How to get a kpop idol bodyHello everyone, it's me, Jia! I'm finally here with the results of doing the 5:3:2 exercise for a whole week, and first of all, IT REALLY WORKED FOR ME! (I can't guarantee it will have the same results on you, everything depends on how active you are, what food you eat, and other factors~ but it will sure make some difference). The part of my legs where I noticed the change the most was on my thighs which is basically my problematic area so I'm happy xD My legs weren't sore not even once, but it all depends on if you're used to do exercise or not, in my case I practice judo and I dance, so I think it's kinda normal to not be sore lol. Also, it is a really simple exercise since just by doing it three times a day you will see a difference. For now I will just shut up and go with the measurements xD.
P.D: I eat like a pig, so I think the results are really nice lol
