Penguin workout day 5

How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo! So right now this is what my workout list looks like:

First week: Park Bom's leg workout

Second week: Jessica's golden hip kick workout

3rd week: Sistar leg workout

4th week:  Goo hara's ant waist workout 

5th week: SNSD's workout

6th week: After school's Nana's 100 push ups and squats workout

I put the 100 push ups and squats workout last because I'm terrified by thinking about it, seriously my record is 45 push ups in a row and my arms were sore for a week. After the 6th week I don't think I have anything else planned meaning after that last update I might close this story for good any maybe even close my entire account, I hate for that day to happen but for now lets not think about that. Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: All the best in your recovery! Eating disorders are bastards in every sense of the word and I'm glad to know you fought back. Closing this story/post/whatever is a huge milestone of how far you've come and how you're letting go of the past. I wish you nothing but the best!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

Chapter 68: as a korean we do value physical beauty a LOT
i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
it's a lot of work, but it does actually work wonders
