Suzy's penguin exercise day 2
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So when I started this I didn't realize how hard it actually gets, I'm not going to do a calorie count for this week's exercise since the arm exercise isn't that much of a cardio based workout but I'll still tell you what my workout was:
Today's workout:
3000 jumpropes
10 push ups
50 sit ups
Work's piling up so I'm not going to be able to do my full workout I posted on my first chapter as much as I wished I could. Anyways on a different note, halloween's coming up and I have no clue what to be, I would buy a costume but all of the costumes in the woman's section is all "y" stuff: y referee, y nun, y ladybug, y nurse, I saw a y girl scout and I'm just saying, girl scouts shouldn't be selling that kind of stuff so I really need some good ideas, like I want to terrorize kids and I'm not gonna be able to do that with a bra and a thong, kids aren't that easily scared.
Anyways, this wasn't really a update but more of a rant about halloween costumes, I hope it's entertaining at least.
