Chapter 68

Youngest of Pieces: [WHO- I AM] (8)

“Oppa!”

Hannah laughs when Maria hits their stylist on the arm. Yong Hyun looks shocked, hugging his arm and leaning away from the leader’s evil hands and in a light voice asking why she has to hit him now when he has told her everything. Maria has been upset with their stylist who a while ago met a guy at a party, and has stayed in touch with this guy, even meeting him more than once – but he has never told Maria about it other than he met a guy at a party. The reason Yong Hyun never said anything about it has actually been because there has not been a time for it; he told Julia because he was working with her, but he hasn’t really met the other ladies to tell them that he is meeting this guy.

“I will not let you know when I find my man,” Maria tells Yong Hyun with a finger pointed at him.

He laughs at her comment. “I told you as soon as I could!”

“I’m not listening!” Maria covers her ears, starting to sing loudly. She is sensitive when it comes to her friend’s love life (always want to know if something new is going on), but she is actually just fooling around now and their stylist knows it. Hannah laughs with him when he embraces Maria for a hug and he starts to sing in a false tone, which makes Maria shout even louder and the others around them can’t stop laughing. None of them care that they are being filmed. The only one not caring about those two is Emelia, who is looking through some clothes that their stylist had taken with him to the commercial filming location today, for 5 Pieces to see some of the outfits for their [WHO-I AM] filming.

“It looks cool,” Emelia comments and turns around a tank top to see the back. “I like this one.”

One of the cameras filming Life of Pieces is sneaking after Hannah and Julia who leave the room. Hannah looks over her shoulder, eating some green grapes that she and Julia took with them.

“Are you sneaking after us?” Hannah jokes with the camera-woman. It is always fun with the crew of their reality show; this is the fourth season, and most of the people working on the show have filmed 5 Pieces since either the beginning or since last year, so they all know each other.

“We are eating,” Julia shows the grapes in her hands for the camera, “we are here shooting for a … food commercial, but we are eating behind the scenes too.”

Hannah reaches out her tongue with a laugh over how Julia explains what they are doing. It’s true. They are here to film a ramen commercial, but the girls keep eating on the side too. Too much ramen is nasty for the stomach so they eat some other things on the side to be able to film comfortably. Grapes are great to get rid of the nasty feeling. These two girls walk out on the set where the staff is preparing for the next filming, Hannah and Julia are chatting in low voices, smiling and sharing the grapes they have in their hands. Running around freely on the set is Michin. Hannah laughs when seeing the little puppy just running around; he isn’t really in the way for anyone because he runs around where no one is, enjoying the free space, but when the ladies’ manager tells them to make the puppy stop, Hannah walks over to where he is.

Michin avoids her though, running over to the corner as he maybe senses his fun will be over and Julia is calling his name, so Hannah sits down on her heels, luring in the puppy with the last grape in her hand. She giggles when he runs up to her.

“You don’t like grapes,” Hannah giggles at Michin who spits out the grape on the floor.

“Why did you give it to him,” Julia complains when picking up the puppy, leaving the chewed grape on the floor to Hannah. The youngest giggles though, picking it up. She will have to wash her hands from this.

Maria makes a pose with a bag of ramen to the camera, making a big smile and waves her eyelashes when saying a commercial line for the ramen. Hannah stops next to the camera-woman, smiling at the leader.

“I’m made for commercial,” Maria boasts proudly.

“I didn’t know you could be adorable,” Hannah teases her from the side and Maria gives an exclusive adorable face-expression to the camera.

“Being adorable is my secret charm this year.”

Hannah laughs and jogs away, squealing over Maria’s sudden cheesiness and actually, Maria can’t help but to give squeal too, because she can’t handle the cheesiness she is doing. Maria apologizes to the camera and rushes after Hannah, both of them are heard laughing when Maria pushes Hannah in to a hug from behind.

It feels like the ladies are having a lot of fun today. The commercial filming goes really well and the girls have fun on the set, working has many fun parts.

But the ladies are also seen reading the script for their last days of drama filming.

Hannah looks up when Emelia sitting next to her starts to talk to someone, and the youngest sees it is their Life of Pieces camera she is talking to. “We’ll be in Okinawa tomorrow to film for our Japanese drama,” Emelia is explaining, and Hannah guesses she was asked why the ladies are reading. “It is our last days filming.”

Okinawa is beautiful. None of the ladies have been there before so they are excited to film the last days there, by the beach, and they will also celebrate the last day on the beach with everyone. It is something to definitely look forward to.

“You could bring your boyfriend,” Emelia suddenly says to their stylist Yong Hyun who walks by behind the camera. Hannah and Emelia both giggles, joking with their stylist because he has been on dates. “You could show off your volleyball skills at the beach.”

Yong Hyun smiles widely at them, accepting the joke. “You have never seen me at the beach, lady.”

“I will tomorrow,” Emelia answers with thin eyes and she looks like she is threatening him. Hannah can’t stop laughing at them, and she imagines Emelia pushing Yong Hyun in the water. Her threatening eyes tell them she will do something.

Julia leaves the commercial filming first, going to M Countdown to perform with Yuri. The other ladies finish up filming a little later, saying goodbye to all the staff and getting to the van with their puppies and the Life of Pieces crew. Hannah is wearing a black ear-accent hoodie, a pair of dark skinny jeans and black genuine-leather lace-up hidden heel sneakers. Though it is hot in Seoul she has been inside all day where it has been almost a little chilly, so the hoodie isn’t weird at all – especially not since Carolina wearing a jacket.

Hannah takes the seat in the back; hiding behind Maria’s seat with Carolina sitting next to her behind Emelia and at the passenger-seat is a camera-woman, holding the camera to film the ladies while Manager Lim is driving them. The van isn’t going anywhere when Hannah gets up on her knees in the van to reach the luggage in the back to give Maria a bottle of water.

“Water and chicken,” Maria says randomly to whoever is listening when she is taking off the lid to the bottle. “Can’t we eat chicken today?”

“Just chicken?”

“Chicken and water,” Maria repeats and takes a sip of the water. “Delicious.”

“I want chicken and curry,” Hannah remembers it is easy to make. “And salad.”

Maria turns around in her seat to look at Hannah. “Do we have curry sauce at home?”

“No, you don’t,” manager Lim answers and both girls make a face.

“Let’s stop by a supermarket or something then,” Maria tells their manager.

“I don’t want chicken and salad,” Carolina complains. Emelia is busy with her cell phone, not caring what they will eat for dinner as long as they say things she like.

“Then make your own dinner,” Maria almost barks at Carolina’s comment. “Appa, do we even have a supermarket in our neighbourhood?”

They make a stop at SM Entertainment, the ladies rushing in and out to get some things before they are heading home. It is loud in the van at that time, as the girls turns up the volume on the radio and sings their lungs out, laughing some too. Hannah loves hanging out with her members at times like this, when they just are all in the same mood and let themselves loose by going insane. From time to time they can’t help but to get crazy.

After coming home it doesn’t take much time before Hannah and Emelia go out with the puppies after letting the puppies eat dinner, having three bodyguards and four cameras with them.

“Do you want to know how our week will look like?” Emelia asks the camera-crew when they are taking a walk. “Tomorrow we are in Okinawa, on Monday we will be in Japan to practice for our Japanese single that will be released on Tuesday, we will have events and promote the single that day and then the same day go back to Korea because the next day … we are filming the music video.”

“And then it is nonstop practice for the concert,” Hannah fills out and Emelia makes some dance moves for their [WHO-I AM], kind of a cheerful celebration dance for their excited schedule. Hannah laughs and joins in, but their puppies get excited too so the ladies stop dancing to not let their puppies bark.

The girls always have a lot of things going on; one day they are filming a commercial and the next they are performing abroad, followed by preparing for a concert and doing solo activities. It is an endless amount of things they do, and at the moment, they like it.

When they come home again, Maria is standing in the hall with a piece of paper; all focused when counting up the things she wants to buy at the supermarket.

“Appa keeps telling me to not buy this and that, but duh, I eat whatever I want,” Maria the diva is back. She puts a hand on her hip to look at the two who just returned. “Who’s coming with us?”

“You can go on your own,” Emelia comments and walks by her while Hannah is taking off her shoes. Maria glares after Emelia before turning to Hannah.

“What about you?”

“I’ll come,” Hannah smiles and gets inside too, walking after Maria.

But in the end, they don’t go to the supermarket until Julia comes home, and somehow they all end up going. Mostly because none of them had any idea there was a supermarket somewhere near their new apartment, so they are curious about it, and because whoever was staying behind had to prepare the chicken.

When they come home once again, Maria pulls the members with her to the stairs. It’s weird at first, but Maria makes their manager take a picture of the ladies giving the strangest poses in the stair. She had come up with the idea in the elevator. How; no one asks that anymore.

“Who will make dinner?” Julia asks when they are inside the apartment, walking to the kitchen to leave the plastic bag.

“Everyone.”

“I can set the table,” Julia chuckles, as that will probably be the easiest.

“Who cares…?” Maria mumbles and then tells Hannah to start with the chicken.

Hannah smiles, and does what she is told just because she knows she can cook this dish. Roast chicken in the frying pan is what she starts off with, learning how to use the kitchen at the same time. Emelia is taking out lettuce and cucumber to chop and Julia keeps reminding them to not forget the pumpkin seeds which she loves. Carolina hustles by the fridge with Emelia and Julia to take out the small tomatoes. Because Hannah doesn’t like tomatoes, they uses whole tomatoes in the salad (since they are small, it’s okay) so whoever wants can take without ruining the salad for those who doesn’t like it. And Hannah keeps an eye on the chicken while fixing the curry sauce and Emelia is chopping the vegetables on her own next too.

“I like this kitchen,” Maria comments when she and Julia are setting the table. The leader stretches up to take some plates from the top cupboard. “It’s like I want to learn how to cook just to use it.”

Hannah giggles in agreement. The kitchen is decorated with cupboards and worktop in white aluminium, having all the appliances in stainless steel so the whole kitchen looks really clean and modern; even the kitchen table is standing on the side, having brand new chairs around it, two chairs on each side. Hannah can definitely see herself cook here many times; it is the best kitchen they have had so far.

“We should stick to this one,” Julia comments when taking out glasses on the table. She then gives out a scream when Maria almost spits on her. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!”

“Don’t say those words! It means bad luck,” Maria answers with a grimace. “If you say it, we have to move again – it has happened two times before.”

It is true, honestly; at the previous apartments the ladies have said they should keep it because they like it, and a year later they moved either way.

“Where’s the feta cheese?” Hannah wonders when going through the fridge.

“In the bag, duh,” Maria answers and picks up the plastic bag, not seeing the stare Hannah gives her because no one actually packed up the bag where they have milk and other things to keep in the fridge.

The picture that Maria had taken in the stairs of the ladies fooling around was put on Instagram with the caption ‘we can’t look more awesome than this!

Two days later, 5 Pieces are spending their second day in Okinawa – north at the island at a place called Okuma. Not just is the shooting amazing but the whole surrounding is great. They are filming some kind of school trip, a final trip together in the drama where the last problems will be solved. Yesterday, in the scorching sun, they were filming all day doing all the fun things Okuma has to offer; golf, jet skiing, paddle boats, Julia did snorkelling and in the late evening a few of them were filming the part where they sneak around outside. Being there with them are actors Takaki Yuya, Yamada Ryosuke and Haruma Miura – the other two actors Kanata Hongo and Mokomichi Hayami will come by tomorrow for the last shooting – and they have just as much fun as the ladies shooting as it all seem to be vacation.

Today they continue to film what they didn’t have time to film yesterday. Maria is at the moment lying on a deckchair on the beach, in a bikini now when she is waiting to film. The leader is working on her tan while Hannah is filming a few meters down on the beach. Hannah is wearing a red pleated a-line skirt and a white pattern t-shirt, a bikini underneath – all sponsored – and she kicks some of the sand with her bare feet. Being here makes her realise that it really is summer, and though they are filming she is enjoying it for full. And it isn’t weird at all to have fun on your own at the beach with cameras filming you and staff watching you; it is not weird at all.

Hannah can’t stop thinking she is not made for the beach, because she thinks she gets weird glances all the time by everyone. And she is dressed. It is the beach’s fault, and the hot sun – she can’t think straight. But she has fun, even when she is filming on her own.

The girl is sitting on her knees in the sand, not filming for the drama but their 5 Pieces – Stories from Japan DVD is filming today and the camera is slowly approaching her in the sand. Hannah doesn’t notice it as first as she is hiding her hands in the warm sand, feeling like a child playing on her own like this while the others are heading off to film somewhere else with someone else. Maria is still working on her tan a few meters up, others from the staff are also around but Hannah is by herself sitting there on her knees with a bent back to play with the sand.

“What are you doing?” the Japanese camera-man asks when coming up to Hannah and the girl looks up, smiling as if she is caught doing something she isn’t supposed to do. Hannah sits up straight, hitting away the sand from her hands.

“I’m…” Hannah glances down at the sand a little quickly, trying to remember the word ‘sand’ in Japanese.  “I’m admiring the sand.” She laughs at her own words and shyly picks up the sand in her hands, letting it slip through her fingers back on the ground. For just a second it is like she forgets the camera is there, and the camera-man sits down on his heels to film in her height.

“What do you think about Okinawa?”

“Beautiful,” Hannah is fast to answer and she giggles for herself when glancing at the camera just to see how close he is filming her. It seems alright by first glance. “Okinawa is … like the perfect place if you love water and hot days.”

“Do you love water and hot days?” the camera-man asks with a chuckle over her answer.

“No…” Hannah whispers, focusing on moving around the sand again. “I like water and I love the idea of hot days, but …” She makes a grimace when wondering what she will say. “At times, I like hot days. Today is one of those days.”

“BABY!” Maria shouts out all of a sudden from her chair.

“What~?” Hannah sings back, doing it nicely because of the camera, and she does it in Japanese.

“Come lie in the sun with me,” Maria answers. Maria had already gotten some colour yesterday, while Hannah had gotten an ugly small tan on parts of her arms, above her chest and around her ankles. So within minutes, Hannah has lied down next to Maria, throwing her t-shirt off when no cameras are around, to try getting a better tan. Maria is cheering over the time on the beach. Whenever they don’t film, they are working on their tans.

From a distance they can hear them before they can see them. Hannah and Maria have been lying there for what feels like an hour (Hannah’s body is probably red from all the sun) when cheerful screams are approaching, laughter is there too.

“Want to bet on who it is?” Maria asks Hannah without opening her eyes. They are stuck lying in those positions; the sun has made it impossible for them to move, and it feels really great with their skin burning. Still, they haven’t forgotten to lie on their stomachs between the minutes.

“Definitely Emelia,” Hannah answers.

“Then Takaki is also there,” Maria fills in. “Carolina is not there.”

“She is probably hundred meters behind them,” Hannah adds, not imagining Carolina running.

“They better not are running towards us,” Maria whispers when the voices are coming closer and she thinks she can hear someone call out her name. Hannah looks up to confirm it, and she then sits up with a sigh, glancing at Maria who doesn’t move an inch in the sun. Quietly, Hannah leaves her seat, mumbling to Maria that she has to use the bathroom.

Just that mumbling makes Maria open her eyes, knowing Hannah too well to not fall for it and just for a second she sees Hannah before someone – anyone – lying down on top of her. But that isn’t really the issue; this someone – anyone – is freezing cold, making Maria give out the lightest scream, and everyone else are laughing at her. But imagine your whole body being hot from laying in the sun, and all of a sudden someone as cold as ice lies down on top of you – not a good feeling. Hannah is struggling to not have Takaki try to hug her, as he is also cold.

“Why are you so cold?!” Hannah laughs when Takaki gives up.

“We filmed in the restaurant,” Emelia answers, smirking at Maria who looks like she is freezing now, and Takaki fills out for Emelia; “We got to see the cold chamber.”

“Freezer”, Hannah translates to Maria in Swedish when seeing the leader’s clueless face-expression.

“You’re an idiot,” Maria responses to Emelia, pushing her further away.

Everyone gathers later to play volleyball for the filming. Honestly, these two days of filming is just them having fun. It’s the best drama filming ever. Though most of the things they do are for the drama, it is just a lot of playing and fooling around, laughter and simple acting. And the weather makes it seem even more like a real school trip. They are all dressed in shorts and tops, running around barefoot while playing volleyball and even when they are done filming the scene some of them continues to play; taking off the tops as it is too hot. They had to wear t-shirts when filming because it is that kind of a drama, but whenever the scene ends everyone have gotten the habit of undressing. It’s fun.

The DVD films the ladies riding around in the golf carts all day long from one location to another, as it takes too much energy and time to go back and forth in this hot weather when they have a schedule to keep. Julia and Emelia have a blast riding around on their own after they were taught yesterday, and before dinner the two of them are racing in each golf cart; Julia is in one cart with Hannah and Haruma Miura while Emelia, Takaki Yuya and two from the crew are in the other one, racing back and forth like crazy teenagers.

When the day’s schedule has ended, some of them decide to enjoy the water without having to film it in a scene. So even when it has gotten dark down by the beach you can hear the laughter and shouting of friends running around in the sand and swimming in the water, having fun as if they are here on vacation.

Hannah laughs when pushing Julia in the water with her. They all keep pushing each other over and over in the water and whenever someone runs up to the beach someone runs after to push that person back in. Hannah can’t stop laughing. She follows Carolina to splash water on Maria, both of them laughing loudly when Maria shouts at them and splashes back. It isn’t just the ladies, some from the crew and other actors are there too, all having fun in the water, in the late evening.

The next day is their last day filming for the drama, it is Sunday. Even the breakfast is a feast; all the crew and staff and actors are eating together in the morning, and this morning begins with laughter as they are bringing up things they remind from the filming. All day they are working hard to finish filming and in the evening they are filming the last scenes by the beach, with everyone present. All five guest actors are there, being the love-interests for 5 Pieces and each lady has her own small little scene filmed with her love-interest for the ending, to let all viewers know for the final that everyone is happy. They are all nicely dressed for the last scenes; Hannah is wearing a floral-print empire top in navy blue and a pair of short jeans shorts that barely are visible under the top. She laughs and cheers with the others when they are filming the celebration among the students, as they will be at the beach celebrating their school time together. She even has a plastic cup of soda like everyone else to cheer with.

Their Stories from Japan is filming the last hours in Okinawa too, being there on the beach now when they are filming the final scenes. Hannah had earlier been asked how they had celebrated the whole drama filming today and she had cutely said that the staff sliced melons for everyone; it was delicious and cool to eat in the hot weather.

The last scene is also the last scene for the drama, where the ladies are supposed to run along the beach with the students and everyone else continuing to party behind them, and when they have gotten enough far away they are starting to just walk next to each other, linking arms or putting their arms around each other. The very same part is filmed from different angles, and when the ladies are first starting to run in the sand, they burst out laughing because Maria falls down almost right away. It is difficult to run on the sand. But, it is a good laugh and everyone there are laughing every other second. They have to film the running scene so many times because of the NGs, and one time Hannah even sits down from laughing too much, laughing even more when Julia leans over her so they lie down in the sand.

And then the magical words are heard from the director through a megaphone;

“That was the last scene everyone!”

“THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!” 5 Pieces burst out together in Japanese, suddenly bowing politely.

Hannah looks surprised though, she feels surprised. Is it done? They are done filming this drama. It feels always so weird. Though they haven’t filmed for a long period, they have spent these past five weeks together both on days and nights, and they have laughed so much every single day that Hannah believes her stomach is getting its own work out from all the laughing. Not even last year when she was filming the drama ‘Midnight Dream’ did she have this much fun, she didn’t even laugh this much though she had a blast filming that drama. Maybe it is different doing it with her members; she isn’t missing anything when filming with them. And it is fun acting in Japanese; shouting and making expressions in Japanese is always a favourite for Hannah.

There is a lot of applause; the ladies applauding to the crew for their hard work and the crew applauding for the ladies back. The other actors are also applauding, everyone exchanging the polite phrases but once Maria gives one in the crew a friendly hug most of the others starts to shake hand and hug as well. They take pictures too; one big picture with everyone gathered as a last memory of the filming before they sneak around taking pictures with this and that person, gathering for tiny little groups and once again Hannah is laughing so much that she can’t stand straight in the sand.

“Who made the most NGs today?!” Mokomichi Hayami asks happily with a hand up in the air to get everyone’s attention.

Hannah’s finger is automatically pointed at Carolina, but when seeing where everyone is pointing she turns to point at Yamada Ryosuke and those who didn’t point at him in the beginning changes the direction to point at him.

“Eeh!” Yamada looks surprised to be pointed out as the one making the most mistakes, and he starts to scream when Takaki Yuya grabs his arm and Haruma Miura goes up behind him to help Julia lift him up.

Yesterday they revealed to the Stories from Japan camera that whoever makes the most mistakes during recording will be thrown in the water once they have finished filming. And now the victim has been chosen; the youngest one.

Hannah is smart, as she knows that when one person has been thrown in the water, more will be thrown; so she keeps a little distance from them and hides in the crowd, making sure to listen if someone is out after her. Cameras are being put away for the crew, so they can join in the celebration of finishing a drama filming. Hannah helps out a little in her try to avoid the water, and when she comes back to get a new plastic cup with soda she doesn’t even get to spot the table with the drinks on when the tall Mokomichi Hayami steps up in front of her. She knows on his face-expression that he is not going to be good for her.

“I can sense you are avoiding someone,” he comments, pointing a finger in the air when stating the obvious. Hannah smiles widely, making sure to not stand too close to him in case he is going to do something. His eyes and face-expression is just as obvious as Hannah’s is; he looks like he is mischievous and Hannah looks worried. “Do you remember what we did the last week filming in 2010?”

Hannah remembers a few things from when she filmed ‘Fist of Victory’ with him in 2010, but she isn’t really sure of what he is talking about now. Her expression must answer his question because he smiles.

“We gave the director a cake and then pushed his face in it.”

“Ah…” She does remember that. They had been planning it the whole week, and on the last day filming they had bought a cheap cake to thank the director for his hard work dealing with them, and then they pushed it in his face. Nothing will ever make her forget that. “I will not let you press my face in a cake.”

“I wouldn’t do that,” he laughs and then points down the beach where Julia is now the victim. “But I promised to bring you to the water.”

“Let me guess; Maria or Emelia said something?” Hannah raises her eyebrows at him.

“Actually, both of them. And all of you are going to get in the water tonight, so you shouldn’t wait it out too long.”

“Oh really,” Hannah laughs at his expression when he tells her that. “If you lead me, I’ll follow.”

Like a gentleman he gives her his arm, and she links hers with his before the two of them starts to go down to the water. Hannah lets go of his arm to run down the last meters, joining the others by the water to drag each other in. More and more join in, and Hannah holds her arms around Emelia’s neck when falling down in the water after a lot of good struggling. No one is really avoiding the water because of the hot weather this late evening, but it is fun to push each other.

For the next three hours it is a lot of celebration. They stay on the beach most of the time; when not playing in the water they are exclaiming cheers with raised glasses, they take pictures and talk a lot, and in small groups they are getting inside one by one to the calmer place where people sits down to talk even more.

Hannah goes indoors too; sitting with some in the staff and smiling tiredly when hearing everyone talk from her right and left and just enjoying the company of the people she has worked with for over a month. She hates it when these things happen; separation from good people that she actually enjoys working with. It feels good that everyone is having the last day filled with laughter and fun, like the whole mini drama has been filmed. To tell the truth, a filming has never been this easy for Hannah before. She doesn’t have much more experience than participating in four dramas, music video acting and guest appearances, but it has still been different from those. Not in a bad way, just different.

She smiles widely up at one of the women in the staff, receiving a hug from her without even getting up from her seat.

“Sleep well,” Hannah says to the woman who is going to sleep.

After a few minutes, Hannah goes outside again. Down on the beach she can still hear the loud people who are celebrating – like one in the staff inside said; “young people can stay up all night partying” – and Hannah smiles when hearing how fun they have. But she doesn’t go down there. Instead she decides to take a walk. The last hours in Okinawa; this is her last chance for now to enjoy the island and she doesn’t know when she will come here next time.

The weather is good there in the middle of the night, it isn’t chilly but you aren’t sweating like she has been doing during the days. It is a normal weather, but dark. Quietly and slowly she is walking around the campus, not being in a hurry anywhere and not wanting to go to bed, and she has the feeling she has to let this drama ending sink in. It has gone by so fast. After walking for some time she is checking her cell phone, going through some pictures she has taken during this trip. It isn’t many at all, but she finds one picture she took today with Kanata Hongo (her drama love-interest) when the two of them had been done filming around dinner, and in the picture they are both giving a cute face-expression; looking up in the air and Hannah is biting her lip in the picture to try not to laugh because when they were taking the picture Kanata kept repeating the word ‘nose’ in Japanese (鼻). Nose in Japanese is ‘hana’ – and if you say it, it sounds like Hannah’s name.

With a smile over the memory, Hannah uploads the picture on twitter, simply writing it is a picture with Kanata Hongo.

“Who’s there?”

Hannah looks up when hearing the voice, looking around to spot the owner and Hannah waves when Maria is coming her way.

“It’s just you,” Maria breathes out, and the youngest smiles thinking that Maria was worried it was a stranger following her. “I thought you had gone to sleep.”

“I thought you were making memories down by the beach.”

“I have made my memories,” Maria says when getting up next to Hannah, the two of them automatically starts to walk side by side. “It is sad it has come to an end.”

Hannah nods in agreement, lowering her head to watch her feet when they are walking. “We should come to Okinawa more times.”

“Totally agree!” Maria is fast to say, her voice a little excited. “Do you remember the last time we could walk around freely like this? And the weather and air and everything are just great… It makes me miss our days being unknown.”

Again Hannah gives a nod in agreement. Things were easier six years ago when they were normal school kids, spending every day being annoyed with school. It was as normal as it could get, and a part of Hannah thinks Maria is sad it will never be the same for them – even if five years has passed of them being celebrities. Maria releases a deep sigh; they are thinking about the same things.

“When we have been filming this drama, I have constantly been thinking back on school in Sweden. Do you remember when some boy threw a tomato on the window and the police came?” Maria asks but doesn’t look at Hannah who shakes her head, not remembering it. “A tomato is thrown on the window and the police are called over – here, not even the principal is called over at such a tiny issue.”

A chuckle is heard on the side when Emelia and Julia join them. “Are you complaining about the tomato again, Captain?”

“The tomato is the best example, and no, I am not complaining,” Maria answers in her diva tone. Hannah glances around, quietly asking where Carolina is.

“Sleeping probably,” Julia giggles. “Did anyone of you see Takaki’s underwear earlier? They were bright pink!”

“A fan gave it to him,” Maria tells her and the ladies look at her strangely. Maria just shrugs her shoulder. “You all watch and giggle from the side while I watch and step forward.”

“You’re weird,” Emelia mumbles when picking up her cell phone. “Should we call Carolina and harass her for not being out here with us?”

“How can she sleep now?!” Maria bursts out while Emelia makes the call on loudspeaker. “We are in Okinawa, after finishing the drama. Duh, it’s celebration time!”

Just as she is done complaining, someone answers the call and the girls out of nowhere starts to scream out; “CAROLINA! LIN! CAROLINA!”

She is awake. And she is coming over after hearing all the other ladies are taking a walk together. Hannah can’t remember if all five of them have ever taken a walk before, and they starts to cheer when Carolina comes jogging up to them. She laughs when being welcomed by her members with cheers.

Maria takes a picture of the ladies during their walk. It is dark in the picture but you can see each member and see who is who (it isn’t that dark), and she uploads it on Instagram. {The ladies of 5 Pieces are enjoying the last night in Okinawa, we want to come back soon again ^^, Run Out Drama, all the best – FIGHTING!}

The next day on Monday the girl-group is in Korea during the day, practicing, Julia pre-records for a music program and Hannah has her second combat practice before 5 Pieces head to Tokyo to perform [Secret Touch] on Music Camp. It will be their first time doing it with five members, because Carolina is now allowed to perform with them. During the day the ladies have been showing pictures from their drama filming; pictures they have taken themselves on set, with just the ladies or with other actors that featured on the show (a picture with EXO as well) and also pictures taken by others of them. SM Entertainment is the one uploading the pictures though, and the ladies fill it out on their own blog.

Being backstage in Tokyo, Hannah takes a picture of herself with Julia, wearing their stage outfits.

Simple; and it makes fans write comments she laughs at. Some keep writing that Julia and Hannah has a ‘secret touch’ going on – their fans can never stop their imaginations.
