This feeling that comes to me every night without fail.

For some reason, I really hate it.

Go ahead and call him, Im Yoona. You won't die. 

The little voice in me rang and as I dialled your number that I'd memorised it by heart and trying to call you, just in case you're feeling the same thing as me, I hang up again. 

Oops, I forgot that you guys are over. Sorry not sorry Im~ 

I sighed and threw the phone aside, burying my face into the pillow.

Ever since we broke up, I'd been feeling sentimental frequently. Like now. 

Here I am, only staring at the ceiling, feeling sentimental. Oh, and remember how I always grumble about how tiny my room is? 

It now feels so wide for me to lie alone in. 

"Yah~ I can't sleep! Sing me a lullaby! Or read me a bedtime story!" 

"Yah, Im Yoona. You think you're still a 5-year old little girl?" 

"Aren't I one? I'm SONEs' goddess but Kwon Ji Yong's little princess no?" 

"You~ Seriously. What can I do with you, Im Yoona~" 

"Your smile betrays youuuuuuuu. You love me being like that don't you!" 

"Yes yes. Just keep this innocence for me always Yoong..." 

With you around, counting sheeps was never an option. I would fall asleep soundly in your arms at just a few sentence of your hum or your animated story-telling. But ever since you left, even if I want to sleep, those sheeps counting eventually turn into cows, chickens, pigs and the list goes on and on. Still, I couldn't sleep soundly and with just a light breeze blowing outside, I would be shocked awake, thinking that it's thunder clapping. You know, ever since you're not around, nightmares became really frequent for me too.

Remember how much I love the nights?

"You're like the moon, Yoong... So bright and beautiful..." 

"Such a glib!" 

"Is it~~ Then I shall not say it anymore then!"

"Y-Yah yah yah! S-Say it more! I-I didn't say I dislike it!" 

"Too late Im Yoona~" 

"You Kwon Ji Yong!"

"I love you too!" 

But now I hate it. Even if the moon greets me, I'm not glad to see it. I'm feeling so dizzy and with no one around me, it made my feelings all the more low.

I want to die.

No, I don't mean it.

I'm afraid that if I die, I wouldn't be able to see you anymore...

I don't want to be a moon anymore. I want to be a star. 

A star that floats in the sky. It doesn't do anything but shines on its own. If that's the case, then I wouldn't be affected by you. My heart wouldn't become dark whenever the night approaches.

"Oh? Yoona ah! Long time no see!" 

"Ajussi! Y-Yeahs... I-It's been awhile..." 

I ended up visiting the restaurant that we always frequent. You brought me here remember? You introduced me to Lee Yeon Bok chef and told me that his culinary skills was superb and definitely would satisfy my taste buds. Of course it did and I insisted to come here at least once a month with you. Not totally because of his delicious food, but also because it's where our love starts to bud...
