Na Na's POV

"Take care and make sure you don't get into any trouble, alright?" my mom huffed with worry before my cheeks and pulled me into a tight hug.

"Stop worrying. It will only be a little while until we see each other again."

"I know, I know… I'm still feeling bad that you'd be left alone to settle down."

"It's alright, you still have some loose ends you end to tie up with your job so I understand. I'll be fine." I reassured her and gave her a hug once more. I kissed her on the cheeks before I grabbed my luggage to leave.

After all the fuss and process in order to get into the plane was done, I was finally able to relax in my seat and maybe get some sleep. With the loud speaker reminding everyone  to turn off the phones, I took mine out in order to do what I was told. After turning it off, I kissed the small dangling charm and put my phone right back to where it belonged.  I unconsciously grabbed my necklace and smiled to myself.

"Is anyone sitting here?" a voice brought me back into reality.

"Sorry. I must be taking your seat." I replied back in English.

"Are you perhaps Korean?" the guy then asked in Korean.

"Yes, are you kor- I mean, of course you are." I bit my lips and shook my head. I heard the guy chuckle and sat down beside me.

"I'm Kim Myungsoo, or L. You?"

"Na Na. I prefer Myungsoo. L? Kind of a weird name."

"Surely it marked an impression, no?" Myungsoo smirked and I couldn't help but chuckle too. The way he said that was just too familiar… After the long plane ride was finally over, Myungsoo kindly offered to help me get my bags and walked to up front with me.

"Are you waiting for anyone to pick you up?" Myungsoo asked and I just shook my head with a slight pout.

"I could give you a ride or help you hail a cab." Myungsoo suggested.

"A cab is fine." I smiled and he nodded with a smile too. As I got into the cab that Myungsoo kindly hailed for me, he smirked and handed me a card.

"If you ever need anyone to show you around, call me." Myungsoo winked before walking away. I watched the figure leaving and just put the card in a random place. Mianh… But I have another guy I came back for.

"I missed you, Kim Jonghyun." I whispered to myself with a smile and watched the scenery move as the cab took off.

Jonghyun's POV

I fixed my bangs once more through the mirrors before getting out of the car and walk into the café.

"You again?" Eun Hee sighed and gave me a look.

"Yah, is this how you're going to treat me? I'll tell Onew!"

"Tell me what?" Onew came and put his arms around Eun Hee, giving her a quick kiss.

"Aish, get a room! Are you sure you want to marry her? Eun Hee here has quite the temper."

"That's what I love about her." Onew smiled and kissed her again. I glared at the two in disgust. Gross…

"I have a date coming so if you'd excuse me." I told them and walked to an empty table as I waited.

"Who is she this time?" Onew followed me and sat in the empty seat across.

"Haejin. I meet her through one of my parent's blind date but she's special. We've been going out for a while now."

"I'm happy for you. Is that her?" Onew asked, pointing to a girl looking around the café.

"Yeah, that's-no, wait. It isn't her." I sighed and squinted my eyes in order to get a better look at the girl. When I saw her face clearly, I stood up and took my phone out, ending the date before it even began.

All because of her.

Onew's POV

I looked at Jonghyun in confusion, not sure why he's leaving without a word. I didn't understand why he left through the back also. I looked at the girl and it all suddenly made sense.

"Na Na?" I called out. Na Na looked at me in surprise and walked towards me.

"Onew!" Na Na hugged me and I looked at her in shock.

"Why-why are you here?"

"I guess I just felt a bit reminiscent. This café sure brings back a lot of memories."

"I meant Korea. Are you back for good? It's only been a little more than two years." I asked, and was glad to see Na Na nodding with a smile.

"I wanted to finish school quick so I could come back. Did a lot change?"

"Ah! I'm getting married next week so you should come! And the wedding rehearsal is tonight, so it'd be great if you can come. I would give you a formal invitation, but you didn't tell us about your new address.." I smiled and wrote everything down on a piece of paper.

"I guess I left too quickly to take care of those stuff. Mianh. Wah, next week? I guess two years is a long time. Well, I should go now. I have to take care of the apartment and other stuff. I'll see you tonight then!" Na Na took the paper and got up too leave.

"Wear something pretty! Jonghyun will be there!" I  advised and waved her a goodbye.

"Was that Na Na?" Eun Hee came up and asked.

"Yeah, I just hope Jonghyun won't kill me…"

Jonghyun's POV

"Oppa, I'm nervous. I hope your friends will like me." Haejin bit her lips and tugged on my sleeves a bit.

"They'll like you. Don't worry." I kissed her on the top of her head and dragged her towards my friends. I gave a friendly introduction but Onew and Key weren't helping with their laser stares when they saw Haejin. I tsked when they caused Haejin to uncomfortably leave to the bathroom as she had made up and suggested.

"What are you doing?" I hissed at the both of them.

"What are you doing?" Onew stared wide eyes and retorted.

"What?" I harshly yelled.

"Was it just me, or did she kind  of look like Na Na noona." Taemin asked quietly.

"You're kind of slow, aren't you?  She looks a lot like her!" Key said in bewilderment.

"No she doesn't! She's nothing like Na Na." I looked away and bit my tongue.

"No, she kind of looks like her. If her face was a little smaller and her eyes were a bit bigger, they  could pass as twins." Minho butted in.

"Stop taking about her! They  look nothing alike and that's final!" I angrily raised my voice.

"You sure about that?" Onew turned me around to Haejin who was coming out of the bathroom. And not far from, a familiar girl walked into the party with a familiar nervous face.

"Isn't that-"

"AISH! I knew you might do something like this!" I yelled at Onew and walked off. I left to a secluded place out back and hoped to avoid her the entire night. I found a bench and sat there to calm myself.

"Your hair changed again. But it's nice. I like it." I heard her say and sat beside me.

"Go away." I weakly told her, turning my head away.

"You've been working out,  haven't you? Too be honest, you look too scary though."

"Then should I stop working out just because you don't want me too? I honestly don't care what you think so just leave!" I raised my voice and sighed, still refusing to look at her.

"What’s wrong?"

"What's wrong? You can't be serious? You left without saying anything and then you think you could just waltz back like nothing happened?" I turned and finally looked at her. As much as I hate to admit, my heart wavered as soon as I saw her face.

"What could I have done? You refused to see or speak to me. It hurt me too much, so I left early."

"Hurt you? You? You have no idea what you did to me after that night."

"Then why didn’t you let me talk to you?"

"What difference would it have made? You were leaving anyways."

"And I came back. I'm here.  For you. I wanted to see you so much and now I'm two years early. Doesn't that count for anything?" Na Na tried reasoning, looking at me with slightly red eyes.

"But it doesn’t change the fact that you've been gone for two years. I've moved on. I hope you have too." I looked away again.

"To be  honest, I haven’t. Everyday, I thought of you. I imagined this moment to be quite different. But perhaps I was stupid to have thought that you might actually want to see me."

"You were stupid to think that I want to see you. You're even more stupid for still being here. So just leave."

"If I'm making you unhappy, then I'll leave. Just know that I still love you." Na Na caressed my shoulder a bit, sounding like she was crying too. I heard her leave and I couldn't help but stop her.

"Do you regret it? Leaving?" I held her wrist and asked gently, hoping she would turn around and say yes. 

"I'm going to be honest and say no."

"Then I'm suppose to actually believe that you still love me?" I got angry again.

"If I did stay, things wouldn't have been any better. What about you then? Do you regret it? Meeting me?"

"I'll be honest too. Yes. I do regret meeting you. You're just a mistake I was stupid enough to make!" I let go of her wrist and lied in a loud voice.

I hope I'm hurting you as much as you are hurting me.

"I'm sad to hear that you think so differently. So why don't I just make it up to you and leave." Na Na let out a sigh and walked off.

There you go again, leaving me. Don't you love me enough to know when I'm lying?

Key's POV

"There they go again. Doesn't Na Na know Jonghyun tend to raise his voice when he lies?" I sighed and continued to watch the two.

"I hope you're not planning anything." Onew eyed me suspiciously.

"You mean like how you didn't plan all this?" I shot back.

"I-I… I didn’t think it would end up like this."

"That's why you should leave it to an expert for this!" I sat up from the balcony and glared at him.

"Yah, Onew's right. Maybe it's time for them to figure it out." Minho tried to reason. But all I heard was blah, blah…

"Arraso, arraso! I'm getting a drink!" I headed off and took my phone out.

Surely, it wouldn't hurt to gently nudge them in the right direction…

I deserve a TV show.

I know i haven't been updating a lot so I'll give you a deleted scene I thought did nothing to the plot. I guess i could have just added it in the story but it would just defeat the whole purpose of why i deleted it in the first place. I just don't want the story longer than it is. Plus, I'm not one for forcing readers to an unnecessary flashbacks of something of the past. So here: Life Is Sweeter With You
