Ayo guys! So it's been a while since I've updated this story, or even log onto this website, because since the school year's coming to an end in about 2 or so months I've been getting a lot of assignments please send help. But now I'm back to start the 100 squat a day workout from After school's Nana!

Nana is known for her flawless body and honey thighs that seems to require no photoshop. When asked about how she keeps her body she says she tries eating a healthy, low-sodium diet as well as trying to workout daily. What's that daily workout? 100 squats!

I've been scared of covering this workout for a while now, in fact all that time I was away I was just mentally preparing myself for this but now after being MIA for a while I feel like this is the best way to get back into shape!

Before: Please don't judge me but I gained some weight while I was gone :/

Body measurements: 32-25-34 (inches) 81.2-64-86.3 (cm)

Leg measurements: 20-13-8 (inches) 51-34-21 (cm)

Weight: 116 lbs/ 53kg

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
