Ayo! So today I finished all my work which means I can spend the weekend writing future stories for you guys! For today we'll talk about calves; how many of you have big calves? I'm sure many people out there do including me which is why we're going to talk about how to slim them down! Let's go:

Sooyoung from girl's generation:

On the SBS show "Diet survival victory" Sooyoung, Yuri and Seuohyun teach you how to get slimmer legs, on it Sooyoung shows that she rotates her ankle with her hand while doing things such as watching tv, she says the movement increases blood circulation to your legs and relax your muscles. Personally for me I rotate my ankle clockwise 20 times then 20 counter clockwise, I've just started doing this recently so I haven't seen any results yet.

Jisook from Rainbow:

On the show "Girl's wiki" Jisook says that the best way to get slim calves is to use baby oil or body lotion and message it into your calves using your knuckles after you shower, she also uses a roller on her calves to message them.

I believed I've already mentioned Tiffany's leg workout in another chapter but I'm putting it on here because it could also help you get slimmer calves, after all it's supposed to work your entire leg.

Other tips for slimmer calves:

- If you have Muscular calves avoid box jumps, climbing uphill while running, climbing up starcases quickly and calf raises because they build more muscle instead of slimming them down!

- If you have muscular calves and you want to slim them down try stretching them out by doing the forward stretch or downward dog.

-  Do cardio! if you have fatty calves doing more cardio will help you lose weight everywhere including your calves!

On an unrelated note according to the internet it's going to snow in some parts in Canada during the weekend and lucky me becuase I live in one of those places! it's going to be 7C at highest an -1C at lowest (44F, 30F) I guess winter can't wait.

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.
