How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo guys! So for this chapter I created an 8 minute, no equipment HIIT workout that has moves that work both your legs and your heart so you can burn fat and get nice, toned legs we all desire.

Why HIIT?

- HIIT stimulates your human growth hormones production by up to 450% for 24 hours after your workout so for those 24 hours you'll still be burning calories even while you're doing nothing! 

- Since most HIIT workouts don't require any equipment you can do them pretty much anywhere, so you have no excuses!

- They maximize on your workout time; HIIT workouts challenge you and push yourself allowing you to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time. So you can burn the same amount of calories in 10 mins worth of HIIT than 30 mins of running, work smarter not harder!

The workout:

This workout has 8 moves, and it's 50 seconds on 10 seconds off, so it's 50 seconds exercising 10 seconds rest 

Reminder: Remember to make sure you in good physical condition before you do this workout, do not exercise if you're currently recovering from an injury or illness. It's important to listen to your body and know your limits and play within it.

Shake it out

I lost my calorie counter so unfortunately I can't tell you how many calories this workout burns :(. 

If you're going to do other exercises after this you only need to do this routine once but if this is the only workout you're going to do I want you to repeat this 2-4 times depending on your fitness level. I'm such a nice person

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: All the best in your recovery! Eating disorders are bastards in every sense of the word and I'm glad to know you fought back. Closing this story/post/whatever is a huge milestone of how far you've come and how you're letting go of the past. I wish you nothing but the best!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
