Three days later and the doctor agreed that Kibum could home, under strict instructions not to do drugs again. When the morning came when he could finally leave the hospital, Heechul showed up bright and early to come get him. And by bright and early, it meant four-thirty in the morning so he could get Kibum home and settled before everyone woke up and started in on their love fest. All mention of the drama from the past few days had been pushed aside for later. Heechul just wanted Kibum to relax and enjoy time with his brothers before they started in on it again.

After they had gotten home, Kibum showered, dressed, and ate breakfast (much to Heechul’s pleasure since he’d unfortunately lost a lot of weight again from being sick). By seven in the morning, the time when Heechul would wake everyone up, Kibum stood in the hallway, deciding that he would be the one to wake his brothers. First room was Mir and when he pushed the door open, he saw Eunhyuk in there as well. Kibum smiled and flipped on the lights, causing one of them to groan in protest.

“You guys, wake up,” he said, walking over to the bed and shaking it with his foot. He saw Eunhyuk pull a pillow over his head and Mir blatantly ignored him. “Come on! I haven’t been home since like forever!” Kibum complained, jumping onto the bed.

“Ah!” Eunhyuk squeaked, shooting open his eyes. Kibum smiled at him sweetly and batted his eyelashes.

“Good morning, Eunhyuk,” He said brightly.

“Kibum! You’re home!” Eunhyuk exclaimed, sitting up quickly wide awake. They hadn’t been expecting him until sometime later in the afternoon, so he was pleasantly surprised to see him there now.

“Mhmm, I’ve been home for like two hours,” Kibum explained as he slowly pulled the pillow from under Mir’s head.

“He’s not going to wake up, you know that. It’s too early,” Eunhyuk warned him, scooting away from Kibum because he knew that his friend was cruel when it came to waking people up. One time he came in with ice and dumped it down his and Donghae’s shirts for sleeping cuddled together. Despite what everyone thought about Kibum being a cute little duckling, deep down inside he was an evil ducky.

“Oh, I know. Will you get me a marker out of his desk?” Kibum asked, starting to pull the blanket away from Mir. Eunhyuk eyed him warily but did what he was asked and grabbed a blue marker from Mir’s desk and handed it over.

Kibum took it gleefully and with a glint in his eyes he uncapped it and moved his hand towards Mir’s face and –

“Kibum! Don’t you even think about it!” Kibum dropped the marker and hastily picked it back up to put the cap back on and looked over to see Heechul watching him from the doorway with his arms crossed, giving him the umma look. Kibum pouted slightly and threw the marker back to the desk where it landed perfectly. Eunhyuk smirked and walked out of the room to claim the bathroom before everyone else woke up.

“I’ll get him up, you go on,” Heechul said, walking over to the bed and pushing Kibum towards the door. Kibum sighed and crossed his arms, but moved across the hall to Sungmin’s room. However, before he could reach for the doorknob, the door flung open and he stumbled backwards as Sungmin glomped him excessively.

“Kibummie, you’re finally home! This is so exciting! I missed you so much. Do you know what it’s been like to be the only sane person here?” Sungmin exclaimed dramatically.
