"Flight 343 departing for Seoul. All passengers please prepare for boarding."

Kai did a quick check, making sure he had all his necessities with him. Time had flown, and he was already heading back home. Home. It was ironic how home, a place he would assume he felt safe and secure in, happy and satisfied him, made him nervous. Home to her. 

But that was home after all wasn't it? Home was where the heart was. It wasn't always a peaceful place. It wasn't always the place where things were perfect and smooth sailing. But it was the place where he felt love. The place where he felt happy. The place he would always return to. Her. No matter how far the road took him, no matter how long he was away, he would always return home. Where he belonged.

And as a home to her, no matter how far she strayed, he would always welcome her home with open arms. He would always forgive her, and love her unconditionally and endlessly. He would always be her shelter and her guide. 

"Hey."

He looked up.

"JongSuk?"

He didn't expect to see JongSuk, who settled himself in the next seat.

"What are you doing here?"

"I had some business to tend to. Thank goodness I managed to settle it. I heard what happened between the two of you."

"Of course you would. It's all over the news."

Kai mumbled as he looked away.

"Look, I know it's hard. I know you feel depressed, upset, anxious. I know you're going to see her soon. I know you're both nervous and both don't know what to do. But you two will solve it. I know you will. I knew Kara since she was a baby. And trust me when I say that there's no one better for her than you. There isn't another match for her but you. And she loves you, she really does. Kara is pretty ruined and scared. She doesn't dare to take risks, she doesn't like to be let down. Most of all, she doesn't like mistrust and misunderstandings. She's fragile. But you can heal her.
