CHAPTER THIRTY

It's been a week ever since Sun Hee found out about the bet, but she was acting indifferent. She didn't want to let Jiyong know that she knew about the bet. She didn't even know what she would say once she reveals that she knows about the bet. Even if she felt betrayed, mad, and hurt, she shook it off and acted like nothing happened. Like she's not hurt. It's what she does best, but acting normally around Jiyong was hard. Jiyong was wondering why Sun Hee acted differently ever since she sobbered up. 

Their engagement was only in two days. Sun Hee was wondering if Jiyong's feelings were true, however, she never found the courage to ask. She doesn't want to show doubt, because she doesn't want to lose to Seunghyun. She knew that listening to the conversation of Jiyong and his friends were just a plan of Seunghyun, but then again... 

How could Seunghyun execute such an unexpected conversation? She kept on pushing it off of her mind, but it keeps on coming back. She always spaces out whenever they are at YG. She looks somewhere and then blankly stare at it. Jiyong has been noticing her weird behaviour, yet he's afraid to ask. They were inside their own office. Sun Hee was still figuring out who was trying to steal from their finance department, but she was slowly figuring it out. Step by step, little by little. She furrowed her eyebrows as she realized that all three men, Mr. Han, Mr. Go, and Mr. Kim all worked for the Chois before. She had hacked from their personal computers and they all seemed to have a folder named as Choi's X-Files 

"Choi?" She muttered as she clicked on the folder and saw YG files instead. Her eyes widened as she saw the data inside the folder. She clicked through every one of them and saw the  YG finance department data. "These motherers are really trying to steal from us, huh? It says here that they have their own company, but all of them are under the Chois... Hmm, that's fishy." She tilted her head on the side and called Jiyong over the phone. Without even answering the phone, he opened his door and walked towards his fiance's office. When he opened it, Sun Hee placed her phone down and continued to look at the files.

"Look at these. Remember that time when the shareholders met with us?" Sun Hee asked Jiyong and he nodded. "Yeah, what about them?" Sun Hee pointed at the screen of her laptop and said, "These are my evidence, but I can't show it using my computer so I might have to hack it using the SIT's system, nevertheless, I did it and I know these goons are under the Chois." She clenched her jaw as she said the last name of her ex fiance. 

"The Chois? But... why would they steal? They're rich..." Jiyong reasoned out. Sun Hee shrugged and said, "I don't know. Maybe that's the reason why they are rich. They steal money from companies. They let the companies think that they are p
