How to curb sugar cravings

How to get a kpop idol body

Ayo guys! So recently I was reading up on some diet experiences because I was bored and the biggest thing every blog talked about was cravings which are terrible since they tend to make you other eat. So for this chapter I'm going to show you 3 easy tips to curb your cravings and stay on your diet, let's go!

1. dark chocolate: now I know what you're thinking "CHOCOLATE IS MY WEAKNESS" hold your horses, dark chocolate is different from your snickers, m&m's, mars bar or whatever you like, why? Dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more) has more natural sugar which is what your body's craving as opposed to milk chocolate that has a lot more processed sugar in it which only makes your body crave more. So next time you're craving something sweet go for dark chocolate.

2, Pressure points: If you're cheap like me you probably don't want to spend any money on dark chocolate cause it's hella expensive so instead of spending money on it try these 2 pressure points instead: the first one is located on the fleshiest part of your palm (so under your thumb) Massage this area for a few minutes, doing this stimulates the pancreas which keeps your blood sugar levels steady, spikes in your sugar levels cause cravings. The second point is the skin connecting your earlobe and jaw. massaging this place for a few minutes helps curb cravings.

3. Drink water: I've mentioned this a ton of times on my dieting chapters but it really works; sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger which causes us to eat excess calories so before reaching for the sweets remember to drink a cup of water before indulging.

(BONUS) count to 100: When you're feeling a craving close your eyes and count to 100, if your craving is not gone by then repeat the process until it is. this is probably the hardest one because you're basically waiting your craving out which takes a considerable amount of will power. If you're able to do this I have a serious amount of respect for you.

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.
