We aren't planning on getting drunk tonight. We barely know our way around here - so we agreed to get drunk when we can walk home without looking at the map.

We head out and started walking down the street. We stopped by this cafe and guess who we see in the poster above the store?

"Ash, look. It's Big Bang on the wall."

"Dang, that poster is huge. Your boyfriend is looking pretty good."

I rolled my eyes at her, but I couldn't help to smile.

We entered the cafe. The walls were a deep purple color. There's computers everywhere. Posters of so many people on the walls.

"This place is very asian looking - it's really cute," Ash muttered while she grabs a toy that's attached to a pen. "It's a little Domo."

We both notice the little photo booths inside the cafe too. We finally got to the counter and he greeted us with perfect english.

"Hi, welcome to Tea of Life. How may I help you?"

He's pretty tall - about 5'7. Muscular. Nice built. He had brownish-red hair. His voice was deep. It didn't match his appearance.

"Hi, Can I please get...."

Ash quickly interrupts me - eager as always. "Hi, can we use the machine to take pictures? Can it take paper money or coins?"

"Um," the worker seems bombarded, "it can take either one, but it's broken right now. I'm sorry."

"Ohh.." Ash pouted and decided to sit at a table.

"Sorry about that, she gets excited. Can I have a black tea latte please?"

He let out a sigh with a big smile. "Don't worry about it. I'm Kyle. Where are you guys from?"

"I'm Mag," I reached my hand out for a handshake, "I'm from California. Do we stand out that much?" I asked him while leaning on the counter.

"You do. You don't look Korean, obviously." He handed me my drink.

"Yeah, cuz I'm not. Thanks for the latte. You're English is really good."

"I hope so. I grew up in Washington."

"Really? What brings you back here?"

"My grandfather passed away and left us everything. Things weren't going well for us in Washington. So, we figured to start over here. I came along because my mom needs me here.

"Aww, you're a sweetheart..."

"Thanks, but really, what brings you here?"

"Freedom. I just graduated college and I decided to spend my vacation here. I'll be here for a month."

"Freedom? Isn't Calif..?"

"Well, freedom from responsibilities. Plus, my friends taught english here and they always talked about how much fun they have. So, my friend and I decided to try it out."

"Ahh, I see. Well, I hope you have fun. Nightlife here is neverending."

"Really? Care to show us around? We don't know anybody here.. but you." I said with a big smile while playing with straw. Ahh, and my flirting begins. My cheeks are turning red, I could feel it, but it's cool. He's turning red as well.

"Hmm. I guess I'm obligated now," he says while grabbing pen and paper, "here's my number. Call me. I'll make time for you." He winked.

"I will. Thanks." I walked back towards Ash.

OMG! I mouthed to her. I still got game.

"So, what do you of him?" Ash said as she took a sip of the latte. "This is pretty milky compared to Starbucks." She gave me a sour look. I know what's she aiming at.  "Can you ask him to make it stronger, please?" She hands me her drink while fluttering her eyes and doing her signature smile.

"REALLY ASH? His name is Kyle, by the way." I got up from my seat and walked towards him. I turned my head and mouthed, "He's pretty cute." Anyways, this isn't America - of course it doesn't taste like Starbucks. And here I am, new to this area and already complaining.

"I love you, Mag." Ash said when I got closer to the counter.

I got back to the counter and smiled - hoping he would see me despite the other customers in the cafe.

"Yes?" He smiled with both his hands on the counter. His arms are very well defined. He's wearing a white v-neck with a light purple apron.

"Do you think.. you can.. add a little more tea because my friend wants it a bit strong. Please?"

"Do you like it?" He gave me a smirk.

"I do - she doesn't," i whispered.

"How about I make you another one? So you can enjoy yours and she can have her own."

He handed me the drink.

"Thank you so much," I said as  I noticed something on the cup sleeve.

"Hey, is this Big Bang?"

"Oh no. You're a fan too?" He laughed. "They're hot right now ever since they release their MV teaser."

"Oh. Not really. I think I saw the guy with the mohawk.. Taeyang? At the airport this morning. The scene was intense! Cameras everywhere. Girls were going crazy."

"Yeah. Fans here.. are crazy."

"Well, thanks again. I'll be calling you, Kyle." I bowed as I backed up.

"Oh, you bought another one?"

"No, Kyle made you one so I can have my own." My smile gotten huge.

"Ohh, Mag. You're liking him. Ask him if he's busy tonight. God knows how long you haven't...."

"Shut up. Noo. I'll ask him later. But look, Big Bang is on the sleeves. There's a date on there. 14-3-11. That's tomorrow."

I turned around to face Kyle. He seems pre-occupied.

"Do you think we can use the computers? Let's see whats happening." I quickly got up and went to the computer.

WHOA. Big Bang is giving candy to their fans? It's White Day?

"Ash, come here. Quick." I'm comprehending the entire summary. "Tomorrow, at this address, they are giving out free candy to their fans. Also, they're performing at this place. Let's get tickets!"

Ash looks at me dumbfoundedly. "You want to do all this tomorrow? Let's do it. How much do you think all this is going to cost?"

"I don't know. But maybe.. Kyle will be free tomorrow?"

We both giggled at the idea. Maybe Kyle can help us out.
