Narrator POV

After Jiyeon left, Junhyung seemed to have lost his soul.

He fought with the other gangs every day, just to vent out his anger and frustration that Jiyeon had left him and the gang for another guy.

A few months after Jiyeon left, Junhyung decided to find her.

And he did.

He could hardly recognize her.

She was a totally changed person.

She used to look tough, dangerous and had and edge, but now she looked just like a fragile angel.

Maybe it’s good for her…Junhyung had thought.

Maybe, she didn’t want to live the life we had.

Maybe, he’s better for her.

Because of all these thoughts, Junhyung swear to never find Jiyeon again.

Junhyung POV

I shook my head.

Why was I thinking about her again?

She would probably be happily studying in a prestigious high school, being that nice good girl with Lee Joon.

“So, boss, when will we have a new sister in law? All the gang leaders nowadays all have a girl next to them you know…” Dongwoon asked.

Dongwoon was the oldest member of the gang, since he had been my best friend since forever.

I hit him lightly on the head, “So what?”

But, I knew what he said was true.

Every since Jiyeon left, our gang was not as good as it was before.

And all the gang leaders really all had girls by their sides…

After Jiyeon, I did have many other relationships, but they never lasted more than 3 weeks.

I just couldn’t love anyone else the way I loved Jiyeon…

I smacked Doojoon’s head and threw the cigarette on his hand onto the floor.

“Stop smoking! You want to ruin my reputation? We are a clean gang okay!” I said.

“Ya! Let’s go get something to drink…” I said to Dongwoon and he got up and followed me.

We walked into a small café and we were deciding what to order when I thought I heard someone call my name.

I turned around, but couldn’t see anyone I recognized, so I turned back and just ordered a drink.

Dongwoon patted my shoulder.

“Junhyung, I think someone’s calling you…She looks familiar…” he said.

She?

 I turned around and scanned the room, but still could not register any face I was familiar with.

Finally, our drinks were ready and we got the drinks and were about to walk out of the café when someone touched my shoulder.

I turned around and my drink nearly fell from my hands.

I came face to face with Eunjung, who was also part of our gang before.

She left when Jiyeon left and I never saw her since.

If Eunjung was here…then Jiyeon… I thought.

That’s when I noticed someone standing behind Eunjung, smiling at me.

It was Jiyeon.

“Hi oppa! Long time no see…” she said.

“Oh, Jiyeon! Eunjung! Long time no see!” Dongwoon said happily.

Everyone looked at me to say something.

“Oh. Hi.” I said.

“I called you so many times, didn’t you hear?” Eunjung said.

“I didn’t see you…” I replied.

“So, let’s sit down and chat then!” Eunjung said and Dongwoon and I followed her and Jiyeon to a table at the back.

“So, are you still in the gang?” Eunjung asked.

“Obviously…” I replied.

I looked at Jiyeon.

She looked like the old Jiyeon…

“Shocked right? Can’t take your eyes of Jiyeon?” Eunjung asked playfully.

Jiyeon slapped Eunjung’s shoulder lightly.

“So…are you still with that guy…Lee Joon?” I asked slowly.

“No, we broke up already.” She said with a smile on her face.

They broke up already?

That must be the reason why Jiyeon had changed back to the old Jiyeon…
