Evidence
In order to avoid Suho and EXO-K's questions, Hye Min skipped lunch and dinner, as she declined D.O.'s requests in coming in, and she stood there, with her stomach rumbling. She could go without food and drinks for one day, she's been through that before, and she don't mind if she has to go through that again.
But Kai knew what was going on. He took a bowl of rice with meat, served it to Hye Min with a drink. "Hye Min?" He poked her with the chopsticks.
"I said I'm not hungry D.-" Hye Min turned as she saw Kai standing outside, smirking. "Oh, it's you," Hye Min commented as she took the bowl from Kai's hand's. "Thanks."
He shrugged. "You're welcome," he replied as he just stood there, leaning on the door as he crossed his arms and looked at Hye Min.
While she was eating, Hye Min could feel a pair of eyes staring at her while she eat, and could also see a smirk growing on Kai's face from the corner of the eyes. "Kai you should know that I could actually see that you're still there right? So don't just stand there, what do you want?" Hye Min faced him as she sloppily walked over.
Kai quirked his lips to a side, as he sat beside Hye Min, leaning against the wall. "What actually happened between you and Suho?"
Silence.
Hye Min looked down at her food, as she swallowed down the food down . "Do you respect Dongkook?" she spoke up.
Kai blinked as he stared at Hye Min, then shook his head and scowled. "Not at all. He's, pretentious.It seems like, he hates me more than the other EXO-K members, and they always take his side whenever it comes to argument between us, I don't even know what he fed them, some kind of potion that controls whatever thing he wants to do with them," he said and scoffed.
Hye Min her lips nervously, as she hesitated to tell Kai. After all, he was the only one in EXO-K to hate Dongkook, and may also lend her a helping hand, after all, the ultimate goal is to bring Dongkook to justice. And since Kai found him annoying, he may just really be convinced and help her, instead of the other EXO-K members who would just suspect and keep reasoning out with her whether is it credible, it can save her some time.
She placed the bowl down and looked at him and pointed a finger at him. "Kai, I'm going to tell you, and only you. Don't breathe a word about this to EXO-K alright?" she instructed.
He bit his lip. "Not even Suho?" He raised an eyebrow.
She shook her head. "Not even Suho."
He snapped his fingers. "You have my word."
Night fall, and it was time for EXO-K to be in their bed, while Hye Min silently crept out of her bed and put on her jacket, before going to Dongkook's office.
Hye Min walked towards the door that was locked, as she took out a spare key from her pocket. "Lucky I made a duplicate from Dongkook's secretary, she's really forgetful as to leave the key on her desk when she goes out for lunch," she murmured as she fiddled with the keys and unlocked the door.
Then, she went forward to Dongkook's office. "Aha." Hye Min thought as she pulled the secretary's drawer, rummaging every drawer, until the last one, which is locked. She tried her luck, as she reached out for the bottom surface of the drawer. "Got it." Hye Min pulled out a set of keys from below as she fiddled with it, unlocking the last drawer.
"It must be that stupid Dongkook that told her to do it.." Hye Min muttered under her breath, as se reached for the keys that was categorized under 'Boss Office'.
"Tsk, you treat him as boss, he treats you as a slave." Hye Min once again swiftly unlocked the door and pushed it open. She didn't know it was this smoothly.

On the other hand, Suho fidgeted on his bed, as he stared at the ceiling. He got up as crept quietly out of the room, then taking in a deep breath, before knocking on Hye Min's door. "Hye Min. I need to talk to you," he said.
He waited for a minute, before knocking on the door again. "Hye Min?" he asked once more. "Why isn't she opening the door.." Suho asked himself.
Then he knocked his forehead. "Oh yeah, she's asleep." Suho murmured, as he slowly opened the door, while the door creaked open, making creaking noises as he poke his head inside.
"Hye Min? You asleep?"
Suho tilted his head, as his lips quirked to one side as he looked at how Hye Min covered herself with the blanket.
Suho walked over to the side, as he poked her head. "Ew. Why is it so soft.." Suho pulled the blanket away, as he found just a bolster, not Hye Min around.
He dropped the bolster on the bed and frowned."Where did she go.."

She began ransacking the entire place, but also careful enough not to leave any traces of her behind.
She found a compartment that held a safe in it, and also the computer. "The computer must have some data of his plannings, won't it?"
Hye Min logged in, as she sat on the chair, and as the computer requested for the password, she ransacked her brain as she thought of the numerous possibilities the password could be starting from the basic, LeeDongkook.
Incorrect.
She sighed and spun the chair she was sitting on, then facing the window. She drew the curtains, revealing the night sky.
But, it wasn't the night sky.
It was the sky.
Her eyes widened in surprise as she look at the window. The scenery was fake. Everything was fake. She pressed her palm on the window and shook her head. "Why did Dongkook even want a fake scenery.."
Then, the scenery burst into sparks, having numbers to replace the sky. Digits and words filled the window, then Hye Min looked behind her, and up on the ceiling was a projector. "Damn," she muttered.
She looked at the digits surfacing the window, then an arrow moving around the window, pointing at a certain direction.
She quickly looked at the direction the arrow was pointing at, and she smiled. The computer. She quickly typed in the numbers as the password, and she was logged in. Hye Min scanned through the documents that appeared on the screen as she squinted her eyes to find anything that was suspicious to the eye. "S.M's plans, debut of Super Junior, SNSD, DBSK, BoA, EXO, The Grace.." Hye Min read it out softly as she browsed down. "Locations of EXO-K." Hye Min scoffed. *Why would he need to locations.. unless..* She clicked it, as she found a map, and red dots on numerous places in Seoul, all near EXO-K's dormitory. As she scrolled down, she found some people's identities. "Han Joon, Jung GoIn, Lee Taekil, Han Seng, Park Sochul. Who are they?" Hye Min asked herself as she saw the picture of them. One of them caught her attention. She met them before, but where? She knew she had met him, thrice even, but she just couldn't think of it. She quickly whipped out her thumbdrive as she stored the documents in, and quickly looked around the office before going back since it was getting late, and Hye Min was also quite restless.
She looked around the office, as she found a painting that was perculiar. "Why would Dongkook place such a big painting in the middle of his office, as if he knew how to admire paintings. And as if he could see the painting had some hidden meanings in it that he could read," Hye Min scoffed at the idea of it, until she thought about it. *What if there really is a meaning behind this painting..?* Hye Min walked over to it, as she tilted the painting to one side, to find a safe the was hidden behind the painting.
Just then, Hye Min's ears perked up, as she heard somebody's footsteps, getting closer each second. Her eyes widened as she panicked, thinking of her hiding spot. She just quickly hid under the desk, gulping.
The footsteps got louder, and the door clicked open. Hye Min held her breath, as she squeezed her eyes shut, praying that that person would not come any closer.
"Ah, my phone is here," Dongkook said, as he picked his phone that was beside the snow globe. Hye Min breathed out, and quickly held her breath in, as Dongkook stopped, and turned to walk towards the painting. He tilted it sideways, as the safe revealed.
Hye Min slightly peeked through the gap of the desk, as she squinted her eyes, trying to figure out what the code was.
*2.. 7.. 9.. What's the last number..* Hye Min thought as Dongkook opened the safe. *Damn.*
He smiled and nodded his head. "Good, the money is still here." Dongkook shut it close, as he walked out of the office and locked it. Hye Min could finally let out her breath as she scrambled out of the desk, it was suffocating.
She quickly ran to the painting as she tried the code. "2, 7, 9, and what's the last number? I recognize the sound of each number, but what was the last one?" Hye Min frowned as she tried remembering, but she just couldn't remember it.
"I can still come back tomorrow night." Hye Min walked out as she locked everything, and remembering not to leave any traces of her coming in behind.

When Hye Min was about to unlock the door to EXO-K's dormitory, Suho opened it from the other side, as both of them stared at each other. Hye Min blinked in surprise and she looked away then greeted him. "Hey Suho, why aren't asleep?"
"I should be asking you that question, why aren't you in bed?"
"I.. I wasn't so sleepy, and I went out for a drink.." Hye Min lied. What a horrible lie. Hye Min avoided Suho's stare, as she walked pass him, but Suho quickly grabbed her wrist.
"Where were you?" Suho asked once more. "I said I wasn't sleepy, let go," Hye Min tried escaping from Suho's grip, but he just tightened his grip on hers, but at the same time not hurting her. "Why do you keep lying to me? Recently, it's like you've been keeping many things to yourself. Why can't you just tell us? We can help you-"
Hye Mun turned to face him, as she shook her head. "No you can't. It's my family business, and you're celebrities, I don't wish to trouble you."
"What do you mean by trouble? We are like your family, during the stay in America, we took care of you, healed you, don't you remember what we have done together?" Suho let go of his grip in Hye Min, as he took in a deep breath. "Don't you remember what we have done? Me, and you?" Suho said softly, his eyes fell on Hye Min, and he softened.
"Suho .. I.. I don't know how to explain, it's really complicating, and if I tell you, I'll just put you in danger. But don't worry, I won't. And I'll tell you when the time is right," Hye Min turned and looked away, as she lowered her head and walked, then, a shiny thing caught her attention.
"What's this? It seems oddly familiar.." Hye Min tried to remember where she had seen it as Suho took it from her hands. "It's a brooch. I found it on the hill where we found your mother's bones, the place had already been cleared by the police, but up till now nobody dares to hike, so maybe this is left by one of the assassins," Suho said, based on his conjecture.
"Then you know what does LDK stands for?"
Suho quirked his lips as he shook his head.
"Anyway, I got to sleep, see you tomorrow," Hye Min shifted her gaze onto another item, as she walked into the room, just then, the living room lights , as Sehun lazily rubbed his eyes, with the rest of EXO-K following him. "Hyung, what's all the bickerings about? You're disturbing our sleep.." Sehun whined as he pouted.
Kai looked at the Hye Min and Suho, non of them looking at each other, as Suho just smiled apologetically. "Sorry Sehun, just go back to sleep."
"I'll get going," Hye Min twisted the doorknob to her room, and closed it shut after entering.
*Whats up with the both of them..* Kai thought as he shook his head and walked back to his room, the next morning he still needs to help Hye Min in finding evidence to nail Dongkook. He knew Dongkook was extremely fishy and mysterious too, but didn't know that he was this mysterious, as to hide many things from S.M. Entertainment, and was even linked to Hye Min's mother death. This person was up to something, and Kai has a feeling that this something that he was plotting, is going to be really bad for not only Hye Min, but also EXO-K and S.M. Entertainment.
