AJ smiled as he walked up to Naomi. She didn't run away, she made a promise that she planned to keep.

"Hi, Naomi." He said, taking her hand and leading her to where they held dance practice. No one was around, of course, they just finished their first competition which they won, so there was a break for now.

"Hi, AJ." Naomi said when they entered the room.

"How are you?" He asked.

"Doing better than I was before." She answered curtly.

"That's good." AJ nodded slowly.

"What about you? Do you have anything you need to say?" Naomi asked quickly.

"I... You know how I feel about you." was all he said.

"But you won't do anything to keep me." She finished for him.

"I can't go against my mother." AJ said sadly.

"That's not what I heard, AJ. And quite frankly, all this bull, I'm sick of it. Hoon and Dongho have said it over and over that all you need to do is talk to your father if you want me. But you refuse by letting pride get in your way." Naomi raised her voice at him.

"And you know what? That's fine. Because I guess I'm not worth it to you then. I'm just another one of those girls that you add to your list of conquests. That's what it is.

And I realize that now. I shouldn't have trusted you. I shouldn't have let you talk to me. I shouldn't have let you even come near me.

I hope you live a happy life with Lee Chaerin.

She seems to make you happy now.

Goodbye, AJ." Naomi said firmly before rushing out of the room.

She needed someone, anyone.

So she called up the only number she knew at the moment. The only person who would go anywhere for her.

Her best friend.

AJ sank to the floor. That had not gone like he had hoped.

Maybe he hoped she would be understanding. And that it was difficult to talk to a man like his father.

But she didn't.

She yelled at him. Made herself sound worthless from his actions.

When she wasn't. She wasn't at all.

She was perfect and everything he ever wanted.

But he couldn't do it.

It was too difficult, if he had a wife he would rather that he supported her.

And if he went against his mom. She would disown him.

That would not be helpful for a family in the future.

For now, he would mope. But he would have to figure out something to get her, make her happy again.
