CHAPTER ONE

It's a sunny day but for Sun Hee, it's a very dull morning. She always thinks that mornings aren't better than nights. "What's so good about mornings mom?" Sun Hee asked her mother while sitting down on the table, eating. 

Vampires are not your stereotypical ones; they eat like normal people, however, they still consume blood if they are feeling weak. They don't burn when the sun hits them nor their eyes turn red when they are hungry for blood. However, they do have supernatural abilities, such as: being able to run fast, being able to read minds and being able to sense danger. 

"Dear, I've already explained to you that mornings should always be a cheerful one; whether it's a rainy morning or a sunny morning. Are you seriously going to argue with me again?" Sun Hee's mother retorted. Sun Hee sighed and shook her head. 

"Ani, I just find it weird, mom. How come you guys feel happy when you wake up but I don't?" Sun Hee said with a hint of sadness in her voice. Her mother put her eating utensils down and touched her daughter's hand and sighed, "Dear, if this is about what happened.. Forget about it, okay? It was a long time ago already. Seunghyun has been reaching out for you already, just accept him as a friend, hmm? Bring back your friendship at least." Sun Hee remained silent and became frozen. 

"Mom! How can you say that to Sun Hee? That bastard doesn't need forgiveness! He's lucky that I didn't kill him." Seungri exclaimed, which is the twin brother of Sun Hee. "Oh! Oppa!" Sun Hee exclaimed. 

Seungri sat down beside his sister and stared at the food arranged in front of him. "Seungri, what did I tell you about house manners?" Seungri sighed and said, "I'm sorry, mom. I just don't like that Seunghyun guy." He muttered. "Past is past son. Past should be left in the past and shouldn't be brought up in the present." Their dad butted in. 

"Oh, my dear. Come sit down." Their mother greeted her husband warmly with a kiss. "Good morning kids. Or should I say my twins.. where is your older sister?" Their father asked. The twins shrugged and suddenly, their older sister, Lee Sang Mi showed up. "I'm here dad. I'm sorry about being late for breakfast." She greeted her parents and ruffled her sister's and brother's hair. 

"Ahhh! Unnie/Noona!" Sun Hee and Seungri yelled in unison. Sang Mi giggled and said, "Good morning to you too my dear siblings." She sat down happily beside her mother and ate.
