From the looks of the road, we’ll be going back to Seoul.

“Where are we going?” I asked.

“Somewhere”

“Were you “that” bored?”

“I was lonely” He said coldly.

I remained silent.

“Are we going to Hangang?”

He nodded.

JAEJOONG’S POV

“What’s gotten into you suddenly?”

“Nothing” I replied.

“Then?”
“Just feel like drinking by the riverside”

She chuckled.

“And I’m your drinking buddy”

“Exactly”

“Where are the guys?”

“None of them wants to accompany me” I pouted.

“So I’m your second choice then” She said bitterly.

I chuckled.

“Said that yourself”

“YA!”

He shrugs.

We sat down by the riverside, drinking beer, enjoying the scene, the conversation and the windy night.

“I feel freee” She said while lying down to the grass.

“Me too” I grin.

“We’re so screwed for tomorrow”  She said while looking at her watch.

“Ah…don’t talk about work. I’m enjoying my free time”

“Yeah…Let’s enjoy this. This is the best really”

I nodded.

"HWANG IN HEE!!"

"YEAH??"

"LET'S BE GOOD FRIENDS!!!"

"EEUUNNGG~~" She grins as she face me.

We talked a lot. Having a conversation like we're some kind of old friends.

We're no longer awkward.

Just...friends.

We somehow end up going back home when we start to see people coming for an early jog.

My alarm rang and I immediately turn it off.

I need more sleep.

The noises my butler and the maids make are getting louder as well.

Argh.

I open my eyes and grumpily sit up.

“It’s time to work, ma’am”

“Yes, I understand. You may go out.” I informed.

All of them immediately went out.

"Wait, did he went to work already?"

"Yes ma'am"

I grunted.

How did he wake up so early again?

Everything is because of that guy.

I did the same daily routine.

Showering, changing bandages, blowing my hair, putting some makeups on.

I wore a Giorgio Armani black blazer with Alberta Feretti’s low cut black insider and Giorgio Armani’s black dress pants, with black Laboutin pumps. I topped the look off with white Chanel pearl necklace and diamond earrings, while I took my Nancy Gonzalez white flap top clutch.

I took my Gucci sunglasses and went out with my new Ferrari.

I stopped by the coffee shop to get myself some caffeine boost.

I ordered a black Americano with a chicken puff pastry.

On my way out I bumped into a…human pole.

“Joisonghabnida” I quickly said and bowed.

“In Hee?”

I looked up.

He opens his sunglasses and smiles.

“Chang Min oppa!” I grin.

He grins.

“Wua…you look like a model who just came out from the magazine” I said, amazed.

“I do?” He smiled cheekily.

I nodded.

“Is your office near here?” I asked.

“Eung, not far away”

“Aahh..” I smiled.

CHANGMIN’S POV

She called me a model.

My angel called me a model.

I don’t care if he’s hyung’s wife or whether they’re really dating or not, I’m going to snatch her away from him.

I smiled.

“Are you in a rush?” I asked.

“Ani, not really.”

“Then, do you want to seat first?”

She grins. “Sure, oppa”

We sat by the window.

“You haven’t had your breakfast too?” She asked.

I smiled embarrassingly.

“I did, but I’m hungry again. You haven’t had your breakfast?”

She nodded.
“Then, let’s eat here, and then we’ll go to work”

“Sure” She smiles.

I love her smile, how her milky white skin radiates when the sun hits her face, and the glimmers in her eyes, they've always managed to drown me. How can a human’s eye be so shimmery but deep at the same time?

I love it. I love the sight of her.

“Oppa~” She called.

“Oh? What did you say?”

“I asked, where’s your office”

“My office?” She nodded.

“Do you know that prism building?”

She nodded again.

“My office is in there”

“We’ll keep on meeting then” She grins.

I grin as well and pinched her cheeks.

She looked upset.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to…”

She chuckled.

“Gotcha”

“YA! That was not funny!!”

“I could pass as an actress right?” She smiles.

I nodded.

That smile, oh my God.

Minnie is melting.

I smiled as well.

“You like to eat puff pastries too?” I asked.

“Eung, its one of my favourite food. You like it as well?”

I nodded. “it’s buttery but it’s light”

“And it melts in your mouth” She continued.

I nodded quickly with a huge grin plastered on my face.

We look at each other and then burst into laughter.

She look at her phone, “Oops, I need to go, business calls. Sorry oppa, let’s meet next time” She smiled.

“Arrasso, let’s go together.” I said.

We went out of the coffee shop and part ways.

“Wait, In Heeshi”

She looked back “Yeah?”

I walk forward.

“What’s you exact relationship with Jae hyung?” I asked.

“Him? My husband.”

“Are you guys dating?”

She shook her head.

I sighed in relief.

So those were part of his image building huh.

“By the way oppa, thanks for inviting my friends yesterday, I was really surprised.” She grins.

I nodded and smiled.

“I’m glad you like my surprise”

“I lovveee your surprise. See you later oppa”

She went in to her Ferrari while I went inside my Porsche.

“YYEEAAHHHH!!!” I shouted inside the car and did my ceremony hand dance.

I happily drove to my office.

I grin.

My phone rings, again.

“Depyonim, where are you?”

“Nearby the office. Why?”

“Haewon’s President is here.”

“Give him a drink and a relaxing pill. Are the papers done yet?”

“Ne depyonim.”

“Is he alone?”

“Ne.”

“Make four copies of them, and him to the meeting room near my office. Call the VP and lawyer Han as well.”

“Ne depyonim”

I quickly walk into the building when my phone rang again. I grumbled.

“Yes Vic?”

“It’s me actually” The other line said.

“ ‘Me’ who?”

“Your husband”

“Is there a problem?” I asked while running.

“Are you busy?” He asked.

“More like in a rush”

“Oh, sorry, call me back after you’re done.”
“Yeah, sure.”

“I went into the elevator and head straight for the meeting room”

I went inside.

“I’m sorry I’m late” I bowed.

“Let’s start”

My lawyer nodded.

“Other shareholders have signed a petition, asking you to step down from your seat. As our company holds more than 50% of the shares, the company’s ownership will change as well. We hope for you to sign these papers. One for the changing of ownership, two, for going down from your current seat as the president.”

He looked stressed.

Good.

The easier it’ll be for me then.

“What do you want me to do? Do you want to step away from your seat respectfully or should I make you step out of your seat my own way?” I smiled sweetly at him.

He took the glass of water with trembling hands.

“…I…I don’t want to step back from my seat…” He said.

This guy is quite determined.

Tao threw him an envelope.

He opened them up and his eyes widened.
“Should we bring this to the police? Or should we inform the media first?”

He gasped in shock.

I smirked.

“How did you get these?!”

“No shouting, sir. It was easy. We’re not the Hwangs for nothing you see. Corruption, scandals, bribing, and smuggling as well.” I hummed while nodding my head.

“Not a bad record. You’ll be at least twenty years in jail.” I nodded to myself.

“....”

“Now, let me ask you once again, will you please be kind enough to sign these papers?” I asked with a smile.

 “Please give me a chance, give me one more chance, I’ll buy the shares back from you. I’ll pay them by the end of this year” He said pleadingly.

“No can’t do” Tao hummed.

“You were too greedy for money and power, and greedy people gets nothing” He said.

“I beg you…please…”

“Sign them. A lot of people begged you as well right? How does it feel to be in the other side of the road? It feels bad huh?” Tao said with a smirk.

“You guys…will regret this someday, I promise you.”
I smirked.

“Wrong answer. Make one wrong move, and this file will be inside the police station and media outlets all over the country the next day.”

He gulped hard.

I smiled.

“Sign. It”

He took the pen with trembling hands and signed the papers.

“Are we done now?” I asked my lawyers.

“Yes” He bowed.

“Make sure all the papers are done, I don’t want to have any problems later on”

“Yes, I’ve checked it already ma’am”

“Good, we’re all done now” I smiled.

I stood up and walked out of the room.

“Vic, call Min Hyuk to my office please”

“Right away ma’am”

“Min Hyuk? For what?” Tao asked.

“To look over that guy. Just making sure that he doesn’t take the wrong step” I smiled while walking back to my office.

After Min Hyuk left, I call the jerk.

“Hey, sorry I was in a morning rush earlier” I said.

“It’s fine. Are you free tonight?”
“Wait, let me check my schedule first. Yeah, I’m free” I said.

“Good, my dad wants to have dinner in his house”

“Sure” I smiled.

“We’ll have a meeting later this afternoon, so I guess we can head together after that?” I asked.

“Yeah, that sounds good to me” He said.

“So…see you around”

“Yeah you too”

Well talk about awkward.
