Darryl's POV

Being the nephew of one of the most successful Entertainment Company owner and the son of the most successful entrepreneur in the country is a burden sometimes. Having an uncle who's great in producing different kinds of genre in music and having parents whose great in marketing is a burden also, but having a lovely family like them pays of all the burden of it.

My uncle, Park Jinyoung or most people call him J.Y.Park, is the owner of one of the most successful entertainment industry in Korea, JYP Entertainment, while my parents are the owner of the largest sports and fashion company in Korea which has a different branch around the world.

My name is Kwak Minho, but they usually call me by my English name, Darryl. I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth but I must say, my family taught me well. I have 2 older siblings, Anna, who's 3 years older than I and Minguk, 5 years older than I. Despite the huge , my siblings and I are very close. Unlike other rich kids, we spend most of our time bonding with each other therefore we have the same circle of friends inside and outside the entertainment industry.

It was my first day of school thus, giving a lot of time to visit my uncle's company, I was on my way to my uncle's office when I saw some familiar faces in the company and the blonde short dude put me in a headlock

Jackson: Yooooow! The maknae is in the house man!

Mark: Oh! It's Darryl!

Yugyeom: How are you maknae?

Jinyoung: Jackson-hyung stop that, you'll give him a head ache

And Jackson hyung did so. They ask me where I was going and I told them that I was going to visit my uncle so they let me, but not after they told me to go to the 3rd practice room after. They said they wanted me to meet the new girl group uncle has just created. Yep, I know them, they're TWICE. They're a hot topic actually, from being the next Girls' Generation to being one of the monster rookies of the year. I read a lot about the girls but I've never met them.

You all might be wondering why I've never met them, when in fact my uncle created that monster rookie group. Well, I never really liked survival shows. Never in my entire life would I want to watch people suffering just because of the idea of debuting. It might sound so hypocritical but I hate it. I proceeded to my uncle's office. Knocking for a while before hearing a faint "Come In"

Darryl: Uncle

JYP: Darryl! You're here! Done with school?

Darryl: Yes uncle just finished. What are you doing?

JYP: Monitoring some ratings of the show

Darryl: What show? You mean... Sixteen?

JYP: Yes son. If this show has a high rating, I'm thinking of doing another one

Darryl: Uncle... You know I hate those kinds of things right? I agreed on you doing sixteen because I saw Jihyo-noona registering to it and I know how much Nayeon, Jeongyeon and Jihyo wanted to debut so much since 6mix so please. Don't do a survival show again. I can't afford to see any of the trainees suffering again

JYP: *Sigh* I know kid, I know. I'm sorry uncle decided to have another survival show. I really am. But Darryl this is an opportunity for them too you know.

Darryl: Uncle Survival show is not the answer! Find someone who's ready to debut! Evaluate them personally! It won't hurt to do that! That's 100 times better than survival show!

I couldn't help it anymore. I was so mad and frustrated knowing that my uncle still wants to try another survival show. It's true that I just agreed to that survival show because of my 3 noonas who's been desperate to debut. They're debut was cancelled and I could feel that they don't want to continue training anymore. It's like they're confidence was drain to the max. Uncle sighs for the second time and nodded his head. It's not that I'm a part of this company. I'm just his nephew after all, but he seeks some answers from me. And I'm more than thankful that he considers my feelings too while making his decisions

JYP: I guess doing survival show is not a great idea don't you think?

He suddenly said making my eyes wide for a moment before smiling widely while nodding my head and hugging him

Darryl: Thank you! Thank you so much uncle! You're the best!

JYP: I know, I know. Now get out of here. I need to do my work

He said smiling and I just nodded. I went out of this office and stopped in front of his door. I'm so glad he considered my feelings. I'm so grateful. After a moment, I started walking towards the 3rd practice room where the GOT7 hyungs wants me to go. When I reached the front of the door, I immediately heard singing and shouting inside. I knocked first before I slowly open the door. When I was half way, the door was forcefully opened causing me to move forward

Jackson: Darryl! You're here!

Jackson hyung shouted causing the others to stop and look at my direction. There are familiar faces and some are unfamiliar. I was supposed to greet them when I heard a shriek and felt two arms wrapping around my neck. I had to process everything first and before I know it I was pulled in a group hug. After a while, the hug loosen and I felt a kiss on my left cheek causing me to wake up from my trance

Nayeon: Minho! You're here! I missed you! How come you never visit us when we're in sixteen?!

Nayeon noona said irritated by the fact that I never even once visited them since sixteen. She doesn't know I hate survival shows. In fact none of them except my relatives know. And I told them that I was going abroad for the mean time for a vacation which is a lie because I was just in Jeju Island spending my time with my maternal grandparents.

Darryl: Uhm... Sorry about the noona. Heh, I'll make it up okay?

Jihyo: You better idiot! I thought you love us!

Jeongyeon: *Smack Darryl's head* you never even called or texted after the show! You never even congratulated us!

Darryl: Ow! *Rubs the soar part of his head* Noona. Please stop it. And can't you see? They look confuse. How about an introduction first?

The three girls look at their group members to see that I was right. The look on their members’ faces was priceless. I should've taken a picture of it. It was hilarious. I turned to the GOT7 hyungs to ask them for an alone time with the rookie group and I think they got it cause Mark hyung immediately said that they all have something to do due to their comeback and not long after, I was all alone with TWICE
