{Title}   About the title, I have absolutely no complaints for it. It wasn’t revealing the whole plot or any main roots around the plot and I found the title very attractive indeed. For me, it is one of the best titles I have ever seen in fanfics; I’m not kidding here. I do have some reasons why it is a great title for me.     Firstly, like I stated above, the title isn’t revealing and in fact, it fulfilled one of the points that I have been looking out to in many fanfics. An interesting or unique word; in other words: an attractive adjective. The word ‘defiance’ did make the title shine as a whole. ‘Defiance’ is a strong word indeed. So, it did show some of the character development in here that a certain character is this story has a bold resistance towards the authority.     Next, I really like to compliment you on the length of the title. It is so suitable as it was neither long nor short. So, great job on thinking of such an intriguing title. In my opinion, if I saw this title in the ‘Latest Updated Fics’, I would certainly click on it. I have to admit that you have a great ability in your word choice! Keep up the good work!   ____________________________________________________________________________________________________   {Plot}   For the overall plot development, I have to say that it was unique and I really enjoyed it as dystopian periods never fail to entertain me. However, some just doesn't make sense at all so I have to say that your plot was well-developed as it wasn't illogical or unrealistic. I love the overall content as it did remind me of the story: The Giver. Have you ever read it? Tell me about your opinions! I will look forward to them, let's move on.     The development was great however, I have to say that I was upset when it was a cliff-hanger. I wanted to know if Luhan had find the antidote like how An-lin wished but I really respected that determination coming from Luhan as I finally knew that there will be a day where everyone will get to witness red roses, the world covered in blues and greens.     There were many parts of the plot that was considered very unique and amazing to me. Firstly, it was the "Soul Plague" illness, it sounded very familar in movies and animes but not totally the same. It seems like you took those stories as a reference and create a better plot. It sounded so realistic and real. Somehow, the plot reminds me of this anime called 'Gakuen Alice'. Have you watched this anime? I guess if you haven't, you should. The main girl in the story sounds so much like Luhan. She thinks that the Academy is a 'heaven' related place and everyone is happy and relaxed in there.     Her behaviour is similar to Luhan as initially, she went to the Academy on her own will and help the school. It reminded me of how Luhan thought that the machine was justice and could help the world be a better place. However, the main guy in the story sounded so much like An-lin. In fact, he was pushed and used by the Academy to do dirty jobs. I really like the similarities as the main guy and Luhan slowly finds out their suffering as well as the truth.     Overall, the plot was great but I have some questions and queries hanging on the edge. I have to question the realistic level when Luhan suddenly find out about the truth of the government and other facts. I don't mean to find fault with this beautiful piece of writing but I have no choice but to question why he had to find out about the truth at that certain part of the story. It sounded a bit rushed and somehow, things came into place the moment he found out a secret from Kris. I did wish that he would have been given some time to think about that as the Kris and An-lin scene was just too rushed.     Personally, if I was you, I would have given Luhan some days to think about Kris' words and seeing him in a diffcult spot on whether to believe the government or not. Then, after a few days, he will soon hear about An-lin and Kris' talk in the corridor. So, do you know what I mean? Simply saying, it was a little unrealistic for me when he found out the entire truth in a day. Was An-lin and Kris' conversation fated to be heard by Luhan? Maybe, maybe not. So, all these queries were in my mind.     The next query I had was Luhan's past. It was hard believing how Luhan initally work so hard for the government to achieve great results when he had that sorrowful past connected to them . If it was that fiery and impulsive Luhan, why would he have work so willingly as a doctor which helps the government. Judging by his attitude, he wouldn't wish to start work after he knew that his brother was killed by the government. I have to admit that it was a little unrealistic when he only wanted to rebel after he knew the total truth from Kris and An-lin. So, my question is, why didn't his past with Luyang have any major effect on him?     The last query I had in my mind was how the government guards merely question who is Luyang and who is Luhan. It was a little unrealistic since they didn't consider that they may be lying; judging on the future dystopian, it seems like the technology is very advanced. Wouldn't they have do a thorough DNA check on who is who? So, this was a little unrealistic to me since they have even more advanced and great technology like the monitoring device. Next was
