The confrontation
Spartace foreverKwang Soo's POV
After knowing that my suspicions were correct, I decided to test the waters. I would hint the hyungs and Gary hyung during breakfast to see their reaction.
I brought up the topic on the dining table. But, everyone did not believe me. Gary hyung was so angry that he even threw water on me. It seemed that this truth might be a hard blow to them, especially Gary.
But I had to do something about it. After all, the secret cannot be kept hidden forever...
I did not want to hurt any party. Gary hyung must know the truth somehow or he will hurt even longer.
Ji Hyo's POV
After the breakfast, I went back to my room to pack my belongings. We were leaving the bungalow today.
Chang Joo was in the room. I approached Chang Joo.
"Oppa, Kwang Soo knows the truth, does he?" I asked Chang Joo.
I did not think that Kwang Soo would realise that I was actually dating Jong Kook instead of Chang Joo.
But, perhaps he caught on to the hints and had finally figured it out.
Chang Joo then analysed the situation.,"Yeah, I think that he knows it. He is giving you two a warning. He may be thinking of revealing the truth or else he wouldn't bring that up just now."
"Jinjja!" I replied in disbelief. Looks like I have to talk to him someday, I thought.
"Then, is this the end of our couple acting?" Chang Joo asked.
"No, oppa. We still have the others who do not know of it." I answered.
"Really?" Chang Joo's tone sounded as if his expectation was lifted up.
I wanted to reiterate the reasons for my actions to Chang Joo,"Sorry, oppa. I just want to tell you that we are a fake couple. Please do not take this seriously."
Chang Joo said,"Okay, I understand, Ji Hyo ah. I'll treat you just like my first crush."
Chang Joo's POV
Ji Hyo ah, you do not understand my feelings. I cannot let you go.
Even if it means to break you two up, I will do so as long I can get hold of you.
I decided to meet up with Kwang Soo.
Jong Kook's POV
I was waiting downstairs waiting for Ji Hyo to finish her packing. I thought of Kwang Soo's words earlier on. I recalled the incident yesterday when Kwang Soo ended up in the Ji Hyo's room as well. It is clear that Kwang Soo has already known that we are dating then.
I wanted to tell Kwang Soo openly that I was dating Ji Hyo. But I was scared that he would be angry towards me.
I am someone who felt insecure with friends. When I was in high school, I had little friends as no one wanted to be friends with me. Hence, I tend to cherish friendship more and I treated my best friends very well as I grew up.
Kwang Soo has grown closer to me since two years ago. No one could imagine how deep our bromance was. We spent our free time gyming together. Nowadays, we also filmed commercial ads together as the tiger-giraffe duo.
Somehow, I need to sort things out.
"Jong Kook ah, we will get going already." Jae Suk hyung called out.
"Neh, hyung. See you." I bid the others goodbye as Jae Suk, Suk Jin and Haha left with their families. Gary and Kwang Soo had also left with their managers.
Then, Ji Hyo came downstairs with her luggage.
"Let's go, oppa." Ji Hyo called out to me.
"Goodbye, Chang Joo sshi." I thanked him for his warm hospitality during the vacation.
I entwined Ji Hyo's fingers with mine and held on tightly as we left the bungalow.
Gap Jin came to fetch us.
"Hyung, Ji Hyo sshi, did you two have fun?" Gap Jin asked us in the car.
"Of course! With my love, anything would be fun." I replied.
"Even riding scary amusement rides?" Ji Hyo purposely asked. Out of so much people I knew, Ji Hyo was definitely the person who was most daring to try those rides.
I nudged Ji Hyo, laughing, "What did you think?"
Gap Jin laughed and teased us about how sweet we were as a couple. "Omo, I think I may get diabetes soon if I always see you two acting lovey-dovey."
Ji Hyo giggled as she held my arm, patting my arm non-stop.
I laughed, seeing that Ji Hyo was in smiles again.
Ji Hyo was like my sunshine that doesn't fail to bring warmth to my heart.
During the journey home, Ji Hyo was falling asleep as she nodded off.
"Come, jagiya." I moved Ji Hyo close to my chest.
She sighed contendedly as she leaned on me ,"So comfortable, jagiya..."
Soon, Ji Hyo fell asleep, while leaning on my chest.
After reaching Ji Hyo's house, I woke Ji Hyo up.
"Ji Hyo ah, we are here at your home." I whispered...
Ji Hyo stirred,"Oppa, where are we?"
"Your home, Ji Hyo ah." I brushed her loose strands of hair to the side.
Ji Hyo smiled. "Oh that's fast." Ji Hyo said as she sneezed several times. "Ooh, I'm cold." She continued.
She sat up, and was about to leave the car already.
"Goodbye, oppa." Ji Hyo waved me goodbye.
I got off the car and helped her to take her luggage out of the car boot.
"Will you be okay going up on your own?" I asked her.
"Neh, oppa." She gave a brief smile and started pulling her luggage as she walked towards the lift of her house.
But as she took several steps ahead, her legs gave way as she walked unstably.
I strode ahead and caught her in my arms.
"Ji Hyo ah! Gwenchana?" I exclaimed in worry.
Ji Hyo's lips were pale and beads of perspiration were forming on her forehead.
"Oppa, I feel sick suddenly." Ji Hyo m
