Boa´s POV

My birthday had arrived.

After three years in London, I was already used to celebrating it with Younha and Geun Suk.

My parents called me to congratulate me and Kyuhyung told me about his new girlfriend.

I was happy for him, but on the contrary I was still alone.

RING RING

“Yeoboseyo?”

“Saeng il chuck ha hamnida Boa!”

“Changmin??!!!”

“Yes?”

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I haven´t talked to you in so long.”

“Yes, I know, how have you been?”

I kept talking with Changmin a long time until Younha and Geun Suk sunbae appeared.

They brought a cake and a present.

“Thank you!” I said hugging them.

They were smiling and sang to me the happy birthday song.

I smiled, but a bittersweet memory appeared in my mind.

FLASHBACK

“Saeng il chuck ha hamnida Sun!” I said giving her a balloon.

“Thanks unnie!” she said smiling.

“You are my favorite clown, but don’t tell Jae oppa.” She whispered.

I chuckled.

“Since you are having so much fun, now sing a song for Sun.” Jaejoong said.

“What?”

“Yes, Boa you must know the song Happy Birthday from BoA.” His aunt said.

I nodded and pushed Jaejoong with my elbow.

I started singing “Machi wabita happy birthday todoka nai I love you
kyou nokimiha naniwo erukana zuttosobaniitakatta no nina”

Sun started jumping in joy.

“Boa?”

“Uh?” I said coming back to reality.

“This is my gift to you.” Younha said.

“Thank you.” I said and opened the little box.

Inside it was a beautiful necklace with a moon.

I smiled at her. A necklace…..I sighed.

“Well, I´m next.” Geun Suk sunbae said excited.

He gave me an envelope.

I was about to open it, when he said, “I hope this gift will help you and you can be truly happy.

You have accomplished so much until now; I just want you to be fully happy.”

I opened the envelope and saw an airplane ticket to Korea.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

I opened my mouth, but not a sound left from it.

“Don´t worry, I will go too. I need to visit my parents and I will help you face everything.” He said and hugged me.

I didn’t say a word. What could I say?

I just felt my heart racing and I was trembling.

I didn’t know if it was because of the shock, fear or happiness.

Jaejoong´s POV

I had achieved to get her out of my mind for some time.

That crazy girl took all my time and as time passed Boa was slowly disappearing from my daily life.

I know that I was only using Hye Bin to forget Boa, but I had been trying my best to like her more than a friend.

Until…..

“Jaejoong……Yoochun told me that Boa is coming back to Korea.”

Yunho, why did you have to tell me that?

I was more confused than ever.

Was she coming for good? Was she alone?

So many questions…..

I rode my motorcycle to the airport and ran to find the gate where she would appear.

That scene seemed so familiar, but I was excited to see her.

Suddenly she appeared.

She looked so beautiful, she seemed mature and her clothes were so elegant.

She walked like a model, with her dark hair and sunglasses.

She went to hug her parents…

The news about her had reduced with the time....she didn’t call Seulgi anymore and I thought that everything was over…

but she had come back…

I felt so good seeing her again…

She broke the hug and when she turned, she noticed me…but she never took off her sunglasses…

I was afraid of the look behind those sunglasses…

I whished it could be the same warm look as before…

I wanted to run and hug her in that moment but a guy stood by her side and held her arm.

She smiled happily at him.

And my feelings were mixed again.

I was smiling looking at her, but my heart was hurting, because I was not the one beside her…

We spent a lot of time separated and now everything was different….I didn’t even know if we were friends…

Boa’s POV

I arrived at the airport of Seoul…

My heart was racing really fast.

Sunbae was always smiling telling me everything was going to be ok.

I was still nervous until I saw my parents.

I went and hugged them. I had been missing them so much.

I hugged my brother too…I just couldn’t stop smiling for being again with them.

Then I looked around and I found Jae.

My heart skipped a beat.

My friends weren’t here but he was.

I knew I just couldn’t see him directly to the eyes again.

He was still as handsome, he still looked so calm and his look was so warm…

I was so ashamed of myself. I left three years ago and didn’t call him once during the whole time.

It was really hard for me to part from him and I hoped he would be happy again…

Even if that meant that I would be hurt seeing him with someone else…

I felt tears forming on my eyes, so I just kept wearing my sunglasses and looked away when Geun Suk held my arm.

How could I face Jae after all this time?
