Ryeowook's POV

I flinched, and whimpered softly when a loud knock sounded at my door.  It took a moment for my heart to stop racing and my knees to stop shaking.  I carefully made my way to the door, opening it hesitantly.  I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that it was only Henry.

He smiled at me, looking guilty.

"I scared you, huh?"

I put on a fake smile and shook my head, trying my best to be convincing.

He sighed and immediatley wrapped me into a hug.

"Wookie, you can't lie to me.  I know you too well"

I let myself go limp in his arms and I started to shiver uncontrollably.  Ever since my memories had returned, I had been jumpy and skiddish.  The smallest noise made me jump and the smallest contact sent me into a panic.  I was so scared... I felt like Seohyun was around every corner, just waiting to kill me.

I knew I had to pretend like I still din't remember, but it was obvious that I wasn't doing a good job.  My parents were concerned and I knew they were worried by my strange behavior.  Even the children I taught seemed to notice that I wasn't myself.

Luckily, Onew and his little gang went on a family vacation, and I had the next month off.  I was relieved, I hated worrying the kids.

The only people I could relax around were Henry, Kyuhyun, and the Yemin couple.  I found out that both Sungmin and Yesung knew all about my past and both of them were looking out for Seohyun. 

As for Henry, I always felt safe with him.  He always knew exactly what I needed even when I didn't know myself.  Despite his funny, laidback attitude, he was surprisingly protective.  He rarely left my side, and I couldn't help but feel warm and comfortable in his company.  I trusted him, and I knew he would do whatever he could to keep me safe.

Kyuhyun was a slightly different story.  I rarely saw him anymore, he was always out with Seohyun.  Even though he wasn't with me, I always felt like he cared.  When we did happen to meet, his eyes showed how miserable he was with Seohyun, but they always brightened when they met mine.  For some reason, I just felt like he was watching out for me from afar.

Henry held me until I stopped shaking.  He smiled at me and I bit my lip and stared at my feet,

"I'm sorry for being such a burden" I mumbled, hating that I couldn't be brave.

Henry snorted and rolled his eyes,

"Burden?  Puh-lease!  You should see the money I'm making for babysitting you!" his tone was teasing and I giggled, thankful he had lightened the mood.

He sprawled himself on my bed and looked at me, smiling fondly,

"So what are we gonna do today?"

I grinned back and shrugged, knowing he would decide for me.  He pursed his lips and his forehead crinckled as he thought.  A bright smile lit his face and he clapped his hands excitedly,

"Let's go shopping!"

I looked at him completely dumbfounded.  I knew for a fact that Henry hated shopping.  He always whined and refused to go when Sungmin and I invited him.  He chuckled at my expression,

"Shocking, right?  Well I don't think I'll mind going shopping if it's with you... but you have to agree with me okay?"

"Agree with you on what?" I asked.

"I get to buy whatever I want for you!"

I opened my mouth to protest, but he interrupted, looking at me with puppy dog eyes.

"Please Wookie!  C'mon, that's all I want!"

I debated in my head, biting my lip indecisively.  However, when he intensified his aegyo, I couldn't bring myself to say 'no'.

"Aish, fine you win" I pouted, "You've been hanging out with Minnie too much, I can't handle your cuteness"

He smiled triumphantly and fist pumped in victory.  I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but laugh.  I honestly didn't know how he did it, but he always managed to put me in a good mood.

He grabbed my hand and tugged me out the door.  I tensed slightly and my eyes darted around nervously as we left the safety of my room, but I slowly relaxed as Henry sqeezed my hand, rubbing it reassuringly as we waited for the elevator.  I allowed him to drag me to his car and tried not to panic as he drove.

Henry was quite possibly one of the worst drivers I had ever met.  It was almost as if the lights on the stoplights were mere suggestions.  In his warped driving world, green meant to speed, yellow meant to go even faster, and red meant slam on the breaks.

By the time we got to the mall, my hands were shaking and I felt the need to pray to a higher diety.  Henry took one look at my face before cracking up.  I glared at him and swatted his arm with mock anger,

"From now on I'm driving!" I announced sternly, holding my hands out for the keys expectantly.

"Yes mommy!" he teased, handing me the keys without a fight.

I rolled my eyes, but grinned when he grabbed my hand and led me out of the parking structure.  My eyes widened as we entered the main mall.  I had never seen so many designer stores crammed into one small area.  Sure, I had been to regular malls, but I had never been inside a luxury mall before.

Henry seemed totally unaffected by the glossy marble floors and platinum encrusted esclators.  He looked around briefly before pulling me towards a large electronic store that sold every type of technology anyone could ever want.

"What are we doing here?" I asked confused.

Henry grinned and pointed to a elegant display that showcased the newest cell phone models.  I thought momentarily of the ratty old phone my dad had given me to replace the one that had been stolen at university and blushed.  Henry laughed at my realization and gently nudged me over to the display case.

I couldn't help but gasp when I saw how expensive the phones were,  the price tag swam before my eyes, the numbers tumbling around in my head as I tried to comprehend how anything could cost so much.  Henry picked up a red phone and admired it briefly.  He didn't even blink as he saw the price.

He turned to the lady behind the counter and asked,

"Does this come in purple?"

She nodded and quickly pulled out the same phone in my favorite color.  Henry nodded and smiled,

"I'll take the red and the purple one, please"

She nodded and went to ring up the purchase while I just stared at Henry in horror.

"Henli!  That was the most expensive phone in the whole store"

He laughed and rolled his eyes,

"Wookie, this is like pocket change for me.  Honestly, don't worry about it!"

I crossed my arms and mumbled,

"Spoiled brat"

He chuckled and handed me the purple phone,

"Yup!  And now you have a couple phone with this brat so you better it up!  You can't get rid of me that easily!"

I shoved him playfully and giggled.  My eyes went wide as I admired the sleek new cell phone that he had bought for me.  I had never owned something this nice before in my life.  I the screen gently, and squealed softly when it buzzed and immediatley came to life.

Beside me, Henry smiled,

"This phone can read people's fingertips, so there's no way that it can be unlocked by anyone except you"

"So cool!" I chriped excitedly.

"Wow, no thank you?" Henry asked jokingly.

I blushed and immediatley bowed 90 degrees to thank him.  He laughed and opened his arms for me.

"I'd much rather have a hug"

I laughed and wrapped my arms around him, hugging him tightly. 

"Now that's a real thank you!" Henry announced, sounding very pleased. 

I looked up and saw him eyeing a crepe stand and I rolled my eyes,

"Just go get one already!"

I laughed as he looked down at me, looking surprised and a little sheepish.

"You want one too?" he asked.

I shook my head,

"Just give me a biote of your's, alright?" he nodded and practically scampered off towards the cart.  I smiled and shook my head, amused by his childishness.  However, the smile on my face disappeared and my blood ran cold as I heard a sickeningly familiar voice call out,

"Well, well, well, fancy meeting you here Ryeowook"

I turned and my eyes widened as they met the cat-like eyes of Seohyun.  I noted Kyuhyun standing beside her, looking anxious.  His eyes darted to me quickly and I could see he was nervous.  He tugged her arm, trying to pull her away, but she simply brushed him off.

I knew I had to pretend that I was still ignorant, but I was getting more and more scared under her unflinching gaze.  I attempted to smile, but I knew it came out shaky and uncomfortable.  She arched one perfectly shaped eye brow and her lips curled into a sinister smile,

"What's wrong Ryeowook?  You seem nervous?"

I opened my mouth, but was too petrified to say anything.  Luckily right at that moment I felt warm arms hugging me protectively from behind.  I relaxed slightly, knowing that it was Henry.

He smiled a Seohyun before turning to me,

"Hmm, I guess we've been found out, huh babe?"

I didn't know how to a respond, but Henry shot me a look telling me to play along.  Seohyun had lost her victorious smile, and she just looked between me and Henry, obviously confused. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Kyuhyun do the same thing, an unreadable look in his eyes.

Henry tightened his hold around me and he chirped happily,

"Yup!  Me and Wookie are dating!"

Sorry for not updating, I feel like such a troll!

Anyway, I apologize for the lack of Kyuwook in this chap, and i'm sorry if this seems confusing, I'm still trying to figure out what to do with this story :/

Music: "Spy" by Super Junior (when I first heard it I wasn't crazy about it, the beginning threw me off and I thought it was a trolled audio, but when I bought the official song I was like "!"  Of course after a few listens I totally fell in love with it, but was anyone else surprised when they first heard it?)
