Darryl’s POV

The next day, my siblings and I went with Nǎinai and Yéyé to their friends’ house. Anna noona keeps on bugging the elders to let them join us. The reason was she doesn’t want me to spend time with a woman alone. She really likes Mina for me and I was really grateful for that. Same goes with my brother. He said he would flirt with the girls if he has to.

Minguk hyung was the one driving while the elders point to where he would go. Anna noona and I was at the back seat listening to music. She was quiet for a while before she spoke.

Anna: How are you and Mina?

Darryl: Were fine.

Anna: When are you going to make a move anyways? How long have you been courting her?

Darryl: 8 months already. I don’t want to rush things. But that will come soon...

Anna: She’s the longest right?

Darryl: She is…

Anna: If Dandan was here… She probably kicked you already for being too slow!

Darryl: Dani would understand me. She always did anyways.

Anna: Damn right she did. So what are your plans with Mina?

Darryl: Let her focus on her career first.

Anna: Wow! How thoughtful!

Anna: I’m not! The last girl was only for 2 months!

Darryl: That’s because I was in need!

Anna: But you did love her right?

Darryl: More than my life. I loved her.

Anna: EW that’s so cheesy dude!

We both laughed at her statement. Just then, the car stopped in front of this mansion near the centre of the city. When we got out of the car, we were greeted by two elders. Nǎinai and Yéyé were hugging and talking with them. We bowed to them since we don’t really know them.

The two elders who were waiting for us in the front door offered us to go inside their house. It was a luxurious house. The exterior design was nothing compared to the interior. They led us to where I thought was the living room. A lovely lady in red dress was waiting for us in one of the sofa. She was smiling shyly and I think that was adorable. Don’t get me wrong though. Mina’s still the most beautiful for me.

When we were settled down, the introduction started. Nǎinai and Yéyé introduced us to the Li’s. They were friends for like a long time already. Then I met Jìngyí, the elders’ one and only granddaughter. She was the same age as Anna noona. I was a bit shocked when she told us her age. I thought she was maybe at the same age as I am.
