Chapter 19

“OMG! That is so cute!” Sora exclaimed and went to the same shirt Hakyung had gotten for her baby. Yuna blinked and looked around. “Where did they go?” She muttered under her breath and Sora walked towards her. “You see. I told you, you mistook another male for Sehun.” Sora said and tugged on Yuna’s hand.

“Let’s go, I’m hungry.” Sora said and Yuna nodded absentmindedly, scratching her head. I swore I saw him, but where did he go? And who was that lady with him?

Sehun and Hakyung were walking together towards the car park. Sehun was holding the shopping bags and with his other hand, he held Hakyung’s. It took them quite a few moments before realising that they were holding hands. Hakyung jumped away and retracted her hand.

“Uh, I’m sorry.” She muttered and walked ahead, trying to avoid Sehun’s gaze. He shook his head and increased his pace, catching up with Hakyung. Sehun smirked and reached for her hand. He laced his with hers and Hakyung gave him a look.

“Sehun? What are you doing?”

“Holding your hand. What does it look like I’m doing?” He drawled and Hakyung looked at their interlaced hands.

Hakyung felt a blush creeping up her face and she knew that she was falling deep. Deeper than she thought. He’s just going to leave after the kid is born, right? She thought. She shyly glanced up at Sehun and she shook her head.

“Let’s go get ice cream, okay?” Sehun suggested and Hakyung just nodded.

“And you don’t have to be shy, because we are now engaged.” Sehun assured the girl and raised their interlocked hands. Hakyung’s eyes fixated on the engagements bands on their fingers as they got into the car and he drove them to the nearest ice cream store.

Stop treating me so nicely, Oh Sehun. What game are you playing, exactly?

“Sora, would you just give Sehun a call and ask if he’s home?” Yuna asked and Sora rolled her eyes. “Oh my gosh, Yun. He won’t betray me. Chillax~” She told her best friend and her best friend shook her head. “Just give him a call.” She egged and Sora gave up.

“Fine. I’ll call him.”

Sehun was ordering and he had left his mobile in Hakyung’s bag. She felt the device ringing in her bag and pulled the mobile out.

Her heart fell at the name and Sehun walked over. “Sora’s calling.” Hakyung said simply and ed the phone towards him. His eyebrows rose for a second before setting the ice creams on the table top.

“I’ll be right back.” He said and went outside to get the call. Hakyung sighed.
