JAEJOONG’S POV

I woke up from the annoying sounds of her alarm.

“Someone shut it” I groaned.

“Ugh” I grunted.

I turn her alarm off while the real owner of the alarm is still peacefully asleep.

I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

“Pig…” I muttered.

I shake her off sleepily, while she fluttered her eyes open sleepily.

“Ah….Wae?” She grunted angrily.

“Time for work” I said.

She squinted her eyes from the sudden intrusion of bright lights into her eyes.

She yawned. “But my alarm hasn’t even ring yet”

“It did.” I said.

“Really?” She asked while rubbing her face sleepily.

I nodded and yawned.

I went to the bathroom to wash myself up.

Once I’m done, I styled my hair with some wax and put on a black shirt paired with a black pants, and a black blazer. I use a Gucci black belt with a metal design in the middle and paired it with my black earring and black shoes.

I put on my black skin Rolex watch.

I take a last look of myself in the middle and smirked proudly at my own reflection.

“Still as handsome” I commented.

I went out of my closet to find her sleeping on the bed.

“Ya…get up, it’s time for work” I said.

She grunted sleepily and made her way to the bathroom.

YOUR POV

Why am I so sleepy today? I thought as I yawned for the umpteenth time today.

I washed myself quickly and curl my hair loosely, wear a thin smoky eye makeup with lips.

I wear my ruffled Valentino shirt with black Armani suit and a high waist Armani pants.

I put on a black long necklace as an accent and paired it with black Laboutin pumps.

I took my black croco Hermes birkin and went out.

“Oh? He’s gone…” I muttered.

I skipped down the stairs to find nobody inside the house.

“Where did everyone go?” I asked to myself.

I pouted.

I look at my phone clock and I’m still way too early for work.

I sighed.

“Might as well cook something for myself today” I muttered.

I went to the clean kitchen area and found everyone standing with a worried face.

“What happened?” I asked one of the maids.

“The…the…master…he’s cooking…by himself…” She said while stuttering.

I raised my brow.

The prince cooks? I thought.

The maids made some way for me to walk.

I put my bag on the countertop and look at him.

“What are you cooking?” I asked.

“Some simple Korean food” He said.

“You cook?!” I asked, surprised.

“No, an imaginary mouse is currently above my head controlling my hand movements by pulling my hairs” He said sarcastically.

“Wow that’s cool” I said.

He gave me a look.

I grin.

“I made some for you too” He said.

I gasped playfully. “What honor do I have to eat a food made by THE Kim Jae Joong?” I said with a chuckle.

He laughed.

“Want me to help?” I asked.

The maids looked even more worried.

“You cook?”

“Yeah”

“Sure?”

I gave him a look.

“Long story short, I’ve worked part time inside tons of Korean restaurant and have been cooking for the guys and I for around ten years” I said proudly.

The maids whispered something by themselves.

I turn around and gave them a look.

“Mind to leave us alone? You’re making me uncomfortable” I said.

They left in an instant.

“You worked as a part timer?”

I nodded.

He laughed. “Yeah, right, like I’m going to believe in that”
“Suit yourself” I said while munching some ham.

“Yaa!!” He hit my hand.

“Don’t eat them now.” He said with a pout.

“Fine. Then let me do something.”
“You cut?” He asked.

I nodded.

Dice the onion and cut the vegetables into stripes.”

“Ay ay captain.” I said with a grin.

I cut the vegetables up in a matter of minutes.

“Impressive” He said.

“I know right.” I said with a grin.

“How do you know how to cook?” I asked.

“I just like to cook?” He said.

I nodded while munching some kimchis.

“Stop eating the foods. I’m not done yet.” He said.

I pout. “But I’m starving” I said.

“I’m almost done”

“Coffee? Tea? Water?” I asked.

“Tea, Korean tea”

I made some teas for us and placed it on the countertop.

I scoop some rice for us to eat and placed them on the countertop as well.

I sit patiently on the stools and let him finish his work of art.

“DONE” He exclaimed cheerfully.

I grin.

Finally.

Food.

He brought the soup to the countertop while I help him bring the side dishes to the countertop.

He then gave me the utensils.

“Thank you for the food~” I chirped.

"You sure did a lot of effort to arrange these things."

"I like to eat pretty food."

I chuckled and taste the soup.

“Ah…the soup tastes so good” I said.

He chuckled.

“Thank you?”

“You should cook breakfasts from now on” I said with some food still inside my mouth while patting the side of his hand.

He shook his head.

“I love these things.” I said while munching some pancakes.

“Eat slowly, nobody is going to steal it from you” He said while giving me a cup of water.

I munched and gulp the food down. “I’m really hungry” I said.

“I can see that”

We finished the pot of soup. No, I did, I drank more than half of the soup and ate half of the side dishes as well.

“I don’t know how do you managed to stay so thin” He said while shaking his head.

“If you’re the one who’ll be cooking everyday, I don’t think I can stay thin any longer” I said.

He laughed.
“Let’s go kiddo” He said.

I nodded and trailed behind him while I took another piece of the pancake and ate it.

JAEJOONG’S POV

That girl is a food tank.

How did she manage to eat so much this early in the morning?

But is my food that good?

I chuckled.

I felt like somebody is pulling onto my sleeves, again.

I looked back and found her tugging into my sleeves while having a pancake hanging from , while she’s busy with her phone.

Talk about multi tasking.

I chuckled.

“Come, I’ll send you to the office”

She nodded blankly and followed me into the car.

Once she’s done with her phone and her mind finally landed on planet earth, she asked me innocently “Where are we going?”

I really have to chuckle at that.

“Your office” I said.

YOUR POV

“Morning guys” I said with a grin.

They all bows down.

“Read me my schedule please”

“You have a twelve o’clock meeting with the lawyers, then you’ll have another meeting with the planning and financing team regarding Haewon company. Then you'll have to attend another meeting with the directors followed by”

"Stop" I cut her off.

"Brief me the rest of them later"

She nodded.

I went in to my office.

I was going through the rest of the financial statements when Vic came in.

“Depyonim, Haewon’s factory employees are currently going into a strike.”

I nodded.

“Get the car and loudspeaker ready. I need you to come with me as well.” I said with a smile.

She pouts. “Should I really go with you”

I nodded with a grin. “We should get all dirty and stinky today”

“Ne depyonim” She said with a pout.

I walk down the office and went in to the car, heading straight to the factory.

I saw the groups of angry mobs and sighed.

I really don’t want to do this the hard way.

The security team steps down from their cars and made way for me.

I turn on the loudspeaker.

“I came here in peace” I began.

They started to speak by themselves.

“I believe that all of you here have worked hard for this factory over the past several years, and I respect you guys for that” I said with a deep bow.

They shut up.

“Now, do you guys really have that much problems in giving our company a chance for a brighter future of Haewon’s metals?”

“YES” One of them shouted.

“And why is that?”
 “Because we were fine, because we support Jeon sajang and Haewon.”

“You guys work for Haewon, and only Haewon. All that Jeon sajang ever did was allocating your work into the appropriate places. Haewon will not change. Haewon will always be Haewon no matter who’s managing the company.”

“What about our employment? We’ve heard about the deconstruction.”

“Deconstruction will happen from level zero onwards. We will help to close all Jeon sajang’s flaws and help to build a better and prosperous Haewon.”
They began their murmurs again.

“All you conglomerates are the same, all you ever think is profit. Deconstruction? Huh, you fools will only replace us with a more better and abled machines.”

They cheered at his statement.

I rolled my eyes.

An egg went my way and hit my shoulders, the crowd cheered and threw some more eggs to my direction.

“LISTEN TO ME” I shouted through the loudspeaker.

“I, HWANG IN HEE, WILL NOT REPLACE ANY ABLED EMPLOYEES WITH MACHINES.”

The eggs throwing parade stops, while I’m drenched in bad eggs.

I took a deep breath.

“I will take into accounts all your past behavior and will watch you guys closely for the next three months. If you pass that test, then I will take you as an abled Haewon’s employee, but if not, you guys shall leave the factory. I am not the type to give free money to any lazy people.” I said strictly.

“How will we know whether you’re cheating on us or not”
“I’ll give you guys a report card in three months time” I said.

“And I can assure you that none of you will be fired if you work for Haewon with all your heart. If you don’t have the heart, then you’re not a Haewon person and you have no rights to be in Haewon’s property and vice versa.”

They began to talk amongst themselves while I clean the eggs shell from my clothes.

“Tell me the answer through a representative by tomorrow afternoon at the latest” I said and went into my car.

“Ah, I stinks” I muttered.

I went back into the office all wet and stinky.

I quickly took a shower and change my clothes.

“Ah…fresher”

NARRATOR’S POV

The CEO went for a briefing with the legal teams and she attends a few more boring meetings with all the old directors.

She went back to her office and busies herself with some more paper works paper works.

She picks up her ringing phone.

“Oh, Joo Wonah..” I said.

“Noona, how are you?”

“Ugh, busy? What about you? How’s the Japan branch?”

“One at a time noona. Looks like you’re all over the place with your favorite PA gone missing huh?” He said through the other line.

“Ugh, you don’t want to know. I have to face those dreadful and scary old men without you. And Tao can’t even be with me today.” She said with a pout.

He laughed.

“Yes, yes, you do need me don’t you noona?”
“Eung, so finish the acquisition plan quickly and get your back here”

“Arrasso. We’re almost done noona.”

“How are your scars?”

“Mhm, they’re fine, the wounds are closed now.”

“That’s good. What do you want me to buy from Japan?”

“TOKYO BANANA” She said happily.

“Call. Oh, noona, I gotta go, bye”

“Tch, he didn’t even says that he loves me” She sulks and threw her phone back to the table.

She reviewed several more papers tiredly and went home when it’s dark.

“I’m home~~” She said tiredly as she went into her room.

She plopped herself tiredly on the mattress and fell into a deep slumber.

JAEJOONG’S POV

I went to my room as I reached home to see a pig snoring on the bed.

Her position is also a sort of an art.

I went to the bathroom for a quick bath.

I tried to wake her up but I guess she’s too tired for a normal wake up call.

She starts to move when I tickle her abdomen areas.

Ha!

My hands are still powerful.

She scrunches her face into a thousand folds.

She pried my hands away while my hand won’t budge.

I chuckled at her childishness.

She tries to move to the other side of the bed while I won’t let her.

She groaned and suddenly sat up with her eyes closed, hitting her head with mine.

“AAAHHH” we screeched painfully as we fall back to the bed while rubbing our forehead.

“What was that?” She asked sleepily.

“My forehead…..” I muttered painfully while rubbing my forehead.

She finally opens her eyes sleepily and grunted.

“Why did you wake me up?” She asked with a long yawn.

“Dinner time”

She scratches her head.

“What time is it?” She asked sleepily.

“Eight?”

She nodded and walks out.

“The guys are here though….” I muttered and follow her out.

YOUR POV

I followed the butler to the pool sleepily.

This guy wants to have a barbeque with only the two of us?

Or not…

They saw me, and I saw their surprised look.

“Hyung must have not told you that we’re coming…” Jun Su said.

I nodded.

“Why don’t you wash yourself first?” Chang Min oppa said.

I looked at them sleepily and went to the bathroom to have a good look of myself.

Well, it wasn’t a pretty sight.

Now I know why they looked at me in shock.

My makeup and hair are all over the place.

I washed my face and tied my hair into a bun.

I went out and sat on one of the chairs.

“Wake up” The jerk said while rocking my body.

I grunted. “I’m up” I said.

“You’re half up”

Yun Ho oppa chuckled.

“Never seen this side of the mighty ice queen” He said.

“A queen is also a normal person who need sleeps”

“You sleeps more than a normal person though” The jerk said.

I looked at him “Tch”

“Hyung…start cooking and stop talking, I’m hungry” Chang Min oppa said.

He rolled his eyes.
“I’m hungry too” I said.

He gave the both of us a look.

I grin.

We went to the stove and start to grill the meat until they’re in mighty perfection.

The chefs grills the beef in a different stove while we grills the pork and seafood in another stove.

“YA!! Don’t eat it first, it’s not done yet” Jae Joong said while he hits Chang Min oppa’s hand.

“This hyung, is called as a medium rare meat” He said happily.

“They’re not even half cooked Min”

"Oh....really...?"

He gave him a look.

He cuts the meat into small pieces and grills them for another minute or so and then he ate them.

“Do you want some?” He asked me.

I nodded with a grin.

“Ahh” He coed.

I opened my mouth willingly as he put a piece of pork into my mouth.

“Ah, it tastes so good”

“Give me some too.” The jerk said with a pout.

I took a piece for him and put it into his mouth.

We grills for a few more minutes while the chefs takes over and plates the meat up.

“This is so good” I squeal in delight.

Min oppa nodded in agreement.

“I think In Hee is the female version of Chang Min. They eat the most but none of them gets fat” Chun oppa said.

We both nodded in agreement.

“I cooked a pot of soup for us, and she ate more than half of it, really”

Min oppa choked on his meat.

I handed him a glass of water.

“I envy you two. I’ll get fat when I eat a lot” Jun Su oppa said.

“To be exact, your will get fat” Chun oppa said.

I chuckled.

“But really oppa, your is every female’s dream” I said.

“I know, my is the best.”

“You look like a duck though Su” Jae Joong commented.

“Hyung~~ You’re supposed to be on my side” He whined.

“Why?”

“Because I’m your cousin!!!”

“Tch, you’ve never even been on my side”

“Who said????”

“I said”
I laughed.

These guys are really cute.

And somehow at a time like this the three managed to eat happily without caring for the other two.

“just eat Su” Chun oppa said as he shove a wrapped pork into his mouth.

“awfyhjlydeshmuy!!!!”

“Welcome Su” He said calmly and ate his own food while Jun Su oppa smacked his hand.

“Our Su wants another one? Ujujujuju here” He said as we wrapped a big piece of meat with a huge spoonful of chili and garlic and shoved them up into his mouth.

The rest of them laughed.

“Nice job Chun” Min oppa said with a chuckle.
