Yuri's 600 sit ups workout review
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! So recently I've been having a little bit of a writer's block and I had no idea what to write for this chapter so instead of making another "how-to" I decided to take on SNSD's Yuri's 600 sit up exercise for the last week and this is what happened. Let's go!
Before:
Body measurements: 32-24.5-34 (inches) 81.2-62.2-86.3 (in cm)
Weight: 110.5 lbs/ 50 kg
After:
Body measurements: 32-24 -34 (inches) 81.2-61.2-86.3 (in cm)
Weight: 110 lbs/ 50 kg
- My stomach is firmer and is more defined... Don't have abs yet but I'm working on it ;)
- Took a lot of time to do daily, around 35 mins... Do you understand how much food I could eat during that time?
- My lower abs has some definition around it but there's flabs instead of abs... I don't even know to describe it properly
- Stomach got flatter but waist got broader... Why me?
- 600 is too much... My stomach's been worked out so much it's basically my brain during school.
So anyways, sorry about this being a VERY short chapter. I'm having a big writer's block and I have no idea what to write about any more so please leave suggestions in the comments below.
