So I don't know why but I've decided to post the chapter I was going to tomorrow today, I'm also going to start updating only 1-2 times a week because this is the time of the year where school work starting rolling in like a snowball and making 1-2 chapters a week will help me put my 100% into everything because if I did a chapter a day I'd wouldn't put all my effort into school and not all my effort into this story which wouldn't be good for any of us.
Ok, so a slim waist and a flat stomach are undeniably very big in the kpop industry and are very wanted by a lot of people so for this chapter I've made a workout to help you get both without any equipment! let's go
*Do 20 reps for each exercise and 3-5 sets*
1. Wide leg plank 1 min
2. Russian twists
3. bicycle crunches
4. Reverse crunches
4. Starfish crunches
5. Hip twists
6. Leg lifts
7. Flutter kicks
8. Side bridge
10 reps per side
9. Squat with standing side crunch
10. Standing bicycle crunch
