How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! I was just exercising today and I realized I forgot to tell you my daily exercise routine so here you go!
Daily exercise routine
3000 jumpropes
25 mins running
5 mins stretching
Jessica's hip kick workout (10 reps of each exercise and 3 sets in total)
I'm mainly trying to get rid of the weight I gained from the holidays and so far it's going great! I don't want to reveal much yet but I'm just going to say I'm happy with the results so far ;)
