How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! So today I've decided to write the review a little earlier than usual because I've already found great results from it and I have a lot of things plans next week so it's better to do it now rather than in November but nonetheless, let's go!

Before:
Weight: 115 lb/52kg
Measurements:
32-25.5-34 (in inches)
81-64.8-86 (in cm)
I wanted to lose the weight I got from the holidays and I thought this workout was perfect to do for it because I gain weight on my waist the most.
After:
Weight: 111 lb/50kg
Measurements:
32-24.5-34 (in inches)
81-62.2-86 (in cm)
I lost 1 inch/2.6 cm off my waist in less than a week! I'm honestly kind of surprised because it didn't seem like an effective workout but I'm not going to complain about it since it apparently works! I would totally recommend this workout for anyone looking to slim down their waist, I also saw that the line down the center of my flabs abs become more defined and a lower stomach flattened out a little bit!
