Tips for lazy people

How to get a kpop idol body

Hello everyone, Jia here! This chapter is one that I really love for the reason that it's dedicated to the people who are just like me! Here are some tips that will help you~

Squats

You may ask yourself, why squats, if these are tips for lazy people? Well, I’m also one of those people who hate doing squats, I admit it, but here comes what I want to say: Everyone brushes their teeth, right? Basically when you do that you stand up the whole time and ask yourself what to do meanwhile you brush them. Instead of that, why don’t you just do squats? The average time a person takes to brush their teeth is 2 minutes, so that would count as two whole minutes of doing squats, it sounds better now, right?

Lemon water

Lemon water is known for all it’s benefits. Some of them are that it helps you lose weight, it helps your skin, helps your immune system and cleanses your system, so basically it is an all-in-one. I recommend drinking 1L a day, I got the idea after watching "Channel SNSD" because Yuri does the same. For those who don’t know how to prepare it here I explain it:

You will need 1 lemon and a bottle.

Cut the lemon and squeeze it. Then  pour the juice on a bottle (I recommend a 1L bottle) and then add water. Shake the bottle a bit, and that’s it, there you have your lemon water.

Green Tea

Green tea is known for helping you lose weight, did you know that? Well, 4-5 cups of green tea can boost your weight loss, so what are you waiting for? I personally love green tea, it also helps me to be more relaxed.

Sleep

Yeah, we all love sleeping, especially if you are lazy just like me, but did you know it is good to be lazy and loving sleep? You have to sleep enough hours to be full of energy, and if you don’t sleep enough it is harder to lose weight, so now that you know, go to sleep early.

Snacks

Most of us will just grab the first thing we see to eat, but since we know that, why don’t we just bring some healthy snack with us all the time? That way it will be the food that we see first and we will eat it. You can just grab some fruits and it will keep you full for a while.

Fitspiration

This is pretty common, but it can keep you motivated. For example, if you have some clothes that just won’t fit you anymore or you bought them but they just don’t fit, hang them in a place where you see them all the time, it will remind of what you want to do. You can also search for a photo of your favorite idol’s abs or y legs, it sure will keep you motivated.

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.
