Ayo! Sorry I didn't post anything yesterday, I had to visit my cousin for her wedding anniversary but I'll make it up by making this chapter longer, alright? So today is the last day of the workout so that means today we'll share our results!

First thing's first:

Today's workout

10 Mins plastic bag workout

Again a very fast workout burning 30 calories so about 3 calories a minute 

So, time to share results!

Before: 

32-24.5-34 (Body)

48-33-21 (legs)

Weight: 114.5 lb or 52 kg 

After:

32-24-34

48-33-21

Weight: 113.5 lb or 51 kg

Well then...

So after a week of doing the plastic bag workout I only lost .5 inches which is not a lot but I'm not gonna complain about it.

Would I recommend it? From my experience I would not, it's not the most effective workout you can do in 10 mins but it's cheaper and more fun than buying a gym membership. I can imagine it would have better effects if I kept this up for a month or so but I said I'll only hold it up for a week and I'm sticking to that.

The workout says to slim down your arms which is something I have a hard time believing but I'm not going to talk until I try.

Current arm measurements:

15-21-21 in cm (First number is my wrist, 2nd one is the biggest part of my forearm and the last one is the thinnest part of my upper arm)

6-8-8 in inches  (First number is my wrist, 2nd one is the biggest part of my forearm and the last one is the thinnest part of my upper arm)

I'm going to do this workout 3 mins everyday for a week, remember to join me because I'm going to update this every day until the week's over and I'll try to make each update entertaining because I read over my last few updates and they weren't that good as I wanted them to be. anyways, leave a comment, let me know what workouts you want me to try, leave any questions you have for me in the comments and I'll try to answer them as best as I can, remember to subscribe and as always I will see you tomorrow!

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
