Jiyeon POV

Hyosung and I looked at each other in shock.

We kind of knew most of the truth already, but hearing the inside details especially first hand, it was a lot to take in.

“I never knew Sunhwa actually enticed me to do those things to you…I’m so sorry Jiyeon.” Hyosung said to me.

“No Hyosung ah, I’ve forgiven you already so let’s not talk about the past okay?” I replied.

At that moment, we heard Sunhwa ask Mr. Lee, “Mr. Lee, are you sure you cleaned out the whole house already? How about the attic? Want me to check?”

Hyosung immediately looked at me in panic.

“What if they find us here?” she whispered.

I put my finger to my mouth and we remained as quiet as possible as we hoped that they won’t come up.

We heard Sunhwa’s footsteps on the stairs and we held in our breath.

At that moment though, we heard hurried footsteps behind Sunhwa as Mr. Lee pulled Sunhwa away just as she was about to open the attic door.

“Sunhwa ah, I already made sure everything is cleared, let’s go now okay?” he said and they left.

We waited around 5 minutes before we tiptoed quietly downstairs, making sure there was no one in the house besides us.

We quietly put on our shoes which were in our hands and we went back to our own homes.

[The next day]

Jiyeon POV

The moment I reached school, Hyosung who was already there was with Eunjung and Eunjung knew the whole truth.

“Ya! We have to go confront Sunhwa…” she said angrily.

I held onto her arm and said, “We can’t act rashly, and I don’t think she knows where Joon is…”

“So what? Even if she doesn’t know his whereabouts, we should give her a beating for what she has done!” Eunjung said and raised her fist.

“You two really were in gangs before…” Hyosung said, and stared admirably at Eunjung.

I looked at these two hopeless goons and shook my head.

“We should not use violence understand?” I said and Eunjung was going to protest but I continued, “We’re not in any gang anymore Eunjung ah, you should know we could get in trouble again…Remember what happened to Junhyung oppa?”

Eunjung sat back down on her seat and pouted, “So we go talk to her politely?”

I nodded and said, “First, Hyosung tries to talk to her and if she tries to run away, Eunjung and I would come out and stop her, like this, she has no way to run and has to tell us EVERYTHING she knows. Understand?”

They both nodded and we agreed to carry out our plan during lunch.

Eunjung hid on the left behind a classroom door while I hid behind some lockers behind Hyosung and Sunhwa.

Hyosung finally approached Sunhwa.

“Sunhwa ah, I heard that you did some bad things recently…” Hyosung started.

“Huh? What are you talking about?” Sunhwa said, her face obviously looking nervous.

“You helping Lee Joon oppa’s dad to separate Jiyeon and him, at the same time using me…” Hyosung said.

“What? I don’t understand what you are talking about…” Sunhwa said and she backwards slowly.

I stepped out and she banged into me.

“Ji…Jiyeon ah…” she stuttered and tried to run into the classroom but Eunjung came out from behind the door and held her tight.

“What do you want?” she said helplessly.

“Spill. Everything. Now. Or else…” Eunjung said and tightened her grip on Sunhwa’s arm.

“Eunjung ah…” I whispered and she loosened her grip slightly.

“Okay…I’ll speak…” Sunhwa finally relented.

me being a mblaq fan and not able to order the album has left me devastated..
