How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo guys! So if you've been in the Kpop world for a while you've probably noticed that long and lean legs are pretty popular among female kpop idols, most of them wear a lot of shorts and mini skirts to show off their legs not like I'm complaining or anything making many of us wonder how to get legs like those so for this chapter I'm going to tell you some things you should do to get lean, toned legs!

1. Cardio: Cardio is a pretty important role to getting toned legs and a toned body in general, try to get at least 30 mins of cardio into your workout daily whether it be running, jumprope, boxing, HIIT workout or just anything that gets the heart pumping. If you don't include cardio into your workout and just do only leg exercises you'll end up with bulky legs which is probably the exact opposite of whast you want. I personally enjoy running a lot since it really gets your heart pumping and you can modify it to make it more or les difficult (ex: Throwing air punches while jogging, intervals, weights. etc.)

2. Stretch: Another important factor to getting nice legs, if you already have muscular legs stretching will help make your muscles look longer which makes them look slimmer and more toned than bulky, stretch after ANY leg workout for about 10 mins for greater results. Many kpop idols stretch including everyone in AOA, Girl's generation (They can all do the splits!) and f(x)'s Victoria, they all have great legs so if it works for them why not try it yourself?

3. Leg workouts: This part is only to get toned legs, don't depend on leg exercises to lose weight off your thighs because they won't unless you do Cardio and Stretching with it. They're a lot of workouts on youtube targeting your legs so here are a few I would recommend:

Victoria Secret Model leg workout 

Miley Cyrus leg exercise <--- This seriously works your legs (I was sore for almost a week)!

8 mins thigh workout

Perfect legs workout

Tiffany's 5:3:2 leg workout

Feel free to choose one from the list, find your own exercise or make your own exercise!

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
