Goo hara's ant waist workout
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! so for this week's workout we're focusing on our waist with goo hara's any waist workout!

Hara has a very thin waist measuring a small 22 inches/55.8 cm which is almost the size of an average person's thigh!
If you can't open the video I'll leave an explanation here:
1. I can't find the name of this exercise or any pictures of it so here's a quick explanation: lift your shoulders and legs off the ground, you should feel your abs working already, now tuck your left knee to your chest while keeping your shoulders and other leg off the ground, alternate with your other leg, this is one rep.
2. Leg lifts

Do 20 reps of each workout and 3 sets daily
Current waist meausurement: 25.5in/64.7cm I gained some inches on my waist because of halloween, DAMN YOU KETCHUP CHIPS, AL DRESSED CHIPS AND COFFEE CRISP
I have really high hopes for this exercise since Jessica's hip kick workout helped me lose 1 inch off my waist in 6 days.
