Chapter 56

Youngest of Pieces: [WHO- I AM] (8)

Early in the morning, women from the crew sneaks inside Hannah’s hotel room with the cameras to film. Because they don’t know how Hannah sleeps, the male staff was not allowed in. Sneaking inside, the room is dark. The camera films the bed when walking closer, seeing Hannah lying on the side further away next to the desk, and they notice that it isn’t as packed as it was yesterday. She has some clothes on the chair, an empty bottle of water on the table along with an empty box where she had grapes before; her laptop is on the desk, along with a writing pad, yesterday’s receipts too. The thing she has bought during this trip is on the low drawer where she also has her luggage on the wall behind where the staff stands to film Hannah from the end of the bed.

But what the crew keeps filming is Hannah. Wearing her tank top and shorts, she is laying on her stomach, hugging the pillow with both arms while her leg has kicked away the quilt to reveal the whole leg for the camera, the other leg hidden under the quilt that also hides her waist. Her arms and shoulders are visible too; beside from the tank top she is wearing.

Hearing movements in the room, Hannah wakes up, grimacing when looking up over her shoulder. She whines when seeing what is going on and she grabs the quilt to put it around her, making noises while stretching out under it – her body is definitely not used to sleep for this long, so her body is all stiff – she is yawning and slowly waking up. Hannah hides her face under her hair when the woman steps up next to the bed to film her closer, and the girl reaches for her cell phone on the desk to check the time.

07:30 it tells her and Hannah whines again, rolling around in the bed, ruffling her hair in a mess and rubbing her eyes to try wake up.

“Good morning,” the woman says only now, making Hannah chuckle.

“Good morning.”

The crew is actually super happy to film her in bed, because the first day they were sleeping when she was ready to leave and the second day she was also ready to leave when they came to her room. But today, she was still sleeping.

Hannah sits up tiredly, her legs stretched out under the quilt and back bent forward, continuing to touch her hair. She showered before going to bed, so her hair is probably a complete mess now, and it makes her laugh because she didn’t expect to be filmed when still being in bed in the morning. Automatically she starts to stretch her hands to touch her feet, beginning her morning with some easy warm up stretching. She does it extremely simple now when the crew is there, and when getting up from the bed she removes the curtains, welcoming the sunny weather to come in the room.

“I thought London was rainy…” she mumbles, clearing , still trying to hide her bare face with her hand. “The weather here is better than in Korea,” she jokes when walking over to lie in bed again, groaning tiredly. “Should we just sleep in Hyde Park today?”

“What is today’s plan?” they ask her.

“I want to go to museums,” Hannah answers, hugging the quilt with her eyes closed. “There is Albert Hall that we have walked by several of times… But I have thought of walking around at Hyde Park before that.”

“What did you do yesterday after coming back?” the woman is curious to know.

Because they went out to take a drink early, they went back to the hotel not so late. Hannah sits up in the bed, grabs the writing pad on the desk to throw it on the bed, almost glaring at it. Along with the pad came a script too, a bunch of papers stuck together.

“I wrote some,” she answers and opens the pad lazily with one hand, closing it fast to pick up the script. “And I went through this one… made some notes…”

“Are you preparing for a new drama?” the woman wonders, though she knows exactly what it is for as Hannah already have told them once when they weren’t recording.

“5 Pieces will have our own drama,” Hannah answers, newly woken so she sounds a little upset while looking through the script for herself, “it is in Japanese… So I am studying it.”

For the broadcast, they will show that all five ladies are studying the script. Maria struggles to sit comfortable in her bed with the script in hand, loudly saying Japanese words and even using the camera to help her practice her acting. Carolina sits at a café with the script, quietly going through it on her own while eating lunch one day. Julia shows her worry talking about the script, mentioning that Hannah is good at acting and at Japanese when it comes to recording, and though Emelia has experience in it before she isn’t as good, and the other members are just clueless about acting. Julia shows her worries if they will do well. Emelia watches some drama on her laptop, saying she is studying Japanese acting to do well; copying the way they speak funnily.

“Do you think 5 Pieces will do well for the drama?” the crew asks.

Hannah puts away the things, wondering about what to answer while doing so, not being in a rush at all. She wants to go to the bathroom to get ready for the day, not liking to be filmed when she looks like this. “We have the will to do well, both in acting and in Japan, but because it is not too familiar for us to act … I’m not sure how it will go. I hope it will go well, and I think we will have fun. I’m bringing the script with me to the park.”

She looks up at the crew, her eyes wondering if she can go.

Hannah gets ready with light make-up, her hair freely lying down her shoulders and she gets dressed in a short-sleeve white t-shirt and the distressed denim shorts in gray she wore the first day.

Leaving the hotel room today, again having her jacket and bag with her – the bag is filled with things today – she smiles when coming out the room. For the broadcast, they will pause on her look, to write that she is once again confident to face the camera after getting ready, compared to when she just woke up. A caption will say ‘Hannah, you are always pretty!’

It’s been half an hour since she woke up and this girl have quite the rumour to take time before actually waking up. She might be moving her body and such, but she is usually quiet in the morning. Her members have started that rumour. And it is quite true most of the time, but she just feels very awake now when she has vacation in London.

“Hyde Park – go, go!” Hannah cheerfully laughs when they get inside the elevator.

The doors are just about to close when a person comes out to where the elevators are, and Hannah is fast to put her hand out between the doors for them to open up. It was an Asian couple coming, and when seeing the doors opening again they hurry up to them and in bad English thanks Hannah for keeping it open for them. The girl is quiet during the ride down to the lobby, and she lets the couple get off the elevator first.

The crew guesses she isn’t completely awake yet because Hannah walks out of the hotel without a sound, like a zombie just having one destination that she doesn’t even notice a few fans that have been waiting for her outside. They were sitting on the side, giving a squeal when Hannah comes out and though the crew notices them, Hannah just keeps walking. Two of the fan-girls that followed them yesterday are seen; not the ones that Hannah spoke with at China Town but those that followed them at Oxford Street. It’s amazing how Hannah can’t notice the people following them.

They walk inside the station that they every day walk through to come out to the street and back to the hotel, and Hannah points before turning to let the crew know where she is heading; inside one of the stores selling food. Its a few simple stores in there, and 8 out of 10 of them sell food. She gets in front of the sandwiches and salad and other food to choose, biting her lip in thoughts while looking.

If you think about it, it has seems like Hannah has forgotten since the elevator that they are filming, as she only now talks to them.

“Since we are going to the park,” Hannah leans a little back to say, “I thought of eating breakfast there…”

“Are you tired?” the woman asks with a chuckle, noticing how Hannah isn’t as she has been the other day.

Hannah looks at her, feeling caught. “I haven’t woken up just yet,” she answers and touches the corner of her eye when turning her attention back to the food.

And it kind of makes them wonder when she has woken up the other mornings because she was not this tired on those days.

“I should have bought more grapes to the park,” Hannah mentions when she has a bunch of things in her arms and struggles to put it all up on the counter to pay where the woman greets her in this polite British way. “Good morning,” Hannah smiles.

“Would you want a bag to this?”

“Yes please.” Hannah’s sweet voice is so over-doing whenever she talks shortly when paying, and she smiles at the camera out of embarrassment. She pays for the sandwiches, fruit-salads and bottle of water that she has bought – the crew buys their own food, though they always eat at the hotel before leaving – the first day they got freaked out because Hannah ate rarely, and they were starving while she was just walking around in the sun, loving the weather and vacation. Getting breakfast, Hannah is a little more cheery when walking out on the street, still completely unaware of people following them.

The weather seems to be great every single day, and today is no exception. The park is like it has been the other days too; people are jogging, taking walks and being out with their dogs at this hour and it is no problem to find a big spot in the grass to sit down on. Hannah has her jacket to sit on and she takes up a cup-size fruit-salad that she shows to the camera when everyone has taken their seats. Not even now she is aware of that the people sitting under a tree a little further away have followed them since the hotel.

“London fruit-salad…” Hannah says before opening it and with a white plastic fork she picks up a fruit. “It is apple, melon … what’s this? Pear? There is also pear and strawberries. And something I don’t know.” She picks up the other things in her bag to show what she bought. “And I bought this baguette, with tuna, which I have never tried before and it was cheap… This is water; simple and delicious water. That always works, and I got apple juice too. And here it is a sandwich with … … bacon and egg,” she reads the last in English before looking clueless at the crew. And she keeps looking at them in silence, as if expecting them to translate it for her. “Yeah…” she then says when looking down, not caring to translate it to Korean and instead puts back the things in the plastic bag to only eat the sandwich with bacon and egg. She looks more awake now.

“Did you sleep well?” Hannah asks the crew while eating. She nods when hearing them answer and she smiles at one of the men who says he didn’t sleep so good. “You drank too much yesterday,” she giggles at him. “I have never seen someone drink as little as you and get so talkative.”

The breakfast is good, and she has good company though it is a little uncomfortable to be filmed when eating. Hannah should be used with cameras around her at this time, after spending almost every day in front of it for the past five years, but she isn’t. Five years ago she actually hides herself from the cameras; turned her back to pretend to not see them filming or back-hug a member to hide her big body from others. Two years later she had learnt to hide her face behind her hand, a shy move she learnt during her time in Japan. It’s shy and pretty. Now she uses it for several different things. Being in front of cameras lately is just daily part of her life. If they aren’t on the stage or recording for a variety show, they are filming for reality shows or documentaries or doing interviews. But no matter how much she is in front of the cameras, Hannah is always shy. Just to have these people focusing on her, and her alone at this vacation, is embarrassing and awkward.

After eating one sandwich, the fruit-salad and juice, she lies down on her back for a few minutes, relaxing in the sun. She tells the crew to be comfortable too, because they will be here for a while. Like always she has her day all planned out. She knows for how long they can be here before they will go to the museum just below the park, and then head to Trafalgar Square to go watch the musical. Planning is something she is both good and used to.

Hannah has turned around to lie on her stomach, facing the crew sitting in front of her, some even lying down to film her better and she has taken out her writing pad and script. She reads some while resting her chin on her hand, reading quietly for herself: Extremely relaxing. The sun is burning her legs in a nice way while she is reading, and she looks through her extra notes.

“Working even during your vacation?” the crew asks her in a teasing tone and Hannah smiles without looking up from the script.

“I will regret it if I don’t go through it,” Hannah answers. “And it’s not work. It’s a hobby. And my fans do like my hobby.”

“What notes do you write down?” they wonders, seeing that Hannah has written her own notes in the writing pad that she is going through.

“Um… Mostly about my character, and things I was told at a meeting to remember. And things to think about,” Hannah answers before she sits up tailor and changes the page in the writing pad. “I have some acting advices too, but I won’t read them out loud as they are personal… And I have written down all the characters, to point out things about them in the drama.”

“You study all people for a drama role?”

“No…” Hannah looks clueless at them. “I just … I don’t know, it’s just that if you watch a drama, you have to see it as someone’s life. My character has a life, though it isn’t real in real life, it is real in the drama, so I have to live that life… I don’t know what I’m talking about. I’m just into details; that’s all. And it’s fun to act; have different characters.”

She makes a sudden bright smile, closing the writing pad and putting her script away.

“Let’s change the subject,” she suggest, well aware of that if she goes into details about acting, she might not stop talking. But they don’t really change subject because Hannah continues to do her own thing.

On her own she goes through something she started to write yesterday before going to bed. Out of nowhere she started to write on a song. She had the melody and she knew what she wanted to write about, she wrote some lyrics and now she continues. It takes at least twenty minutes she sits there and hums for herself, writing and changing and actually making a song on her own in front of the cameras. But thanks to her experience in front of cameras, not even half of the things they record will be shown on TV. This is a part she knows will not air, because it is just Hannah writing at the park. The crew just focuses the cameras on her while they either lie down or sits there to enjoy the sun.

“Could you sing a little for us?” they end up asking, as it is obvious she is writing a song.

Hannah looks shocked up at them. A little frightened she glances at the faces of the crew, and nervously she looks at her papers, slowly giving a shy smile. “I can sing a little, little part…”

She keeps smiling when she starts to sing in a low voice, having a light voice.

*I am in love with you-oh

I am in love with you-oh

Tell me how you want this to go

I’ll follow

Shaking, my heart is shaking, I’m nervous

This is love, I am in love

So confused, yet so certain, I only know you

Because I love you-oh*

She finishes singing with a bigger smile, shyly laughing behind her writing pad when seeing the crew just looking at her.

“You wrote that now?”

“Yeah…”

The melody is simple and like a ballad, but how she sings and the lyrics is very easy and light, like a happy ballad. She keeps smiling, not seeing the deeply impressed face-expression of the crew. Though they all know that 5 Pieces is out of the ordinary, the way Hannah easily has written down a song like this in the middle of the park at nine in the morning, which makes them speechless. They understand that she is the one who has written the hit song [I CRY] and the amazing fantasy novel ‘Joe – Under Seoul’s Streets’.

Hannah is shy though, because the whole song is her confession to love Jonghyun. It would sound good to the guitar, and she has wondered if Carolina maybe would like to play it with her for fun sometime.

“Carolina is probably sitting in a park and playing her guitar,” Hannah says to get in other thoughts, to try stop blushing. The funny thing is that Carolina actually sits in a park and plays the guitar, even singing, though it isn’t today, she still does it during the vacation.

“Let’s go in here first,” Hannah drags in the crew to a bookstore when they have gotten off the bus at Trafalgar Square. Most of the day has been spent in the park and at museums; they have eaten ice-cream and at a restaurant and are now going to take out the tickets to the musical they are watching in two-three hours.

The bookstore is of the same brand that Hannah found so amazing the other day. That day she had actually asked the man working there for a special arts book that she was looking for, and according to him, the bookstore at Trafalgar Square should have it. Hannah goes to ask the counter after looking around a little, and they do have the book she has looked for so she comes back to the crew waving the book happily to them.

“Found it,” she giggles and heads to the counter to pay when she stops by a table with a few books spread out. “1 pound?!”

Hannah always seems to be in heaven in bookstores. She sits down in the chair to look at the books, finding out they are super cheap. And she decides to buy one of them. Two books decided and she goes to the counter.

“Is it really 1pound for this?” Hannah has to ask the woman standing there when she is going to pay, and the woman laughs.

“Yes, it’s just one pound, a really good price.”

Hannah keeps talking to the woman about the books she is buying, revealing that it is a gift to her friend who is into art… When coming out from the store, Hannah shows both books to the crew, and they ask her if both are gifts.

“No… Carolina will get one, and then I will read the other one.” Not thinking more about it they continue to walk. But she mumbles for herself that she likes reading.

They come above the museum they went to the other day and come to a small square, but it looks completely different from how it looked another day they walked past here. And Hannah’s eyes are growing, because the square is filled with people and huge posters of the movie Fast & Furious 6. Hannah doesn’t know what to do, looking like her head is filled with flies the way she moves around and she asks what is happening to the crew, why the square looks like this and what is going on. But she has a goal and they walk through the place, curious to know what is going on, but goes to take out the tickets for Les Miserables first. Hannah can’t stop thinking of what is going on there.

“It says ‘world premiere’…” she mutters, having an idea of what it is but thinking it is too much so it can’t be that idea. They take out the tickets and start to head back to the square when Hannah’s cell phone starts to make a noise. She turns it off and looks at the crew. “Do you want to eat something?”

“What was making a sound on your phone?” they ask her back and Hannah makes a face.

“A reminder to eat,” Hannah answers. “Because I get overwhelmed during this vacation, I forget to eat. So I was told to put on alarm to remind myself to eat…” She smiles when seeing the crew smile at her answer and she pouts a little when looking away. She suddenly gives a smile because on that side, a person who is not part of the crew is pointing a cell phone at her.

Hannah turns back to the crew, embarrassed. It was the same thing when they were going to the museums earlier today. They stopped to get ice-cream from a truck standing outside the museum and Hannah got excited over the ice-cream, and suddenly someone shouted out that she was cute, and Hannah got a shock to see a small bunch of people following them with cameras and cell phones. Some even followed them inside the museum as it is free entrance. When getting off the bus earlier, Hannah saw no one following them, and when going to get the tickets she didn’t see one either. This person recognized her now? How can people notice her in streets among other people? And she is in London! People aren’t supposed to recognize her. Or they just follow her because of the cameras…

That idea disappears when someone is heard saying ‘5 Pieces’, and Hannah keeps wondering how the people that out of nowhere has appeared could recognize her, or how they even know who she is. Hannah starts to laugh though when a boy shouts out in Korean that 5 Pieces is the best, and based on his looks, he is not Asian.

“Yay!” Hannah cheers towards him and she laughs when the people following them start to cheer along with her, and Hannah gets a surprise when seeing how many there actually are. Maybe eight or nine people, but it is still a lot for being on vacation. Hannah gets her courage and turns to the people following them. “Do you know 5 Pieces?”

“YEEEEES!”

“How?” Hannah wonders, really curious. “How did you find out about us?”

She laughs over a dark voice among the other answers. One girl continues to talk after all the other answers; “I went to your fan meeting in London two years ago,” the girl says in English, and it is obvious she is British by the way she speaks.

“Wow!” Hannah is impressed, thanking them all. “Your favourite song?”

And that is when it becomes chaos. Countless of songs by 5 Pieces are being shouted, and also other idol group’s songs are being said, making Hannah laugh over how excited fans get. Some even sings to point out what songs it is, and it is amazing how many songs they know about. Hannah automatically gives a bow, thanking them again. Someone even says [I CRY], which Hannah hears but doesn’t react on because she hears that dark voice call out loudly [Oppa], 5 Pieces actually most recent Korean song. Feeling so great, Hannah starts to sing and dance the chorus right away, creating a massive fan-girling from them.

*Oppa, my oppa

What should I do?*

She laughs over the reaction at her cute dance, and she cheers again when the fans are wild. Hannah might be in London, but she has the same sense when it comes to how to treat fans as if she is in Korea. The only difference should be the language, right?

Completely awkward, Hannah keeps walking with these followers, and she glances at the crew with this awkward yet adorable smile. Coming back to the square where there is something going on, Hannah can’t help but to ask these followers if they know what it is.

“It’s the premiere. The cast will be here later to walk the red carpet,” a boy answers and he actually gets shy when Hannah looks amazed at him.

“The cast of Fast & Furious 6 will be here? Like… Vin Diesel will be HERE?” Hannah can’t believe it and they laugh at her reaction. She doesn’t understand why they laugh; why aren’t they freaking out over that such huge actors will be here?

Hannah actually asks a security man to know about the times and have it confirmed that THE cast will be here, and when walking away she is just staring at the crew, unbelievable. They walk over to the bigger road, where a stand is, to buy something to eat and Hannah is trying to melt the news.

“Its one hour before the musical begins they will be here,” Hannah tells the crew with big eyes, “We can see celebrities before the musical… Hi-hi! Paul Walker could be here… Oh my god, I might see Paul Walker! And Vin Diesel!”

Hannah’s first thought is to give Emelia a call, but since she for sure doesn’t know if she will see them, she doesn’t call. Instead she buys a hamburger from the stand, and she is completely spaced out when eating it, from time to time commenting to the crew that she might see huge stars. She is still a fan-girl herself.

“But still … Vin Diesel? Seriously?” Hannah can’t melt it, still haven’t finished eating her hamburger. She breathes out, glancing around. Her stomach is full, making her regret taking a hamburger because it is so big. She has just taken a few bites of it too, more than half of it left. “You want some?” she tries to the crew, smiling apologetic. But they don’t want to eat it, because they are still full from when they ate last time. Hannah is too…

They sit down on some stone bench on the side, Hannah still holding on to her hamburger and taking tiny bites slowly, looking around while sitting there. It seems to be more people looking at her now, more fans, more Asians too. It’s hot sitting in the sun too, and Hannah hides behind her sunglasses. The first day she wore sunglasses most of the day, but the crew told her to not wear it but now her eyes is really tired from the sun so she can’t help but to wear it.

After sitting down for just a few minutes, a teenage girl steps forward with her hand outstretched to Hannah, surprising the blonde idol that shakes her hand.

“Very nice meeting you,” the girl says in bad English. “Very beautiful.”

“Thank you,” Hannah lowers her head after shaking the girl’s hand. The girl then reaches a cold bottle of Coca Cola that she just bought at the stand.

“You thirsty, for you,” the girl says when giving it to Hannah, and Hannah awkwardly accepts it, placing it in her lap as she is holding the hamburger in her other hand.

“Ah, thank you… … Where are you from?”

“France,” the girl smiles widely, looking really cute. She can’t be over 16 years old.

“Oh, merci,” Hannah thanks her again, shaking her hand and the girl giggles when jumping away to not be in the way for the cameras. She just wanted to give Hannah something to drink. Hannah smiles at the crew, starting to speak Korean. “Do I look thirsty?”

Hannah is giggling for herself when opening the bottle to drink, but the moment the Cola comes inside there is cheers from around her – because she drinks something she got from a fan – and Hannah has to turn around and cover , trying to swallow.

“Am I still in London?” Hannah whispers to the camera, “Where did everyone come from?”

There is seriously a crowd gathering around her. Some people maybe doesn’t know who she is, but since there are cameras and a crowd, people get curious. Hannah feels awkward sitting outside with people just flocking around her, keeping some distance to just look at her. She doesn’t really know what to do, as she thought of just sitting here and doing nothing while waiting for first the premiere and then the musical. All shy over the public, Hannah finishes eating most of her hamburger before she looks clueless up at a stranger walking up to her, and she can feel herself blush when he reaches out his hand, holding on to a piece of paper and a pen, asking for an autograph.

“Yes, sure,” Hannah answers, having a surprised face-expression. She takes the pen in her left hand and paper in her right before placing it on her lap to write her autograph, glancing up at the young man. “What’s your name?”

“Cayden – C, A, Y, D, E, N,” he spells out for her, putting his hands to his chest when seeing her write ‘do you always look this handsome, Cayden?’ to her autograph.

As she returns the paper and pen to him, a girl is suddenly stretching out a pad, asking for an autograph too. She looks Asian, bus she speaks English. Hannah is taken back but of course she writes the autograph for her, and the camera captures Hannah sitting there and writing autographs for those who suddenly flock tightly around her to not miss the chance. She exchange words with a few of them, saying she is going to try see the cast of Fast & Furious in a while, being told by fans that they are going to see that too and asking her for how long she is going to be in London (to which she says a few days).

Hannah has slinked away from the crowd, still being followed by a few though, and she looks really freaked out.

“SHINee’s Key and Minho went to London last year,” Hannah tells the crew, “and they said they were recognized by a few people too. But … I am being stalked.”

She gives the most adorable face-expression, closing her eyes tightly with a smile. Hannah was so sure she would spend these days as any other girl on a trip – just have a lot of funs on her own. Now, she is being followed.

But it surely is amazing. The whole square is crowded by now and Hannah is ready to freak out with them all.

It takes twenty minutes before some big star actor starts arriving, and Hannah stands on her toes and even jumps to spot who it is. It is great that there is a big screen so you can see what is going on, and by standing there for such a long time, the crew surely gets Hannah’s fan-mood. She joins in the others when hearing them scream out after Paul Walker to walk to their side, and she screams loudly when seeing him in reality. He looks so great! This is how fan-girls are like; screaming and jumping by the sight of the handsome actors.

The fourth day in London begins in the morning as well when Hannah and the crew get on the bus to go to London Zoo; Hannah ate the hotel’s breakfast today. They don’t even have time to leave the hotel before Hannah asks the crew if they have umbrellas with them, and when hearing they don’t have it, Hannah makes them turn around and go get it, “it might rain today” is her reason to it. You never know with the weather; it can be a bright sun one second and rain the next.

Waiting for the bus, it is the crew that asks Hannah; “Aren’t you taking the tube? We are going quite far today.”

She has thought about it. They have passed by hundreds of subway stations during this vacation, even going down one to refill their bus card, but Hannah grimaces at the question, pouting a little too. “I don’t know how that works…”

Taking buses is something she has done a lot of times, mostly in Sweden but she has tried it in Korea too, and it is the easiest transportation she knows off beside from having your own car that she has when they go on schedules. In Japan she has used subway and train and whatnot, but … she has never done it on her own as that also was for their schedules.

So they take the bus. It surely takes a long time, and on the way they passes Madame Tussauds, making Hannah all excited and turn around in her seat to say they will go there later today. But first on today’s schedule is the zoo.

Getting off the bus, Hannah is sure they just need to walk through the park next too, so they start to walk.

“Here they have maps too,” she lightly says after entering the park, seeing right away where they are and where they are going.

It takes time to walk, but the weather is good and the park is pretty. Hannah is wearing a scoop-neck godet mini-dress in black today, wearing her favourite black bracelets and a simple necklace. The dress is simple and she looks really slim and tiny in it, having her usual tourist set with her too, and she is wearing sneakers to be comfortable.

At 10:00, just when the zoo opens, Hannah and the crew are standing in line to come inside. Because they have tickets already from online, they get to change line and come in even faster, and the day at the zoo can begin. The first place at the zoo is the aquarium, and the most fascinating thing in there that catches Hannah’s attention is the seahorses at the beginning, though all the colours of the fishes are cool.

They miss the tiger while walking around. They saw the back of a head on one tiger lying down, and then continue to walk in hope they can see it better later. Hannah jogs a bit when leaving the tiger’s place and it is a tree-statue of a tiger standing on two, roaring, and Hannah plays on her own by getting next to it, imitating its posture and takes a picture of her self. The crew can’t help but to be entertained by this girl who is entertained on her own. They just start to see the next animal when Hannah hears a real roar, and her eyes get big before rushing off. The crew runs after her and Hannah gets over to the tiger’s place again, looking with enormous eyes inside the big cage at a tiger walking over to where they are, roaring and looking annoyed. Hannah keeps taking a picture of it, then takes a step back when it comes up to the glass keeping him apart from the humans. He keeps roaring, and Hannah can’t take her eyes off it. Before a crowd of people comes walking after it along the road, Hannah squats down by the glass, and lets the crew take a picture with the tiger walking in the background.

When continuing to walk around, the crew asks Hannah if she has been at a zoo before, because she seems overly excited to see each animal.

“Um…” Hannah spaces out, wondering. “I went to a zoo in Sweden once, I think. All I remember is spiders and monkeys. But now I have seen tigers! And later there are giraffes, lions, penguins… and animals I don’t know the name of in Korean… So exciting! Oh, what’s this?”

The crew spends the whole trip at the zoo naming the animals in Korean for Hannah, who only knows in Swedish and a few in English – it is written in English so she learns that, but the crew tells her in Korean. Hannah at the zoo is a language lesson for viewers. They eat there too, Hannah buying things she hasn’t tried before and she keeps a muffin in her pocket because she couldn’t fit more in her stomach, saving it for later.

When they have walked through for quite some time, it starts to rain. Not much, but Hannah laughs at the crew that takes out their things to keep the equipment dry, saying that if it wasn’t for her they wouldn’t be able to keep filming.

That later for her to eat the muffin is when they are done at the zoo and are heading to Madame Tussauds. They aren’t in a hurry as it is still in the middle of the day. They walk through half of the park before Hannah says they should walk to the side to walk along the side of the park, seeing it as a shortcut. Coming out from the park, there is no road that lets you walk down next to the park and they just keep walking on this road that looks to be for a neighbourhood. Hannah stops her steps many times, and she stops her steps again to once again look at the map. She looks closely at the map.

“This is where we are, and this… is where we are heading… I think,” she mumbles and looks around. London has the most horrible road signs she has ever witnessed. No where it says what road this is. “Or where are we? We walked off there, down here… … …” Hannah looks up at the crew with a blank face-expression. “I got absolutely no clue at all where we are…”

They keep following the road, Hannah thinking it must take a turn somewhere. Her face-expression is priceless though, as she got no idea of where they are. She keeps trying to find out on the map where they are, looking clueless and blank and innocent when looking around.

“Why are there no people here…?” Hannah pouts. “Not even a car is driving by…”

Eventually they find a road going down, and they follow it, reaching the end of the park, but then Hannah is still lost. They walk around, searching for Madame Tussauds, and Hannah thinks it is further to the right, but the crew shakes their heads (they don’t want to get completely lost) so they walk to the left. There are no cycle maps around here, those that Hannah has trusted so deeply during the vacation so far, and her great mood is starting to disappear now when she can’t find it.

Hannah looks over her shoulder when stopping, trying to spot a cycle map across the street or somewhere on the other streets nearby. Her pout gets bigger the longer they walks, and the more lost they get. They leave the safety of the park area, walking in between buildings. Hannah is so lost now.

All of a sudden she starts to fasten her steps, and she walks over to a cycle map – her life saviour.

“Oh dear…” Hannah breathes out when seeing the map points out where Madame Tussauds is, and it is just down the street. She is thankful for that; because they have a time they have to be there to take out the tickets for today’s Madame Tussauds and tomorrow’s Sea Life. They will get there in time. Hannah smiles for the first time in half an hour to the crew, a hand to her chest when breathing out and starting to walk. After Madame Tussauds they will go even further away to King’s Cross station, because Hannah is a big fan of Harry Potter.

And within minutes they are standing in a long line to get in at Madame Tussauds, tired in the heat but Hannah so thankful for finding it that she doesn’t mind.
