kookie.."

Ji Hyo blushes at Jong Kook's sweet words. 

"Aish, it's so cheesy! I can't take it!!"Ji Hyo giggles as she covers up her ears.

"I'm going to prepare breakfast now. Yeobo, catch a wink neh..." Ji Hyo walks towards their door.

"Shiro! I will come with you!" Jong Kook jumps down the bed.

Hand in hand, they went downstairs to the kitchen. 

"Yeobo..What you wanna eat today?" Ji Hyo looks at Jong Kook who sits on the bar chair beside the kitchen cabinet. 

She goes to open the fridge to look at what to cook.

Jong Kook comes behind Ji Hyo and backhugs her. "What do you want to eat then, love? I'll cook it for you.."

Jong Kook checks through the fridge.

"Ji Hyo ya..all those unhealthy things need to be thrown already.." Jong Kook shakes his head at the soju, and unhealthy snacks.

"Yah! You can throw the soju, but not the snacks!!" Ji Hyo protests.

Jong Kook just clears the fridge. He gets out all the unhealthy snacks, and the soju and alcohol out.

Then, he checks the cabinet.

"Ahh! Andwae!! Oppa!!" Ji Hyo screams.

Jong Kook saw the loot of ramyeon, and immediately cleans every sign of it.

"Yeobo!! Leave at least one packet of it, PLEASE!!! I always have cravings for ramyeon..I can't survive without them!! And the baby wants to eat this as well, oppa!!" Ji Hyo acts like a spoiled kid.

Jong Kook laughs as he lightly pinches Ji Hyo's cheek.

"Andwae, yeobo, I know you love to eat ramyeon, but ramyeon isn't that healthy for you and our baby kookie. I promise I'll get you anything you have cravings for, just not ramyeon, okay?"

"Jinjja? You are going to get me food in the middle of the night?!"

"Neh, I promise! I can cook for you, or buy outside, okay, love?"

"Arasso..clear it away.." Ji Hyo nods in agreement.

When Jong Kook is done, he asks Ji Hyo what she wants for breakfast.

"Ah..Oppa..I feel like having waffles..."

"Waffles? But we don't have time to make that..."

"Hmm..Let me help you then.." Ji Hyo suggests. 

Ji Hyo got the ingredients for the waffles..Flour, eggs, sugar..

Jong Kook got out the equipment.

And he measured the flour needed and pours it into a beating machine. 

At that time, Ji Hyo cheekily takes some flour and smudges them on Jong Kook's nose..

"Yahhh! Yeobo!!" Jong Kook yells at the top of his lungs and wipes the flour off his nose.

"Yeobo! Why have you suddenly became so naughty, huh?!"

"Wae! Wae! This is just me!!" 

Ji Hyo picks more flour with her palm and smacks it against his entire face.

Jong Kook's face turns white like a snowman...

"Hahahahah!! Just like a snowman! Merry Christmas!!" Ji Hyo laughs hysterically at Jong Kook. 

"Yah! Song Ji Hyo! You are going to get it from me!" Jong Kook shouts as he chases Ji Hyo around the kitchen with the bag of flour.

"If you can catch me!!" Ji Hyo speeds off.

"Yah, yeobo! Not so fast! Be careful!!" Jong Kook warns Ji Hyo not to run so fast because she's pregnant.

"Then you stop first!!" Ji Hyo giggles in front.

Jong Kook eventually slows down. He spreads open his large arms."Yeobo! Come and surrender right now!"

"No way!" Ji Hyo tries to run off, but Jong Kook has already held on to Ji Hyo. He pins Ji Hyo against the kitchen cabinet with his body, with his hand carrying the bag of flour.

"Yeobo! Stop playing with the flour!" Ji Hyo tries to convince Jong Kook to stop since she was in his grasp already. 

"Shiro! Yeobo..You have already done this to my face. It's your turn now!" Jong Kook says cheekily. 

"Yeobo.....Please..." Ji Hyo pleads Jong Kook at her imminent fate. 

Jong Kook smiles, as he digs his hand into flour bag and prepares to take some flour out..

"Aahhhh! Yeobo...It hurts......." Ji Hyo whimpers as she bends down and clasps her tummy..

"Wae, wae?! Yeobo! Is it the baby?" Jong Kook momentarily gets distracted from Ji Hyo's moans of pain. 

"My tummy..argh.....oppa..our baby....." 

Hearing this, Jong Kook panickedly puts down the bag of flour on the kitchen table.

"Ji Hyo ya, I'll bring you to the hospital for a checkup right now!" 

Ji Hyo secretly smirks. She flicked the bag of flour and it hits Jong Kook's shirt. The flour spilled all over him and the floor.

Ji Hyo runs away.

"Yah! Song Ji Hyo!! So you are lying to me?!" Jong Kook chases behind Ji Hyo. 

Ji Hyo runs desperately to escape. Suddenly, her feet slips on the slippery flour-covered ground. 

"Aahh!!" Ji Hyo shrieks.

Jong Kook sped to her side and catches her right just in time...

"Phew..luckily I caught you..Yah, this is really dangerous, love..Please be careful, arasso?!" Jong Kook lets out a heave of relief.

Ji Hyo smiles in Jong Kook's arms.

"Haha..yeobo..you are really my superman.."

Jong Kook smiles back at Ji Hyo.

Their gazes locked and turned to be a passionate one.

Jong Kook closes in, slams his lips to Ji Hyo's, and nearly knocks all wind from her lungs.

Ji Hyo hardly had a moment to react. Jong Kook has already pressed his tongue to the seam of her lips and, at her grant of access, delved inside .

They kissed heatedly, as Jong Kook carefully holds Ji Hyo with his arms wrapping her waist.

Ji Hyo hugs onto Jong Kook's neck to balance herself. 

They kiss till both of them were clearly out of breath....

In smiles, Ji Hyo pats the flour off Jong Kook's face.

And Ji Hyo's face was also covered from the flour from Jong Kook's face and Jong Kook lovingly wipes the flour off.

"Yeobo, I feel like the flour off your face.." Jong Kook jokes.

Ji Hyo blushes,"Aye..don't say this in front of our baby."

Jong Kook smiles, as he rubs Ji Hyo's tummy.

"Baby ah..your umma is so shy of appa.." Then he laughs.

"Yah! Kim Jong Kook!!" Ji Hyo blushes even more.

"Arasso! Let's start on making the waffles, or else we can't make it to the meeting today."

Ji Hyo grins and nods.

Together, they make the mixture and cooks it on the pan. After they are done, Jong Kook takes some blueberries, and strawberries, and together with some maple syrup, he garnishes the waffles with it..And tada! With a glass of milk each, a nutritious breakfast is made!!
