I smiled as I heard his comment. I’m amazed of his reaction and thankful for his  appreciation. I was a little nervous doubting my cooking skills, but based on his reaction I know that I did well. After eating the  breakfast  JJ went back to fixed the lights while I decided to go back to the kitchen and help Auntie prepare some food for the party.  Auntie said that it’s a yearly tradition that she  always prepares the food for the party. I helped her in preparing the food for the dinner party. I was able to rest  for a couple of hour . Then I take a bath and wear the dress auntie bought for me. They are really kind to me, Jj’s mother bought all my clothes . I’m so grateful when she even bought me the semi-formal dress  for the party. It is white strapless dress  with a black lining at the midrib . The dress makes me look , innocent, fragile and chic at the same time. I didn’t put make-up just baby powder and lip gloss, I wanted to look fresh. I heard a soft knock on the door  while I’m combing my hair, I knew it was JJ before I even heard his voice.

“Angel”

“Just a second JJ” I said while looking at my reflection in the mirror. Then I opened the door to see him so handsome in his suit.

“Yyou  are so beautiful” he said to me

“Thank you” I know I’m blushing right now because of his comment . He is really straightforward.

“Oh you also  look handsome “ I said not because I want to return the compliment but because it is true. He really look handsome in his suit.

He grinned “ Oh thank you angel, Are you ready to meet my relatives”

“ I guess so”  I said still feeling nervous thinking of what will his relatives say when they saw her in Kim’s  house in a party exclusively for the Kim’s clan.

As if he heard my thought he hold my hand and squeezed it lightly. “ You don’t have to worry, I won’t leave you. I’ll be on your side when you meet them. They are kind and fun to be with. Trust me  ok?”

“ I trust you “ I said more calm , I know that he won’t let anything bad happen to me.

We went to the garden to meet his relatives. They welcome me with open arms, they are all kind and fun to be with as JJ describe them.  His cousins are so funny I cannot helped but laugh at their jokes. I don’t know but I felt that I’ve known them for so long .With them I can be myself, the Sandara who is confident to talk anything about the sun. The Sandara who is sweet and dorky at the same time. I’m so happy right now that I made the right decision of attending the party.
