Sorry again!
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! I just realized I didn't update this story in 2 days, I have a lot of work to do and today I celebrated Thanksgiving because in Canada we celebrate it in October. I still have plenty of work to do so I won't share results today but I will be starting this week's new exercise which is Park bom's leg workout.
So for the week we'll be doing 3 sets of 20 leg lifts for the week, right not I'm having trouble getting rid of my saddlebags so I'm hoping doing this workout will help get rid of them.
Current leg measurements:
49-33-21 (in cm)
I'll share the results on the penguin exercise tomorrow since i don't have time to measure myself right now but I'm hoping to get the review out first thing tomorrow.
