How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo! So most of us lead busy lives and want to lose some fat but 1 hour of exercise daily seems impossible to fit in and dieting seems almost impossible so for this chapter I'll show you guys 3 simple way to lose some body fat! 

Note: These tips aren't meant to replace proper dieting and exercise, they're some simple tips to lose weight a little quicker.

1. Take cold showers: According to some articles cold showers help you burn fat, why? Your body has 2 types of fat, white fat and brown fat; white fat is the excess fat hanging from our belly, thighs, neck, etc. we want to get rid of. Brown fat is the nescessary fat we need to keep warm, when your body is exposed to the cold your brown fat is activated and burns calories to keep yourself warm which burns fat. Cold showers also help remove dark circles under your eyes and give you better hair!

2. Eat your meals: If you skip meals to lose weight you might be doing the opposite for your body, skipping meals makes you more likely to binge eat to compensate for the calories you didn't eat for a meal which normally ends up with you over eating, plus skipping meals is just going to do your body bad in the future and when you start the aging process you're gonna regret it.

3. Sleep: Fufilling the sleeping hours required for your age can play a big role into your weight loss journey, According to the American journal of clinical nutrition people who slept well burned 5% more calories while doing nothing compared to the sleep-deprived.

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!
