I thought as I dozed off to dream land.

I woke up the next morning to find him gone.

“He left me?!” I muttered to myself and scoffed.

I look around to find his belongings, but to no avail.
I pouted.

“Is this the revenge or is this the start of a never ending war…?” I muttered.

“But I thought we’ve agreed to not cross each other's line” I whispered.

I lay back onto the bed to have some more sleep.

“Who cares about the jerk anyway?” I said to myself and slept.

JAEJOONG’S POV

I couldn’t…sleep the whole night.

I was too furious to sleep. As soon as the day breaks, I packed all of my belongings to get back to Seoul. I need some alone time…to think and to have fun.

I left Jejudo with my own jet and flew back to Seoul.

I was about to leave the plane when my secretary called.

“Sir, Mrs Kim is with you right?” He asked

Mrs Kim…? Omma? Why would she be with me?

Wait…Mrs Kim?! As in Hwang In Hee?! No..it should be Kim In Hee now right?

I cleared my throat. “And how does it concern you whether my wife is with me or not?” I asked, slightly annoyed.

“That’s not what I meant sir. There are a flood of reporters in the airport, and…I think it would be wise if your wife is coming along with you.” He said carefully,

“Yes she is with me. I’ll reach Seoul in three hours” I lied.

“But…I thought you landed in Seoul already…”

“Since when do YOU question ME?” I asked

“My apologies, sir.”

I end the call “We’re going back to Jejudo” I said

“…Ne..?” The flight attendance asked.

“I said we’re going back to Jejudo, is there a problem?” I asked

“No, sir.”

I closed my eyes and I somehow manage to get some sleep.

“Sir…” I felt someone nudge me.

“….What do you want?”

“We’ve reached Jejudo, sir”

My lids fluttered, and I groggily get down from the plane and back to the hotel.

I grunted tiredly. She’s really, wearing me down.

I went inside the room, to find her sleeping peacefully on the side of the bed.

I look at my watch, so it’s 9.30 already huh.

She looks so serene and peaceful when she’s sleeping. Almost like a baby.

I walked to the other side of the bed to get myself some sleep too.

Who cares about the reporters? It’s their own fault anyway.

I lay down on the bed.

She started to wiggle around the bed suddenly.

She let out some whale like moans too.

I panicked.

Don’t get up now please don’t get out now please. I prayed.

I'm tired and I need some sleep too.

How am I suppose to calm her down?!

I hugged her so she would stop moving.
She still tries to wiggle her way out of my grasp.

I pat her back softly for several times.

“Ssshhsshh, it’s alright, I’m here, sshhsshh” I whispered

She stopped.

What is she?! A baby?!

And why is the nanny role given to me?!

Aish this girl is seriously…

I let go of her and she started to moan and wiggles again.

I sighed and hugged her back.

“Shhsshh”

She stopped.

She snuggled onto my chest to find a comfortable position.

I let out a deep breath of frustration.

I looked at her and my face softened.

She really is a big baby.

YOUR POV

I woke up for the second time today.

I felt two arms around me, and opened my eyes to see a jerk sleeping.

I thought he left.

So whose hands are these?!

His?!

I shrieked and immediately closed my mouth.

His eyes fluttered open and he looked at me.

“YA!! Why did you shout?!” He shrieked.

I jumped a little.

“I was startled!! Why are your arms around me anyway?!” I retorted.

“You should thank me for that” He muttered.

“Why would I be?”

“Because otherwise you would’ve wiggled here and there and moan like a whale” He said.

“Oopsies…sorry..” I said, embarrassed by myself.

“What time is it..?” He muttered

I looked at the clock beside my bedside

“10.57” I said.

“I thought you had left” I muttered.

“I did, and I came back here to fetch you. Reporters jammed the airport. Everyone wants to have a snap of the newlyweds” He said

I let out a dark chuckle.

I should’ve guess. Everything is for the image.

“I’ll be ready in half an hour” I said and went to the bathroom.

I took a quick shower and covered myself in a robe.

I dried my hair and I slightly curl my hair.

I wear some light makeup and put my Moschino dress on.

At least my clothes should look sunny right?

You have to look sunny in order for you to have a sunny heart right?

I slipped on the wedding ring on my ring finger.

I went out and wear a pair of white lanvin pumps

I look to the direction of the bed to find him sleeping.

I will gladly marry him if only he’d stay like this. Calm and quiet without the jerk like attitude.

I called the room service for some brunch and sat there quietly.

Should I wake him up?

I bit my lip.

But he didn’t look like he gets a lot of sleep last night, and I don’t want to disturb him either.

I was in a deep hesitation when my phone gave me a heart attack.

I take my phone from the table. “Unknown number”

Odd…whose phone number is this?

I picked it up anyway. “Yoboseyo, Hwang In Hee imnida”

I heard a female chuckling on the other line.

…Okay…creepy much…

“Honey, it’s suppose to be KIM In Hee now right?” She asked, emphasizing on the “Kim”

“Ne..?” I asked, not getting the point. Then it hit me; I just got married last night.

“Ah…ne…Sorry to be rude…but… may I know who am I speaking to right now?” I asked carefully.

“Oh silly, I’m your mother in law. Ah right! We haven’t exchanged our numbers right?Look at me, aigoo, I'm getting older I'm getting older” She said while letting out a laugh.

“Ah, joisonghabnida omonim, I was rude” I said

“Aniya aniya, why are you saying sorry?” She chuckled

I laughed awkwardly with her.

“Ah…by the way, is my baby son up? He’s not picking up my calls” She said in a kind of sad tone.

“Jae Joongshieyo? No, he’s still asleep omonim”

She chuckled again.

“Omo! Look at this mother in law, she’s getting older by the day. Of course he shouldn’t be up right now, you guys must had a long night last night.” She let out a giggle.

Why would we...? Isn’t every night the same?

“…Ne?” I asked not getting the point.

She chuckled. “Honey, you must be tired as well, why don’t you get some more sleep and drop by our home once you reach in Seoul” She said.

“Ne, I will omonim.” I said

“Then I’ll see you there honey. And oh! Don’t rush things kay? I’m hanging up now” She said.

“Ne omonim” I said, not fully understanding what she meant.

I put the phone back and just in time, my brunch is finally here.

I happily skipped towards the door, not to find my heavenly brunch, but a bunch of real Barbie dolls on the front door.

I looked at them.

They snickered.

Girly much?

I chuckled and looked straight at them.

“So…here is the girl who stole our oppa” One of them said.

“So…you guys used to share MY oppa?” I retorted.

Her breaths fasten and deepen.

“You look normal” One of them said while pointing her fingers repeatedly on my forehead.

I smiled and take her hands off me. “I’m natural honey”

“You’re uglier than me!! No, Us!!!” One of them defended.

“Imperfections makes you look humane and perfect” I winked at them and tried to close the door when one of them stops me from doing so.

His girls are SO aggressive.

“Bring oopa here!” One of them shouted. I closed with one of my hands.

“He’s still sleeping, don’t disturb him” I said calmly.

 “YOU !!! HOW DARE YOU SLEEP WITH MY OOPA?!” She shouted.

“I am his official wife you know” She said calmly.

 “He slept with me more than he slept with you!” She retorted.

“And…you’re proud with that?” I asked.

They should be.

“Of course” I smirked in victory.

 “Hmm…then should I leave a message to him or something?”

“No..you’re the one who’ll be getting the message” One of them smirked and grabbed a bunch of my hair, I let out a small shrieked in pain.

I was about to shove her off when her “friends” holds my hands.

“Jae oopa, is sleeping right?” She asked with a dark smile.

“Yea, so what?” I retorted.

“So…we could make you ugly and he won’t love you anymore” She said slowly.

I let out a bitter laugh. ‘Love’ huh? Interesting.

“He will love me more” I challenged.

Or…I’ll ruin both of our images. I thought to myself.

“What? You’re going to cut my face or something?” I asked.

“Bingo~” She said

I shivered in horror.

She took out a blade and one of her friends took out a scissor.

My breaths starts to get uneven.

Argh, self defense is useless at a time like this.

“And we’re going to ruin your beautiful hair honey” She chuckled darkly with her friends.

She let go of my hair and her friend grasp it immediately.

She aimed the blade straight to my cheek. I squinted my eyes, waiting for the impact, which never came.

“ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY?!” A voice yelled.

I open my eyes. A hand is now pulling her hand out of my face.

I let out a deep breath of relief.

Her friend took the opportunity to hold the scissors up and she was an inch close to my hair and he use his other hand to hold her up too.

“You two, let go of her hand” He hissed.

“NOW!” He barked.

They immediately let go of my hand.

I plopped down on the floor, thinking what had just happened. Did..he…just rescued me?

I panted hard from the shock.

JAEJOONG’S POV

These girls are monsters, why did she even open the door for them?!

Seriously, how will she live as my wife when she’s this weak?!

“Oopa…” One of them whimpered, tears forming in her eyes.

“Don’t oopa me you monster” I hissed angrily at her.

Her tears fell. “I won’t fall for your acts, you know that pretty well too” I said coldly.

“But..oopa, how can you marry that…that…?!” She shrieked.

“She’s better than you and she’s not a monster like you guys”

“You guys should go, and you guys should never return either. I’ll make you guys regret once you did so” I said.

They sobbed and started to run away for good.

I helped her up, her face looked lifeless, like they’ve taken her soul with them.

“You know…your fan girls are pretty serious” She still managed to say and is followed by a hollow chuckle.

“I thought you can do some martial arts” I said calmly

“I could, but they grab my hair and hands, so it’s hard for me to make a move” She shrugged.

“Girls are scary…” I muttered.

“No… to be exact YOUR fan girls are crazy” She said with a shiver.

I rolled my eyes.

“Yea yea”

“Thanks for saving me back there” She smiled.

“And thanks for giving me a heart attack for the second time today” I smiled

“I thought you were asleep” She said while I helped her walk to the villa.

“I was, until I heard some shrieks and shouts”

“Oh..sorry to disturb your sleep” She muttered.

I shook my head.

“They’re here because of me”

“And…about your revenge…will it…be bad…?” She asked

I froze, and then I recall on her lines. I laughed.

“Why don’t you tell me your relationship with that bridal mask guy?” I asked

“Joo Wonie? I told you last time we were drinking” She said

She did?! No, she was with me?!

“…I’m…the type..to..forget…everything once..I’m drunk…” I told her honestly, my face flushed red.

She laughed.

“AHAHAHAHAHA OMG~!!!” She laughed while she holds her stomach.

I pouted. “It’s not funny~!!!” I shrieked.

“IT…IS…!!!!” She laughed to her heart’s content.

“Stop laughing and tell me the relationship between you two” I said

She tried to calm her nerves down.

“Okay…let me retell you the story drunk boy.”

I rolled my eyes at her

“He is my other brother. Full and birth name Hwang Joo Won. He hates this whole heir and supremacy thing so he became my assistant and is more well known as Joo Won only, without the Hwang” She said as she resume to her laughing mode.

My eyes bulge out.

I just made a fool out of myself.

I was thinking that she dated her own assistant.

I thought she was that low to fall in love with her own assistant.

Oh my God….

I thought she wanted me to back off from the wedding by myself by bringing him with her.

When…we arrived from Jejudo, the night of the wedding, during the party.

The colours of my face whitened.

I feel so stupid.

I looked at her, she looked back at me.

Wait, why didn’t she introduced him to me in the first place?!

“Ya, but why didn’t you introduce me to your other brother?” I asked, curious.

“He didn’t want you to know” She shrugged.

“He never wants anyone to know” She muttered as she nodded her head.

So…that was his plan after all.

I was tricked..by her brother right?

A kid tricked THE Kim Jae Joong.

Funny.

But why did he do that in the first place?!

I pouted. I feel so disgraced by this.

“Jae Joongshi, so…are you still going to go on your revenge?” She asked with her almond eyes.

“…”

“No…” He said.

“Really like really really really really really?”

“Ya, are you a kid? A no is a no” I said, annoyed.

"Tch, annoying jerk" She whispered

I let out a deep breath in annoyance and decide to just let it slide.

Looks like I'll have to be her nanny for some time.

I groaned at the thought of it.
