Plastic bag workout day 1
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! I'm just about to begin my workout and I got my calorie counter so let's do this!
One thing I realized while doing this is that plastic bags without holes are hard to find, 10 minutes is longer than it feels and my basement is infested with spiders.
My workout routine today:
3000 skipping ropes
20 russian twists
20 mountian climbers
20 bicycle crunches
Repeat ab exercises 3 times though and on the 2nd round add 20 hip twists and on the 3rd round add 20 reverse crunches and 20 table top crunches
10 mins plastic bag workout
9 min failing to dance to kpop
And after all that I burned... 207 calories
To be honest I was kind of surprised I burned that much, I was expecting around 120. My legs are sore from kicking the plastic bag but I love that feeling you get after you finish exercising.
