By the time I got out the shower everyone was up.

And I could tell that by how loud it was.

Suddenly there was a knock on my door.

I left the bathroom and made my way to let whoever it was in.

It turned out to be Baekhyun.

He was dressed in a black suit. He looked at me surprised once I’ve opened the door

“You’re still not ready?” He asked

“Oh.. emm I just got out of the shower..”

“Noona will you do my tie?’’ He asked holding up a navy blue color tie in front of me.

“Come in” I sighed moving aside to let him inside.

“Why didn’t you ask Hana to do it?” I asked

“Because that’s my mum. It’s embarrassing, and after all this kind of stuff should be up to wives.”

“But I’m not your wife”

“Yet” He replied with a cheeky smile

I looked at him stunned for a while

“I’m joking~” He quickly said

I gave him a fishy look and I came up to him to help this with his tie.

“Why did you dress like this anyway?”

“I’m a guardian. We have to give  a good impression, especially when we’re going to visit the council, and after all today’s a special day right? You will be finally our leader so I have to look smart”

I laughed quietly still continuing with doing his tie.

“I don’t like the word ‘leader’. I don’t want to be different than you all. I want to fit it.”

“Here, done” I said before Baekhyun could say anything

He looked at the mirror in front of us.

He fixed his hair and buttoned the suit.

“You look great” I complimented him.

“Noona?”

“Hm?”

We were both looking at our mirror reflection.

“Are you scared of the war?”

His words surprised me because I don’t remember mentioning that I’m worried or scared of it, well I am but I never told him that.

We both turned around this time to face and look at each other.

“Are you scared Baekhyun?”

He shook his head.

“I’m not scared of the angles. I’m just  scared that something bad might happen to you”

I gave him a weak smile because I felt my eyes getting watery.

“Come here” I whispered and pulled him into a hug.

Baekhyun responded by snuggling me back even tighter.

Our hug got interrupted when Hana suddenly came in.

Baekhyun and I let go of each other awkwardly.

“Sorry, I just wanted to ask you If you need some help in picking a dress dear” Said Hana.

She herself was dressed in a posh dar
