Plastic bag workout day 4

How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo! So today I didn't do much (as usual) but I have a good excuse this time, when I was done my workout I felt really light headed and dizzy so I stopped doing it so I wouldn't pass out or something like that (I'm feeling fine now though).

Today's workout

10 min plastic bag workout

100 jumping jacks

And after all that I burned... 55 calories

I don't exactly remember how long this workout today took but if I had to guess I'd say 13-15 mins and I wasn't giving my 100% in this workout not even 70% of my effort so I'm kind of shocked about how many calories I burned.

Alrighty then, as always leave any questions you have for me in the comments, follow me along in this series a this won't be the only one, tell me if there's any workout you want me to reveiw (Or review because I'm terrible when it comes to spelling, I always mix up q and p, d and b and there's a lot of words out there that I can't remember to spell) and as always I'll see you in the next chapter!

I want to make this update a little longer so I wanted to give a little advice: when you decide to go on a diet or start a daily exercise routine it's important to not get obsessed with weighing yourself, when I was 150 lb (68 kg) and overweight according to the bmi calculator I started to lose weight I weighed myself everyday and let that number take over the rest of my day, even if I gained .5 lb I would be moody for the rest of the day. Now, I'm not trying to be an inspirational tumblr girl or anything, I'm the kind of person who hates inspirational stuff, but it's very important to not let it take over your life, scales can actually be very misleading sometimes, for example, a weight lifter would obviously weigh more due to them building muscle which is heavier than fat and can have a bmi higher than a normal person but that in no way means that they're fatter or more unhealthy than a regular person, I mean I heard that Dwyane "the rock" johnson has a bmi over 30 but if you look at a picture of him and tell me he's over-weight I'm just going to assume you're blind.

Chapter 74: All the best in your recovery! Eating disorders are bastards in every sense of the word and I'm glad to know you fought back. Closing this story/post/whatever is a huge milestone of how far you've come and how you're letting go of the past. I wish you nothing but the best!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.
