"Now, for our final soloist, we have Kwon Yuri." Mr.Nam announced.

Yuri  walked into stage, looking at the audience. There were the SM scouts. And there was Jessica, Taeyeon, Onew, and Minho. Yuri frowned inside her head. They weren't allowed to watch performances from the audience side. Ignoring her friends, Yuri began to sing.

To her surprise, she sounded nice. Gaining even more confidence, she continued singing. Her high notes were wonderful.

Without knowing, Yuri began to tear up. Why? She had no clue. Watching from afar, Minho looked on admiringly. Yuri's voice was like an angel's. He noticed her tearing up and smiled. Jessica, standing next to him, also began to cry and Jonghyun put his arm around her.

As the song ended, Yuri bowed. Incredibly loud applause was heard and Yuri smiled, wiping her tears away. She walked backstage and was bombarded by various people.  Hyoyeon and Sooyoung hugged her and complimented her. The next minute was spent with her thanking people and blushing.  Finally, she was able to see Minho.

"Yuri, you were amazing. Your voice  is too perfect." Minho smiled.

"Thank you." Yuri blushed.

On stage, Mr.Nam announced that there were two special performances.

Yuri nodded at Minho and they clutched their outfit. Yuri rushed into the bathroom and changed as did Minho. Then, they hurried backstage keeping distance from people and went behind the curtains, watching Hyunseung and Hyuna's performance.

Finally, it was their turn.

Minho walked out first and Yuri followed. Their friends gasped and began to murmur to each other.

"They have a special performance together and they didn't tell us?!?!" Key exclaimed.

"Shh...they weren't supposed to. Now, be quiet. I want to listen to them." Seohyun whispered.

The audience grew quiet, as the song ended. Suddenly, almost all of people in the audience stood up and gave Minho and Yuri an appreciative standing ovation. Yuri opened and glanced at Minho. Minho smiled unsure of what to do. Finally, he took Yuri's hand and together they bowed. Mr.Nam walked onto stage, clapping.

"Thank you for that lovely performance, Choi Minho and Kwon Yuri." Yuri and Minho bowed.

"Now, ladies and gentleman, we are concluding this year's winter showcase. I would like to sincerely thank the students and staff for their hard effort put into this showcase and the audience, you, for attending. Thank you and have a nice evening." Mr.Nam concluded and left the stage.

Yuri sighed. It was over. Now, all they had to wait for were the results of who got into SM as a trainee.

"Great job, Yuri." Minho smiled, taking a seat next to her. Yuri grinned. She looked at the ground and felt butterflies in her stomach.

"You, too." She replied after a moment. Without notice, she grasped Minho's hand tightly and led him out of the backstage area. She ignored Minho's questions and Taeyeon's yelling for her to stop. She walled out of the school building, picked up the pace, and finally stopped at the courtyard. She told him to take a seat and she walked backwards and stood 4-5 feet away from him.
